    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'Alcaldia, mitjançant la Resolució número 267, de dia 5 de setembre de 2024, va adoptar l'acord següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«Atesa la Resolució d'Alcaldia número 202, de 23 de juliol de 2024, mitjançant la qual s'aprova l'organització dels serveis administratius de l'Ajuntament i de la delegació de competències dels regidors, arran de la moció de censura aprovada en el Ple extraordinari de dia 19 de juliol de 2024;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atesa la presa de possessió del regidor senyor Miquel Ametller Gomila, en el Ple extraordinari de dia 5 de setembre de 2024, en substitució, per renúncia, de la senyora Estefanía Moll Cardona, es fa necessari fer un canvi en la delegació de competències;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per la qual cosa, es considera oportú que les competències en matèria de manteniment i millora de la via pública: Brigada i Obra Pública; en matèria d'Aigües i Clavegueram, totes aquestes delegades en la regidora Maria Jesús Bagur Benejam; i les competències en matèria d'Esports (esport escolar, programes d'educació esportiva, instal·lacions esportives), delegades en el regidor Pepe Capella Pons, passaran a ser exercides pel regidor entrant, el senyor Miquel Ametller Gomila; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D'acord amb les facultats que confereix a aquesta alcaldia la legislació vigent en matèria de règim local; la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local; el Reial decret legislatiu 781/86, de 18 d'abril, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de les disposicions legals vigents en matèria de règim local; i el Reial decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament d'organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les entitats locals, i l'article 25 de la Llei 20/2006, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per tot l'exposat,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLC&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER&lt;/strong&gt;. Deixar sense efecte les delegacions efectuades a la senyora Maria Jesús Bagur Benejam pel que fa la Brigada i Obra Pública del Servei de Manteniment i Millora de la Via Pública; i les delegacions efectuades en matèria de Servei d'Aigües i Clavegueram.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON.&lt;/strong&gt; Deixar sense efecte les delegacions efectuades al senyor Pepe Capella Pons en matèria d'Esports: Esport Escolar, Programes d'Educació Esportiva, Instal·lacions Esportives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER.&lt;/strong&gt; Delegar al regidor senyor Miquel Ametller Gomila les facultats de dirigir i resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin terces amb relació a les matèries següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Servei de Manteniment i Millora de la Via Pública: Brigada i Obra Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Servei d'Aigües i Clavegueram.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Servei d'Esports: esport escolar, programes d'educació esportiva, instal·lacions esportives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART.&lt;/strong&gt; Refondre la Resolució d'Alcaldia número 202, de dia 23 de juliol de 2024, amb la present resolució, de manera que el text íntegre de les delegacions, l'estructuració de les àrees organitzatives i els seus serveis siguin els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.&lt;/strong&gt; Estructurar l'organització dels serveis administratius de l'Ajuntament en tres àrees, en virtut del que s'estableix en la Disposició addicional quarta de l'RD 2568/1986, i delegar el coneixement previ, la preparació dels acords i la resolució dels assumptes que s'especifiquen en els regidors i les regidores següents, en compliment del que s'estableix a l'article 23 de la Llei 7/1985 i el Reglament orgànic municipal (articles 90 i 91, amb relació al 38).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. ÀREA D'ORGANITZACIÓ I SEGURETAT CIUTADANA&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Dins d'aquesta àrea quedarien integrats els serveis següents:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Aquest servei inclou: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.1.1. Servei de Protocol (Alcaldia).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.1.2. Serveis Jurídics: Contractació, Arxiu Administratiu i Serveis Generals (Alcaldia).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.1.3. Servei d'Atenció a la Ciutadania, OAC i OMIC&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.1.4. Serveis Econòmics: Hisenda i Gestió Tributària (Alcaldia)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.1.5 Comunicació (Alcaldia).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.1.6. Recursos Humans.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;A la regidora Sra. &lt;strong&gt;CARLA ALEJANDRA GENER MARQUÉS &lt;/strong&gt;les facultats de&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;dirigir, gestionar i resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin tercers amb relació al Servei d'Atenció a la Ciutadania i d'Atenció en matèria de consum. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;A la regidora Sra.&lt;strong&gt; ALEXANDRA MOLL TALTAVULL, &lt;/strong&gt;les facultats de dirigir, gestionar i resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin tercers amb relació a RECURSOS HUMANS.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.2. SERVEI DE SEGURETAT CIUTADANA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Policia.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Al regidor Sr. &lt;strong&gt;PERE FIOL BENEJAM, &lt;/strong&gt;les facultats de&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;dirigir, gestionar i resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin tercers amb relació a TRANSPARÈNCIA, TECNOLOGIES DE LA INFORMACIÓ I LA COMUNICACIÓ (TIC). &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. ÀREA DE TERRITORI I ENTORN I SERVEIS URBANS&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Dins d'aquesta àrea quedarien integrats els serveis següents:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Aquest servei inclou: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.1.1. Urbanisme i Activitats: Disciplina Urbanística, llicències per obres i activitats (PGOU) i altres instruments d'ordenació.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.1.2. Manteniment i Millora de la Via Pública: Brigada, Obra Pública, Camins Rurals, Jardins i Zones Verdes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.1.3. Medi Ambient: Energies Renovables.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.1.4. Neteja i Recollida de Residus: Recollida de Fems i Neteja Viària.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CINQUÈ.&lt;/strong&gt; Manar la publicació d'aquesta resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB), d'acord amb l'article 44 del ROF, i de la qual se'n donarà compte al Ple de l'Ajuntament en la primera sessió que se celebri.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
