&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;«En data 11 d&amp;apos;agost de 2022 es va publicar la Resolució de la consellera de Presidència, Funció Pública i Igualtat per la qual es va iniciar el procés unificat de selecció (BOIB núm. 106, d&amp;apos;11 d&amp;apos;agost de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;En data 9 de setembre de 2022, mitjançant decret de batlia núm. 2022-1631, l&amp;apos;Ajuntament d&amp;apos;Inca va aprovar l&amp;apos;adhesió al procés unificat especial de la Policia Local convocat pel Govern de les Illes Balears per a la cobertura d&amp;apos;1 plaça de Policia Local de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament d&amp;apos;Inca, inclosa dins l&amp;apos;oferta d&amp;apos;ocupació pública d&amp;apos;estabilització de publicada al BOIB núm. 66, de dia 21 de maig de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;En data 13 de setembre de 2022 es va publicar l&amp;apos;acord de delegació de la gestió del procès selectiu de les places de policia de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament d&amp;apos;Inca a l&amp;apos;Escola Balear d&amp;apos;Administració Pública (BOIB núm. 120, de 13 setembre de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Mitjançant la Resolució de la consellera de Presidència, Funció Pública i Igualtat de 29 de setembre de 2022 (BOIB núm. 128, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre), es varen aprovar la convocatòria, les bases, els temaris i els exercicis, i es va designar el tribunal qualificador de les proves selectives del procés unificat esmentat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;En data 1 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2022, es va publicar al BOIB núm. 128 la Resolució de la Consellera de Presidència, Funció Pública i Igualtat de 29 de setembre de 2022 per la qual es varen aprovar la convocatòria, les bases, els temaris, els exercicis i es va designar el Tribunal Qualificador de les proves selectives del procés unificat per cobrir les places de la categoria de policia dels municipis d&amp;apos;Alcúdia, Algaida, Andratx, Binissalem, Bunyola, Calvià, Campanet, Campos, Ciutadella, Consell, es Mercadal, Estellencs, Felanitx, Formentera, Inca, Lloret de Vistalegre, Llucmajor, Manacor, Mancor de la Vall, Muro, Palma, Pollença, Sant Antoni de Portmany, Sant Josep de sa Talaia, Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, Santanyí i Son Servera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;En data 22 de febrer de 2023, la Consellera de Presidència, Funció Pública i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Igualtat,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;proposta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;directora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;gerent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;l&amp;apos;Escola&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Balear&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;d&amp;apos;Administració&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Pública, va comunicar mitjançant registre d&amp;apos;entrada 2023-2631, la relació de persones que varen superar el procés selectiu unificat per a cobrir les places de categoria de Policia de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament d&amp;apos;Inca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;M&lt;/span&gt;itjançant la Resolució de la consellera de Presidència, Funció Pública i Igualtat de 21 de febrer de 2023, es va publicar en el Butlletí Oficial (BOIB núm. 24, de 23 de febrer de 2023) la relació de persones aspirants que varen superar les proves selectives de les Illes Balears del procés especial unificat per cobrir les places de la categoria de policia dels ajuntaments d&amp;apos;Alcúdia, Algaida, Andratx, Binissalem, Bunyola, Calvià, Campanet, Campos, Ciutadella, Consell, Deià, es Mercadal, Estellencs, Formentera, Inca, Llucmajor, Manacor, Mancor de la Vall, Muro, Palma, Pollença, Sant Antoni de Portmany, Sant Josep de sa Talaia, Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, Santanyí i Son Servera i que havien de ser nomenades personal funcionari en pràctiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;En data 9 de març de 2023 es va fer pública la Resolució de la consellera de Presidència, Funció Pública i Igualtat per la qual es va aprovar la relació de persones aspirants restants que varen superar les proves selectives del procés especial unificat per cobrir les places de la categoria de policia dels ajuntaments esmentats anteriorment i que havien de ser nomenades personal funcionari en pràctiques, a la qual es proposa al Sr. CAC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;En data 27 de maig, 19 i 27 de juny de 2024 la cap del Servei de Gestió Formativa i Administrativa de l&amp;apos;EBAP va enviar els informes d&amp;apos;avaluació del període pràctiques dels aspirants dels ajuntaments de d&amp;apos;Alcúdia, Andratx, Bunyola, Inca, Manacor, Palma, Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, Son Servera al Tribunal qualificador de procés selectiu esmentat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;En data 9 de juliol de 2024 el Tribunal Qualificador va remetre a l&amp;apos;EBAP l&amp;apos;acta amb la llista de persones aspirants declarades aptes de la fase de pràctiques dels ajuntaments indicats a l&amp;apos;anterior punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;En data 13 de juliol de 2024 es va publicar al BOIB núm. 92 la Resolució de la directora gerent de l&amp;apos;Escola Balear d&amp;apos;Administració Pública per la qual es va publicar la llista definitiva d&amp;apos;aspirants que havien superat el procés selectiu, inclòs el període de pràctiques, del procés unificat per cobrir les places de la categoria de policia dels ajuntaments d&amp;apos;Alcúdia, Algaida, Andratx, Binissalem, Bunyola, Calvià, Campanet, Campos, Ciutadella, Consell, Deià, es Mercadal, Estellencs, Formentera, Inca, Llucmajor, Manacor, Mancor de la Vall, Muro, Palma, Pollença, Sant Antoni de Portmany, Sant Josep de sa Talaia, Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, Santanyí i Son Servera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Vista la proposta de resolució PR/2024/2315 de 2 / d&amp;apos;agost / 2024 fiscalitzada favorablement amb data de 6 / d&amp;apos;agost / 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
