&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vista la proposta d'aprovació de l'Acord del Tribunal Qualificador de dia 14 d'agost de 2024 de aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs excepcional per a l'ingrés com a personal funcionari a l'escala d'administració especial, subescala tècnica, classe tècnica superior, subgrup A1, categoria/especialitat de tècnic -a superior de formació del Consell de Mallorca, del nomenament com a personal funcionari de carrera i de l'adjudicació de llocs de treball el contingut de la qual és el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“El tribunal qualificador, una vegada que els serveis de l'EMAP han comprovat que es compleixen els requisits de les persones aspirants per ser nomenades personal funcionari de carrera i per haver superat el procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs excepcional establert a les bases específiques de la convocatòria de data 27 d' octubre de 2022, d'acord amb l'ordre de puntuació de la llista definitiva i comprovats els requisits específics per a l'adscripció als llocs de treball, han adoptat els següents acords que s'eleven al conseller executiu d'Hisenda i Funció&amp;nbsp; Publica i per tant, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ES PROPOSA:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;APROVAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; la llista definitiva de persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs excepcional per a l'ingrés com a personal funcionari a l'escala d'administració especial, subescala tècnica, classe tècnica superior, subgrup A1, categoria/especialitat de tècnic -a superior de formació del Consell de Mallorca, d'acord amb allò que s'indica a l'Annex I d'aquest document.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformitat amb l'art. 52.3 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears, en concordança amb l'art. 61.8 del Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, aquesta llista conté, com a màxim, tantes persones aprovades com el nombre de places convocades (una plaça).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; NOMENAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; personal funcionari de carrera de l'escala d'administració especial, subescala tècnica, classe tècnica superior, subgrup A1, categoria/especialitat de tècnic -a superior de formació del Consell de Mallorca, a les persones aspirants que ha superat el procediment selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs excepcional per a la convocatòria d'aquesta plaça, d'acord amb l'Annex I d'aquest document.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ADJUDICAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; el lloc de treball corresponent, d'acord amb allò que s'indica a l'Annex I d'aquest document, a les persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs excepcional per a la categoria/especialitat de tècnic -a superior de formació, de conformitat amb els resultats del tràmit de comunicació de l'ordre de preferència dels llocs de treball oferts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, i en virtut de les atribucions conferides&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLC&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ADJUDICAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; el lloc de treball corresponent, d'acord amb allò que s'indica a l'Annex I d'aquest document, a les persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs excepcional per a la categoria/especialitat de tècnic -a superior de formació, de conformitat amb els resultats del tràmit de comunicació de l'ordre de preferència dels llocs de treball oferts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ORDENAR &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;la publicació de la present Resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, als efectes oportuns. Les persones nomenades disposaran d'un termini de 3 dies hàbils, comptat a partir del dia següent a la publicació, per al jurament o promesa i la presa de possessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. L'adscripció al lloc de treball del personal relacionat es durà a terme amb resolucions individualitzades del conseller executiu d'Hisenda i Funció Pública una vegada fiscalitzada de conformitat per la Intervenció General aquesta proposta de Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, que no posa fi a la via administrativa, podeu interposar el recurs d'alçada davant la Comissió de Govern del Consell Insular de Mallorca, en el termini d'un mes, comptador a partir de l'endemà de la seva publicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la desestimació expressa d'aquest recurs d'alçada podeu interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat contenciós Administratiu de Palma que correspongui en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de rebre la notificació de la desestimació del dit recurs d'alçada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si han transcorregut tres mesos des de la interposició del recurs d'alçada i no n'heu rebut la notificació de resolució expressa, s'entén desestimat per silenci i podeu interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat contenciós Administratiu de Palma que correspongui, sense limitació de temps.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No obstant l'anterior, podeu interposar, si escau, qualsevol altre recurs que considereu oportú. Tot això de conformitat amb la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, i la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
