![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:111%"><span style="color:black"><span style="line-height:111%">El conseller executiu d'Hisenda i Funció Pública del Consell Insular de Mallorca, en data 22 d'agost de 2024, ha dictat la següent Resolució</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:110%"><span style="color:black"><span style="line-height:110%">Vista la proposta d'aprovació de l'Acord del Tribunal Qualificador del dia 17 de juliol de 2024, de persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs excepcional per a l'ingrés com a personal funcionari a l'escala especial, subescala tècnica, classe tècnic –a auxiliar i subescala serveis especials, classe comeses especials, del subgrup C1 del Consell de Mallorca, del nomenament com a funcionaris de carrera i de l'adjudicació de llocs de feina el contingut de la qual és el següent:</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="color:black"><span style="line-height:107%">“Els membres del Tribunal qualificador, un cop comprovat el compliment dels requisits per ser nomenats funcionaris de carrera i per superar el procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs excepcional establert a les bases específiques de la convocatòria de data 29 de novembre de 2022, d'acord amb l'ordre de puntuació de la llista definitiva un cop resolts els desempats, i comprovats els requisits específics per a l'adscripció al lloc de feina, han adoptat els següents acords per elevar al conseller executiu d'Hisenda i Funció Publica i per tant, </span></span></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="color:black"><strong><span style="line-height:107%">ES PROPOSA:</span></strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="color:black"><strong>1.</strong><strong> </strong><strong>APROVAR</strong> la llista definitiva de persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs excepcional per a l'ingrés com a personal funcionari a l'escala d'administració especial, subescala tècnica, classe tècnic-a auxiliar i subescala serveis especials, classe comeses especials: Tècnic-a ajudant educador-a ambiental, Tècnic-a auxiliar informació turística, i Mecànic-a inspector-a subescala de serveis especials, classe de comeses especials, del subgrup C1 del Consell de Mallorca, d'acord amb el que s'indica a l'annex 1 d'aquest document. </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="color:black"><span style="line-height:107%">D'acord amb l'article 52.3 de la Llei 3/2007, en concordança amb l'article 61.8 del TREBEP, aquesta llista conté, com a màxim, tantes persones aprovades com el nombre de places convocades.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="color:black"><strong>2. NOMENAR</strong> personal funcionari de carrera de l'escala d'administració especial, subescala tècnica, classe tècnic-a auxiliar i subescala serveis especials, classe comeses especials del subgrup C1 del Consell de Mallorca, a les persones aspirants que han superat el procediment selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs excepcional per a la convocatòria d'aquestes places, d'acord amb el que s'indica a l'annex 1 d'aquest document</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="color:black"><strong>3. ADJUDICAR </strong>els llocs de treball corresponents, d'acord amb el que s'indica a l'annex 1 d'aquest document, a les persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs excepcional per les categories d'administració especial, d'acord amb els resultats del tràmit de manifestació d'ordre de preferències.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="color:black"><strong>4. INFORMAR</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="color:black"><span style="line-height:107%">a. Que de conformitat amb la base específica 9.3 de l'Annex 2 de la convocatòria, d'acord amb l'article 22.1 del Decret llei 6/2022 els llocs de prefectures orgàniques i llocs singularitzats s'han d'adjudicar en adscripció provisional.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="color:black">b. Que l'adjudicació i adscripció definitiva dels llocs de feina a les persones aspirants esmentades queda condicionada a l'acreditació d'estar en possessió de tots els requisits específics per a l'ocupació del lloc de treball, que hauran de ser requerits, si escau. En cas de no acreditar-los, l'adscripció del lloc de treball seria amb caràcter provisional. </span></span></span></p>

ORDENAR</span></strong><strong> </strong><span style="color:black; font-family:"Times New Roman",Times,serif"><span style="line-height:107%">la publicació de la present Resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, als efectes oportuns. Les persones nomenades disposaran d'un termini de 3 dies hàbils, comptat a partir del dia següent a la publicació, per al jurament o promesa i la presa de possessió.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="color:black"><span style="line-height:107%">6. L'adscripció al lloc de treball del personal relacionat es durà a terme amb resolucions individualitzades del conseller executiu d'Hisenda i Funció Pública una vegada fiscalitzada de conformitat per la Intervenció General aquesta proposta de Resolució.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="color:black"><strong><span style="line-height:107%">Interposició de recursos</span></strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="color:black"><span style="line-height:107%">Contra aquesta resolució, que no posa fi a la via administrativa, podeu interposar el recurs d'alçada davant la Comissió de Govern del Consell Insular de Mallorca, en el termini d'un mes, comptador a partir de l'endemà de la seva publicació.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="color:black"><span style="line-height:107%">Contra la desestimació expressa d'aquest recurs d'alçada podeu interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat contenciós Administratiu de Palma que correspongui en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de rebre la notificació de la desestimació del dit recurs d'alçada.</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="color:black"><span style="line-height:107%">Si han transcorregut tres mesos des de la interposició del recurs d'alçada i no n'heu rebut la notificació de resolució expressa, s'entén desestimat per silenci i podeu interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat contenciós Administratiu de Palma que correspongui, sense limitació de temps.</span></span></span></span></p>
