    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'Alcaldia, mitjançant la Resolució número 202, de dia 23 de juliol de 2024, va adoptar l'acord següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«Aprovada la moció de censura, mitjançant el Ple extraordinari de dia 19 de juliol de 2024, per la qual es va nomenar l'alcalde, el senyor Llorenç Ferrer Monjo;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D'acord amb les facultats que confereix a aquesta alcaldia la legislació vigent en matèria de règim local; la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local; el Reial decret legislatiu 781/86, de 18 d'abril, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de les disposicions legals vigents en matèria de règim local; i el Reial decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament d'organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les entitats locals, i l'article 25 de la Llei 20/2006, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLC&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.&lt;/strong&gt; Estructurar l'organització dels serveis administratius de l'Ajuntament en tres àrees, en virtut del que s'estableix en la Disposició addicional quarta de l'RD 2568/1986, i delegar el coneixement previ, la preparació dels acords i la resolució dels assumptes que s'especifiquen en els regidors i les regidores següents, en compliment del que s'estableix a l'article 23 de la Llei 7/1985 i el Reglament orgànic municipal (articles 90 i 91, amb relació al 38).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. ÀREA D'ORGANITZACIÓ I SEGURETAT CIUTADANA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dins d'aquesta àrea quedarien integrats els serveis següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.1. SERVEIS CENTRALS I ORGANITZACIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquest servei inclou: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.1.1. Servei de Protocol (Alcaldia).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.1.2. Serveis Jurídics: Contractació, Arxiu Administratiu i Serveis Generals (Alcaldia).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.1.3. Servei d'Atenció a la Ciutadania, OAC i OMIC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.1.4. Serveis Econòmics: Hisenda i Gestió Tributària (Alcaldia).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.1.5 Comunicació (Alcaldia).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.1.6. Recursos Humans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A la regidora Sra. &lt;strong&gt;CARLA ALEJANDRA GENER MARQUÉS, &lt;/strong&gt;les facultats de&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;dirigir, gestionar i resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin tercers amb relació al Servei d'Atenció a la Ciutadana i d'Atenció en matèria de consum. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A la regidora Sra.&lt;strong&gt; ALEXANDRA MOLL TALTAVULL, &lt;/strong&gt;les facultats de dirigir, gestionar i resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin tercers amb relació a RECURSOS HUMANS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.2. SERVEI DE SEGURETAT CIUTADANA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquest servei inclou: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.2.1. Policia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.2.2. Mobilitat i Circulació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.2.3. Protecció Civil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Al regidor Sr.&lt;strong&gt; PEPE CAPELLA PONS,&lt;/strong&gt; les facultats de dirigir, gestionar i resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin tercers amb relació a POLICIA LOCAL, PROTECCIÓ CIVIL I CIRCULACIÓ (SENYALÍSTICA, GUALS, TARGETES VERDES I ZONA BLAVA, PARQUÍMETRES, MULTES DE TRÀNSIT).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.3. SERVEI DE TRANSPARÈNCIA, TECNOLOGIES DE LA INFORMACIÓ I LA COMUNICACIÓ (TIC)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Al regidor Sr. &lt;strong&gt;PERE FIOL BENEJAM, &lt;/strong&gt;les facultats de&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;dirigir, gestionar i resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin tercers amb relació a TRANSPARÈNCIA, TECNOLOGIES DE LA INFORMACIÓ I LA COMUNICACIÓ (TIC). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. ÀREA DE TERRITORI I ENTORN I SERVEIS URBANS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dins d'aquesta àrea quedarien integrats els serveis següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.1. SERVEI DE TERRITORI I ENTORN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquest servei inclou: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.1.1. Urbanisme i Activitats: Disciplina Urbanística, llicències per obres i activitats (PGOU) i altres instruments d'ordenació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.1.2. Manteniment i millora de la via pública: Brigada, Obra Pública i Camins Rurals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.1.3. Medi Ambient: Energies, Zones Verdes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.1.4. Neteja i Recollida de Residus: Recollida de Fems i Neteja Viària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.1.5. Ús de la Via Pública i Disciplina Governativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.1.6. Manteniment i Millora d'Edificis d'Administració General (Alcaldia).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A la regidora Sra. &lt;strong&gt;ALEXANDRA MOLL TALTAVULL&lt;/strong&gt; les facultats de dirigir i gestionar en temes de PLANEJAMENT I GESTIÓ URBANÍSTICA; així com també les facultats de dirigir, gestionar i resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin tercers en temes D'INTERVENCIÓ PREVENTIVA (llicències urbanístiques i d'activitats, primeres ocupacions...) I DISCIPLINA EN MATÈRIA URBANÍSTICA I D'ACTIVITATS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A la regidora Sra. &lt;strong&gt;MARIA JESÚS BAGUR BENEJAM,&lt;/strong&gt; les facultats de dirigir, gestionar i resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin tercers amb relació al MANTENIMENT I a la MILLORA DE LA VIA PÚBLICA: BRIGADA, OBRA PÚBLICA I CAMINS RURALS, JARDINS I ZONES VERDES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A la regidora Sra. &lt;strong&gt;MARIA JESÚS BAGUR BENEJAM,&lt;/strong&gt; les facultats de dirigir, gestionar i resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin tercers amb relació a MEDI AMBIENT I ENERGIES RENOVABLES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Així mateix, a la regidora Sra. &lt;strong&gt;ESTHER MASCARÓ PUNTÍ&lt;/strong&gt;,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;les facultats de dirigir, gestionar i resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin tercers amb relació a L'ÚS DE LA VIA PÚBLICA, GOVERNACIÓ I DISCIPLINA GOVERNATIVA: COMPLIMENT I SEGUIMENT D'ORDENANCES, I TOTS ELS PERMISOS I/O LES AUTORITZACIONS RELACIONATS AMB AQUESTES MATÈRIES (TENDALS, OCUPACIÓ DE VIA PÚBLICA AMB MERCADERIES, PER OBRES, ETC).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A la regidora Sra. &lt;strong&gt;CARLA ALEJANDRA GENER MARQUÉS,&lt;/strong&gt; les facultats de dirigir, gestionar i resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin tercers amb relació a NETEJA DE LA VIA PÚBLICA I RECOLLIDA DE RESIDUS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.2. SERVEIS URBANS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquest servei inclou: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.2.1. Cementeris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.2.2. Servei d'Aigua i Clavegueram.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.2.3. Escorxador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.2.4. Benestar Animal, Salubritat Pública i Inspecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A la regidora Sra.&lt;strong&gt; MARIA JESÚS BAGUR BENEJAM,&lt;/strong&gt; les facultats de dirigir, gestionar i resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin tercers amb relació a CEMENTERIS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
