ca 510 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">L'apartat 9.3. de la Convocatòria d'ajudes per al desenvolupament rural de l'illa de Mallorca, relacionats directament o indirectament amb els àmbits agrari i/o ambiental, dins l'Estratègia de Desenvolupament Local Participatiu de Mallorca, de data 13 de novembre de 2020 especifica que la resolució es publicarà amb caràcter informatiu a les persones interessades mitjançant la seva publicació al <em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears </em>d'acord amb els termes que preveu l'article 45.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><em>2.</em><span style="display:inline-block"><em>En data 4 de </em></span><em>novembre de 2021 es va publicar al BOIB núm. 152 la Resolució de concessió del vicepresident en matèria agrària del FOGAIBA de dia 19 d'octubre de 2021, a l'empara de la Convocatòria per a l'any 2020 abans esmentada, en la qual hi figurava una concessió a favor del beneficiari MIREIA OLIVER MULET amb NIF***2776**, amb núm. d'expedient EDLNP32020_1/021.</em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
