    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'apartat 9.3. de la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 18 de novembre de 2020 per la qual es convoquen, ajudes per a donar suport a projectes pilot i al desenvolupament de nous productes, pràctiques, processos i tecnologies, corresponents a l'any 2020, especifica que la resolució expressa es notificarà a les persones interessades mitjançant la seva publicació al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears d'acord amb els termes que preveu l'article 45.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els expedients han estat tramitats pel Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) en compliment del que disposa l'article 43 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El vicepresident en matèria agrària del FOGAIBA, en data 14 de juliol de 2024, va signar la següent resolució, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;INFORME PROPOSTA DE RESOLUCIÓ/RESOLUCIÓ DE REVOCACIÓ PARCIAL&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Programa de Desenvolupament Rural de les Illes Balears 2014-2020 , amb càrrec al FEADER&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Antecedents&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. En data &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;21 de novembre de 2020 es va publicar la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) per la qual es convoquen subvencions per donar suport a projectes pilot i al desenvolupament de nous productes, pràctiques, processos i tecnologies per a l'any 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El vicepresident del FOGAIBA va resoldre favorablement la concessió de l'ajuda a favor dels interessats que figuren a l'Annex I amb e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s imports que figuren a l'esmentat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;nnex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Atesa l'esmentada Resolució de concessió de l'ajuda, i d'acord amb el que estableix l'apartat desè de la convocatòria abans esmentada, el beneficiari s'obliga, entre altres, a realitzar les actuacions auxiliades dins del termini establert i a justificar les despeses relacionades amb la inversió per a la recepció dels fons comunitaris en la forma i els terminis determinats en la convocatòria.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. En data 15/09/2023 amb núm. de registre GOIBE585396/2023 l'interessat presenta la sol·licitud de pagament juntament amb documentació justificativa.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Analitzant la documentació presentada, es &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;va &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;considera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;r&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; no admissible &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;part de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; factur&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Projectes d'impressió i disseny Manacor&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;capells promocionals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; les factures de «Agromallorca SAT» i «Fruites i verdures Agromallorca SL» que &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;es troben a l'apartat d'actuacions «Motxilles i bosses» perquè és producte fresc i no producte promocional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D'altra banda, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;es varen so&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l·licita&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;r&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; despeses per damunt de les inversions màximes aprovades, de les quals només &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;es va acceptar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la quantitat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;màxima &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;total de cada actuació aprovada a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la concessió &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ls &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;apartat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de: coordinació, vinils publicitaris, coordinació &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;marketing, disseny &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i manual d'imatge&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, propietat industrial...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el total de les actuacions detallades al compte justificatiu (144.660,96 €) es &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;varen considerar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; subvencionables 119.873,65 €, d'acord amb la taula adjunta, i corresponen als conceptes que es varen aprovar a la Resolució de concessió i són necessàries per complir amb els objectius establerts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. Vist que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;'import de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;les&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; despeses no admissibles &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;del compte justificatiu presentat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;era&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; superior al 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;0%, es &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;va &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;considera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;r&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; que el beneficiari &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;era &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;responsable de la inclusió de l'import no admissible, per tant &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;es va &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;aplica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;r&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; sanció administrativa, consistent en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;p&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;enalitzacions/reduccions per sobredeclaració a les sol·licituds de pagament: tipificades a l'article 63.1 del Reglament de execució (UE) nº 809/2014 de la Comissió. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;obredeclaració&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; és del 20,68 %, per tant &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s'aplica una reducció la diferència entre l'import admissible i l'import sol·licitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;E&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l nou import admissible &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;després d'aplicar aquesta penalització&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;era&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de 95.086,34 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;9. D'altra banda, vist l'annex III de la convocatòria, de reduccions i exclusions, quan es detecta un incompliment de dos anys o més d'incompliment d'un compromís principal pertoca aplicar una reducció del 50% de l'ajuda. El beneficiari ha incomplert el compromís principal de «Fer publicitat de l'activitat subvencionada», d'acord amb les normes d'informació i de publicitat que preveu l'annex III del Reglament d'execució (UE) núm. 808/2014 de la Comissió, de 17 de juliol de 2014. S'ha comprovat que tot el material i publicitat de la marca «Som Pagesos» no té el logo ITS. Per aquest motiu, es considera adient procedir a l'aplicació d'aquesta reducció. L'import de la despesa final admissible amb aquesta reducció és de 47.543,17 euros, damunt la qual s'aplicarà el percentatge d'ajuda corresponent (90%).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;10. Atès tot això, es va proposar fer la&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; revocació parcial per ajustar l'ajuda total concedida a l'import de la inversió realitzada i correctament justificada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;11. En data 23/05/2024 se notifica la Proposta provisional de revocació parcial.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En data 06/06/2024 el beneficiari presenta al·legacions a la Proposta provisional de revocació parcial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una vegada revisades les al·legacions, es considera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«No admisibilidad de las facturas correspondientes a los sombreros promocionales»: el beneficiari presenta certificat del proveïdor per acreditar que tots els capells són de la marca promocional «Som Pagesos». S'accepta al·legació.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No considerarse subvencionables las facturas de producto fresco al considerarse producto no promocional». &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El beneficiari al·lega &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que l'objecte social de la marca és fer promoció de productes i que els productes promocionals de la marca son els seus propis productes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No s'accepta l'al·legació &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;atès que aque&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;sta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;despesa &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;no va ser contemplada a la sol·licitud de la subvenció, i per tant, no va ser aprovada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; ‘&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;p&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;roducte fresc' &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;no té característiques similars al concepte aprovat ‘&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;motxilles i bosses'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«Penalización por sobrevaloración del 20,68% en la sol·licitud de pago». El beneficiari al·lega que els subtotals de les despeses directes i de funcionament no superen els concedits &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i presenta un compte justificatiu rectificat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atès que s'ha comprovat la seva rectificació, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;accepta &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;al·legació &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i s'elimina la penalització de sobredeclaració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Atès que la documentació presentada en aquest moment pel beneficiari és només un disseny i no acredita la seva fabricació, divulgació ni distribució &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;n&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;o s'accepta al·legació, &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;i es manté la reducció per incompliment de compromís &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;principal &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;de publicitat. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Es considera que &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;va &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;q&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;ueda&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;r&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt; suficientment acreditat tant &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;per&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt; les dues memòries presentades pel beneficiari &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;en el moment de la&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt; sol·licitud de pagament com &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;per&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt; l'estudi fet pel Fogaiba, que durant el temps de la concessió (setembre de 2021) fins a la notificació de la Proposta de revocació parcial (maig de 2024) no s'ha&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;vie&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;n inclòs els logos pertinents ni a les promocions a establiments, ni a la publicitat en premsa que qualsevol tipus, ni a les xarxes social&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;s&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;, ni a la pàgina web, ni als materials publicitaris (capells, roll-ups...).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Decret 65/2007, de 25 de maig, de constitució, organització i funcionament de l'Organisme Pagador de les despeses del Fons Europeu Agrícola de Garantia (FEAGA) i del Fons Europeu Agrícola de Desenvolupament Rural (FEADER), a la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000080"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;BOIB núm. 082 de 2007&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;; en virtut de l'Ordre de la consellera d'Agricultura i pesca de 23 de desembre de 2005, per la qual es disposa l'assumpció de l'execució de la política de millora i foment dels sectors agrari i pesquer per part del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears, estableix a l'article 1 que el FOGAIBA assumeix l'execució de la política de la Conselleria d'Agricultura i Pesca referent a l'aplicació de les mesures de foment i millora dels sectors agrari i pesquer, a partir de l'1 de gener de 2006.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;9. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.Procedir a la revocació parcial de les resolucions d'ajuda concedides als beneficiaris pels imports i amb els terminis detallats a l'Annex I , que són un total d' 1 expedient/s i que comença amb PAGESOS DE MALLORCA AIE&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;i acaba amb PAGESOS DE MALLORCA AIE&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;,&lt;/span&gt; que suma un import total de&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;44&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;50&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;euros, relativa a la línia d'ajuda “s&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ubvencions per &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;donar suport a projectes pilot i al desenvolupament de nous productes, pràctiques, processos i tecnologies per a l'any 2020&lt;/span&gt;”, ja que la justificació de la despesa ha estat inferior a l'aprovada. L'import total de l'ajuda finalment concedida haurà de ser de 55.941,14&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;euros &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(inclosa la penalització per incompliment del compromís de publicitat).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Notificar la resolució a cada un dels beneficiaris de l'Annex I &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
