&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Mitjançant l&amp;apos;Acord del Consell de Govern de 19 d&amp;apos;abril de 2024 (BOIB núm. 52, de 20 d&amp;apos;abril), es va aprovar el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per als exercicis 2024-2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. La Direcció General d&amp;apos;Infància, Joventut, Famílies, Igualtat i Diversitat (Conselleria de Famílies i Assumptes Socials) ha instat la modificació de l&amp;apos;annex esmentat del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions, concretament dins el punt 4 («Conciliació») de l&amp;apos;objectiu II («Ocupació estable i de qualitat»), arran de l&amp;apos;aprovació de l&amp;apos;Acord de la Conferència Sectorial d&amp;apos;Igualtat, de 29 d&amp;apos;abril de 2024, pel qual es fixen els criteris de distribució a les comunitats autònomes i ciutats de Ceuta i Melilla, així com la distribució resultant, del crèdit destinat l&amp;apos;any 2024 al desenvolupament del Pla Corresponsables, publicat en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de l&amp;apos;Estat&lt;/em&gt; el 17 de maig de 2024, i amb la finalitat de possibilitar la incorporació de quatre noves línies, concretament les línies II.4.5, II.4.6, II.4.7 i II.4.8, en matèria de conciliació familiar, amb especial atenció als col·lectius més vulnerables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. L&amp;apos;apartat tercer de l&amp;apos;Acord del Consell de Govern esmentat estableix que les eventuals modificacions de l&amp;apos;annex del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions es deleguen en la persona titular de la conselleria competent en matèria d&amp;apos;hisenda, d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;article 25 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l&amp;apos;Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears. Correspon, per tant, al conseller d&amp;apos;Economia, Hisenda i Innovació modificar l&amp;apos;annex del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. D&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;apartat 9 de la Resolució del conseller d&amp;apos;Economia, Hisenda i Innovació de 27 de juliol de 2023 de delegació de competències i de delegació de signatura en determinats òrgans de la Conselleria d&amp;apos;Economia, Hisenda i Innovació, d&amp;apos;altres conselleries de l&amp;apos;Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, de l&amp;apos;Agència Tributària de les Illes Balears i del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears, i de suplència dels òrgans directius de la Conselleria d&amp;apos;Economia, Hisenda i Innovació, es delega en la secretària general de la Conselleria d&amp;apos;Economia, Hisenda i Innovació la signatura de les resolucions de modificació de l&amp;apos;annex del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Els articles 25 i 31 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l&amp;apos;Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. El Decret 12/2023, de 10 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s&amp;apos;estableixen les competències i l&amp;apos;estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l&amp;apos;Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, modificat pels decrets 16/2023, de 20 de juliol; 17/2023, de 23 d&amp;apos;agost; 1/2024, de 4 de gener; 4/2024, de 17 de maig, i 5/2024, de 29 de maig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. El Decret 9/2023, de 10 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual es disposa el nomenament dels membres del Govern de les Illes Balears, en què es nomena el senyor Antoni Costa Costa conseller d&amp;apos;Economia, Hisenda i Innovació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;Finalitats i efectes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt; facilitar la conciliació de la vida laboral i familiar, promoure la igualtat d&amp;apos;oportunitats en l&amp;apos;accés i la permanència en l&amp;apos;ocupació de dones i homes, així com remoure els obstacles que pot produir l&amp;apos;acumulació de responsabilitats de les persones treballadores derivades de l&amp;apos;àmbit familiar o domèstic i de l&amp;apos;àmbit laboral o professional, així com fomentar l&amp;apos;ocupació de qualitat en els serveis de cura de les persones joves amb perfils professionals relacionats amb les cures a persones menors d&amp;apos;edat i, en concret, en el sector del lleure educatiu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
