&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1. Mitjançant la Resolució de la consellera de Presidència, Funció Pública i Igualtat de 19 de desembre de 2022 per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria del procés selectiu per a l'accés a diverses categories del personal laboral al servei de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears. (BOIB núm. 165, de 20 de desembre de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;Mitjançant la Resolució de la consellera de Presidència, Funció Pública i Igualtat de 27 de març de 2023 de correcció d'errades i modificació de membres de Tribunals designats en la convocatòria del procés selectiu per a l'accés a diverses categories del personal laboral al servei de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 40, de 30 de març de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;El senyor Antonio Plata Buades, el senyor Miquel Solivellas Aguiló i el senyor Alejandro Godoy Moyá han deixat de formar part de la Comissió Permanent de Selecció i Provisió i han presentat la seva renúncia com a membre dels Tribunals Qualificadors d'aquest procès selectiu, causa que es considera adient pels motius al·legats en l'escrit de renúncia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;Atès el volum de processos en marxa, dels quals els membres de la Comissió Permanent de Selecció i Provisió ja en formen part, i atesa la causa prevista en el número anterior, es fa necessari designar nous presidents titulars i suplents dels Tribunals Qualificadors de la convocatòria del procés selectiu per a l'accés a diverses categories del personal laboral al servei de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, a funcionaris de carrera que no formen part de la Comissió esmentada que d'acord amb el Conveni col·lectiu per al personal laboral de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears es poden designar lliurement per la consellera de Presidència i Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La resta de vocals titulars i suplents dels Tribunals esmentats manté la&amp;nbsp;composició efectuada amb les Resolucions de 19 de desembre 2022 i 27 de&amp;nbsp;març de 2023 de la consellera de Presidència, Funció Pública i Igualtat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;5.&amp;nbsp;En conseqüència, s'han de designar nous presidents titulars i suplents i s'ha de modificar la composició dels Tribunals Qualificadors del procés selectiu per a l'accés a diverses categories del personal laboral al servei de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, en el sentit indicat en l'annex d'aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;L'article 10 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, en relació amb l'article 6.3 c) de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;El Decret 27/1994, d'11 de març, pel qual s'aprova el reglament d'ingrés del personal al servei de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;El Conveni col·lectiu per al personal laboral de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;La Resolució de la consellera de Presidència, Funció Pública i Igualtat de 19 de desembre de 2022 per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria del procés selectiu per a l'accés a diverses categories del personal laboral al servei de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;Acceptar les renúncies com a membre dels Tribunals Qualificadors d'aquest procès selectiu del senyor Antonio Plata Buades, el senyor Miquel Solivellas Aguiló i el senyor Alejandro Godoy Moyá, atès que es considera adient pels motius al·legats en l'escrit de renúncia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;Modificar la composició dels Tribunals Qualificadors d'aquest procés selectiu per a l'accés a diverses categories del personal laboral al servei de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears convocat mitjançant Resolució de 19 de desembre de 2022 (BOIB núm. 165, de 20 de desembre de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;Designar els nous presidents titulars i suplents com a membres dels Tribunals Qualificadors d'aquest procès selectiu, en substitució de les que presenten motius de renúncia justificades, en conseqüència, modificar les composicions dels Tribunals Qualificadors esmentats, en els termes establerts en l'annex d'aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;4. Transcriure la composició dels vocals titulars i suplents dels Tribunals Qualificadors d'aquest procès selectiu que varen ser designats amb les Resolucions de 19 de desembre 2022 i 27 de març de 2023 de la consellera de Presidència, Funció Pública i Igualtat en l'annex d'aquesta Resolució, per tal de fer ´`public la composició final dels Tribunals esmentats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;5.&amp;nbsp;Publicar aquesta Resolució en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;, a la seu electrònica de la CAIB (www.caib.es) i en el Portal de l'Opositor (http://oposicions.caib.es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que posa fi a la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant la consellera de Presidència i Administracions Públiques en el termini d'un mes, comptador des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;També es pot interposar un demanda davant el Jutjat del Social en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb l'article 69 de la Llei 36/2011, de 10 d'octubre, reguladora de la Jurisdicció Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
