    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consell Executiu del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, en sessió ordinària de data 2 d'agost de 2024, va aprovar per unanimitat, l'acord següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;«&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMER.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;APROVAR la convocatòria d'ajudes per al foment de les persones artesanes i de les persones dissenyadores d'Adlib, per a l'any 2024, les seues bases (CSV: 15250271527057535777) i el seu extracte (CSV: 15250326511440072641), que consten a l'expedient núm. 2024/00001006V.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGON.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;APROVAR la dotació econòmica de la convocatòria per un import total màxim de SETANTA-CINC MIL EUROS (75.000 €), que aniran a càrrec de l'aplicació pressupostària 4220.47000 del vigent pressupost (RC núm. 2/2024000000601, de data 26 de gener de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCER.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; DESIGNAR com a membres de la comissió avaluadora prevista a la base desena de la convocatòria, les següents persones: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

L'eficàcia de la convocatòria queda supeditada a la publicació de l'extracte en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objecte i finalitat de les ajudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte d'aquestes ajudes és dinamitzar i fomentar les indústries de l'artesania i de la moda Adlib a l'illa d'Eivissa, a través de la participació en fires, passarel·les i esdeveniments especialitzats, i recolzant la formació i la difusió, de forma que s'estimuli la promoció de l'artesania d'Eivissa, de la moda Adlib i de les marques respectives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tot això amb la finalitat de promoure el millor coneixement de la indústria de l'artesania i de la indústria de la moda d'Eivissa a l'exterior i el seu millor posicionament en el mercat, consolidar la indústria artesana i tèxtil d'Eivissa, i incrementar la comercialització de l'artesania i de la moda Adlib. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquestes ajudes estan previstes al Pla Estratègic de Subvencions del Consell Insular d'Eivissa per a l'any 2023-2025, publicat al BOIB núm. 12, de 26 de gener de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Règim jurídic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria es regirà per les disposicions contingudes a les presents bases, i per la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques (en endavant, LPAC), per la Llei estatal 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions (LGS), i el seu Reglament, aprovat pel Reial decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol (RS), i pel Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la llei de subvencions (TRLGS), i la resta de normativa aplicable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Respecte de la protecció i el tractament de dades de caràcter personal en la realització de les activitats objecte d'aquesta convocatòria, s'han d'observar les prescripcions contingudes a la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garantia dels drets digitals; al Reglament (UE) 2016/679 del Parlament Europeu i del Consell, de 27 d'abril de 2016, relatiu a la protecció de les persones físiques pel que fa al tractament de dades personals i a la lliure circulació d'aquestes dades i pel qual es deroga la Directiva 95/46/CE (Reglament general de protecció de dades), publicat al DOUE núm. 119, de 4/5/2016; i a la resta de legislació vigent en matèria de protecció de dades personals, que hi sigui d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Dotació econòmica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El pressupost total per a aquesta convocatòria, l'any 2024, és de SETANTA-CINC MIL EUROS (75.000,00 €) del vigent pressupost del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, que aniran a càrrec de l'aplicació pressupostària 4220.47000. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Persones beneficiàries. Requisits i obligacions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Requisits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Podran sol·licitar les ajudes les persones físiques i jurídiques privades, les agrupacions de persones físiques o jurídiques privades, les comunitats de béns i altres entitats sense personalitat jurídica, o qualsevol altre tipus d'unitat econòmica o patrimoni separat que estiguin legalment constituïdes i amb ànim de lucre, que compleixin amb els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar en possessió de la carta d'artesà/ana, carta de mestre/a artesà/ana o empreses amb document de qualificació artesanal (DQA) de l'illa d'Eivissa en vigor, o que puguin acreditar haver realitzat la sol·licitud per a la seva obtenció amb el lliurament de tota la documentació requerida per a la seua tramitació i que resta només pendent d'avaluació de la Ponència tècnica, abans de la publicació d'aquesta convocatòria al Butlletí oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB). O bé, els dissenyadors i les dissenyadores de moda, complements i accessoris de moda Adlib que hagin participat en les campanyes de promoció de la moda Adlib promogudes pel Consell Insular d'Eivissa, com a mínim durant els anys 2021, 2022 i 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar donat d'alta en el Cens d'empresaris, professionals i retenidors gestionat per l'AEAT (a Hisenda, com a persones físiques i jurídiques privades, agrupacions de persones físiques o jurídiques privades, o comunitats de béns o qualsevol altre tipus d'unitat econòmica o patrimoni separat), en l'epígraf corresponent i, en tot cas, en el moment de la sol·licitud de l'ajuda i fins la data de justificació de l'activitat objecte de subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tenir un taller o espai de producció propi o contractat a l'illa d'Eivissa, especificant adreça i dades de contacte, horari, nombre de treballadors/res i breu descripció de l'inventari. En el cas de tallers amb maquinària, com és el cas de les persones dissenyadores d'Adlib, ha d'estar, el taller, inscrit o ha haver sol·licitat la inscripció al Registre Industrial del Govern de les Illes Balears. El Consell Insular d'Eivissa podrà comprovar presencialment el compliment dels requisits esmentats abans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar d'alta en la Seguretat Social, en tot cas en el moment de la sol·licitud de l'ajuda i fins a la data de justificació de l'activitat objecte de subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar al corrent en el compliment de les obligacions econòmiques amb el Consell Insular d'Eivissa i de les altres obligacions tributàries amb l'Hisenda estatal i autonòmica (AEAT i ATIB) i amb la Seguretat Social imposades per la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No incórrer en cap de les prohibicions per ser-ne beneficiari establertes a l'article 13 de la LGS, i a l'article 10 del TRLGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas de les comunitats de bens o altres entitats sense personalitat jurídica que vulguin sol·licitar una subvenció, hauran d'optar entre sol·licitar-la de forma individual com a persona física o bé com a comunitat de bens o entitat sense personalitat jurídica, no poden sol·licitar la mateixa subvenció per ambdues opcions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Obligacions de les persones beneficiàries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A més del que es disposa en l'article 14 de la LGS, i el RLGS i el TRLGS, són obligacions de les persones beneficiàries: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Justificar degudament la realització de l'activitat, com també el compliment dels requisits i de les condicions que determinin la concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sotmetre's a les actuacions de comprovació, seguiment i inspecció que pugui efectuar el Consell Insular d'Eivissa i aportar tota la informació i la documentació que li sigui requerida en l'exercici d'aquestes actuacions. En aquest sentit, el Consell Insular d'Eivissa podrà inspeccionar les activitats subvencionades i el compliment dels requisits establerts (incloent realitzar visites als tallers), sense perjudici de les competències que puguin correspondre a altres organismes i institucions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comunicar al Consell Insular d'Eivissa la sol·licitud o l'obtenció d'altres subvencions per a la mateixa finalitat procedents de qualsevol administració o entitat pública o privada, nacional o internacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta comunicació ha de fer-se en el termini de deu dies hàbils a comptar a partir de la sol·licitud o l'obtenció de la subvenció concurrent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conservar els documents justificatius de l'aplicació dels fons percebuts, amb inclusió dels documents electrònics, mentre puguin ser objecte d'actuacions de comprovació i control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Reintegrar els fons percebuts en els supòsits previstos legalment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Adoptar mesures de difusió relatives al caràcter públic del finançament de l'activitat objecte de subvenció. A aquest efecte, s'ha d'incloure de forma visible el suport del Consell Insular d'Eivissa o es donarà difusió de l'ajuda, mitjançant mencions, a les pàgines webs, xarxes socials, o altres mitjans de comunicació ordinaris (revistes, comunicats, etc.) de què disposi la persona beneficiària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Qualsevol alteració de les condicions tingudes en compte per concedir l'ajut i, en qualsevol cas, l'obtenció de subvencions incompatibles pot donar lloc a la modificació de la resolució de concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Activitats subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Seran objecte de subvenció les activitats dutes a terme entre el dia 15 d'octubre de 2022 i el 30 de juny de 2024 (ambdós inclosos), per les persones interessades que compleixen allò definit al punt 4 de la present convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Són despeses subvencionables les derivades directament del desenvolupament de la pròpia activitat artesanal i de la moda següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Assistència i participació en activitats tals com fires, passarel·les, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;showrooms&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; o esdeveniments especialitzats d'artesania o de moda nacionals, celebrades al territori espanyol fora de l'illa d'Eivissa, excepte fires o esdeveniments especialitzats d'alimentació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Assistència i participació en activitats tals com fires, passarel·les, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;showrooms&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; o esdeveniments especialitzats d'artesania o de moda celebrades fora d'Espanya, excepte fires o esdeveniments especialitzats d'alimentació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Assistència, participació i/o organització de sessions fotogràfiques i/o filmacions audiovisuals que permetin obtenir recursos per a la promoció dels oficis artesans i de la moda Adlib a través de les diferents plataformes i mitjans &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;online&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;offline&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Participació en fires i esdeveniments virtuals de moda o artesania, excepte fires d'alimentació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contractació d'anuncis o campanyes publicitàries en mitjans de comunicació escrits, audiovisuals i on-line.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Assistència a activitats de formació, vinculades amb l'ofici o l'activitat artesanal, de moda i/o empresarial. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Edició de catàlegs, fullets, tríptics així com altres materials per a la difusió de l'ofici i els productes i serveis artesanals o de moda Adlib.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;I, concretament, de les actuacions dites seran considerades despeses subvencionables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Despeses derivades de la inscripció o lloguer d'espai físic o digital per a realitzar l'activitat promocional. (Queden excloses les fires exclusivament d'alimentació).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Despeses derivades del transport de material (peces de roba, productes artesanals, complements, utensilis de suport, etc.) per participar en l'activitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Despeses derivades de l'allotjament per assistir en representació de la marca a l'activitat promocional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Despeses derivades de la contractació de servei de models per a l'activitat promocional, sessió fotogràfica i/o filmació audiovisual. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Despeses derivades de la contractació del servei de perruqueria, maquillatge i estilisme per a l'activitat promocional, sessió fotogràfica i/o filmació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Despeses derivades de la contractació del servei de fotografia i filmació audiovisual (inclosa l'edició i producció de les imatges) per a l'activitat promocional, sessió fotogràfica i/o filmació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Despeses de la contractació de publicitat en mitjans de comunicació: planificació tècnica, disseny i/o edició, i reserva de l'espai publicitari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Despeses d'inscripció en la formació corresponent, i despeses d'allotjament si la formació té lloc fora d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Despeses derivades de l'edició, producció, disseny, traducció i impressió del material gràfic de difusió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cap cas no es consideraran despeses subvencionables: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les despeses que no compleixin l'objecte de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els impostos indirectes quan siguin susceptibles de recuperació o compensació, com és el cas de l'IVA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Import de les ajudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La quantia màxima de les subvencions que es podrà concedir en aquesta convocatòria és de SETANTA-CINC MIL EUROS (75.000,00 €), que aniran a càrrec de l'aplicació pressupostària 4220.47000.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La quantitat màxima a rebre per cada sol·licitant, sumant les ajudes rebudes per les diferents activitats que hagin realitzat en aquesta convocatòria de subvencions, serà de 10.000 euros. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les ajudes es concediran d'acord amb la distribució següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Despeses derivades de la inscripció o lloguer d'espai per a realitzar l'activitat promocional, fins un màxim del 75% de la despesa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Despeses derivades del transport de material (peces de roba, productes artesanals, complements, utensilis de suport, etc) per participar en l'activitat, fins un màxim del 75% de la despesa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Despeses derivades de l'allotjament per assistir en representació de la marca a l'activitat promocional, o per assistència a formació fora d'Eivissa, fins un màxim de 100 euros per dia d'allotjament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Despeses derivades de la contractació de servei de models per a l'activitat promocional, sessió fotogràfica i/o filmació, fins un màxim de 75% de la despesa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Despeses derivades de la contractació del servei de perruqueria, maquillatge i estilisme per a l'activitat promocional, sessió fotogràfica i/o filmació, fins un màxim del 75% de la despesa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Despeses derivades de la contractació del servei de fotografia i filmació (inclosa l'edició i producció de les imatges) per a l'activitat promocional, sessió fotogràfica i/o filmació, fins un màxim del 75% de la despesa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Despeses derivades de la contractació de serveis publicitaris, fins un màxim del 75 % de la despesa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Despeses derivades de la inscripció en formació, fins un màxim del 75 % de la despesa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Despeses derivades de l'edició, traducció i impressió de material gràfic de difusió, fins un màxim de 300 euros. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els beneficiaris no podran rebre cap ajuda que sigui superior al cost de l'activitat subvencionada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Distribució de les ajudes en cas que la quantia de la convocatòria fos insuficient:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la quantitat màxima prevista per aquesta convocatòria (N) no resultés suficient per fer front a les sol·licituds dels beneficiaris, aquesta quantia (N) es repartirà entre totes les persones beneficiàries de la següent manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les subvencions s'atorgaran a cada sol·licitant seguint un criteri proporcional en funció de la suma total (S) dels imports resultants de l'aplicació del valor dels mòduls entre totes les sol·licituds que es presentin i compleixin els requisits d'aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada obtingut l'import total de la suma realitzada, s'aplicarà el criteri proporcional d'acord a la següent relació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;K= N/ S&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;On:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(N) és &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quantia de les ajudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(S) és la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Suma del total dels imports resultants del valor dels mòduls de totes les sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(K) és una constant de proporcionalitat a obtenir en funció de les sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La quantia a atorgar per cada sol·licitud serà la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Q&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sub&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sub&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Quantia a atorgar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; = K * S&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sub&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sub&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;sol·licitud &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(si el Q&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sub&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sub&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; resultant és superior es limitarà a la quantia màxima establerta).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les ajudes s'atorgaran amb informe previ del departament instructor de les ajudes i sempre amb el límit de SETANTA-CINC MIL EUROS (75.000,00 €) per al total de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cap cas l'ajuda efectivament pagada no podrà ser superior a la quantia degudament justificada; en tal supòsit, la quantitat de l'ajuda es reduirà en la mateixa proporció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Procediment de concessió i compatibilitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Procediment de concessió dels ajuts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb la LGS i el TRLS, el procediment de concessió d'aquestes ajudes es tramitarà en règim de concurrència competitiva, i d'acord amb els principis de publicitat, d'objectivitat, de transparència, d'igualtat i de no-discriminació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el marc d'allò que preveu l'article 39.7 del TRLGS, la justificació d'aquestes ajudes es produeix pel fet de reunir els requisits per ser-ne beneficiari. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els ajuts no generen cap dret a l'obtenció d'altres ajuts en exercicis posteriors i no es poden al·legar com a precedent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Compatibilitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les subvencions que s'atorguin d'acord amb aquesta convocatòria són compatibles entre si i també amb les que puguin atorgar altres entitats públiques o privades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'import de les subvencions en cap cas no pot ser d'una quantia tal que, aïlladament o en concurrència amb altres subvencions, ajuts, ingressos o recursos, superi el cost de l'activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona beneficiària ha de comunicar al Consell Insular d'Eivissa (vegeu Annex 1) l'obtenció d'altres subvencions, ajuts, ingressos o recursos per a l'activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Sol·licituds. Termini i documentació a presentar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Forma i lloc de presentació de la sol·licitud &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sol·licituds de subvenció es formalitzaran mitjançant la instància i els annexos que facilita el Consell Insular d'Eivissa, els quals es poden descarregar des de la Seu Electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa mitjançant l'adreça d'internet https://seu.conselldeivissa.es. La sol·licitud d'ajuda presentada haurà d'anar signada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb la sol·licitud de subvenció s'haurà d'aportar la documentació que es requereix en aquest punt de les bases, i la documentació requerida per justificar l'activitat indicada al punt 9 de la present convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tota la documentació que es lliuri ha d'estar en llengua catalana o castellana. En cas que es vulgui presentar en altres idiomes, s'ha de lliurar obligatòriament una traducció jurada o traducció d'un organisme oficial en un dels dos idiomes oficials de les Illes Balears. Qualsevol document que no compleixi aquesta premissa serà exclòs del procés de valoració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sol·licituds i tota la documentació que es requereixi es dirigiran a la Presidència del Consell Insular d'Eivissa i es presentaran, dins del termini establert, via telemàtica mitjançant la Seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (https://seu.conselldeivissa.es), preferentment mitjançant el tràmit &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sol·licitud de subvencions per al foment de l'artesania i de la indústria de la moda Adlib&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, de conformitat amb el previst a l'article 14 de la LPAC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que la sol·licitud d'ajuda es presenti mitjançant representant, caldrà presentar l'acreditació de tenir la capacitat de representació corresponent per a la realització dels tràmits relatius a la sol·licitud i gestió de les &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ajudes per al foment de l'artesania i de la indústria de la moda Adlib per a l'any 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La informació al respecte de la present convocatòria, així com l'obtenció dels models annexos i l'enllaç al tràmit per a la sol·licitud de l'ajuda, també es podrà trobar a la secció Artesania i Moda Adlib de la pàgina web d'ajudes del Consell Insular d'Eivissa &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="https://ajudes.conselldeivissa.es/" style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,serif; color:blue; text-decoration:underline"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;s://ajudes.conselldeivissa.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No s'admetrà cap sol·licitud ni cap documentació que es presenti únicament a través de correu electrònic, en cap moment de la tramitació de l'expedient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a una millor instrucció, la documentació ha de tenir preferentment el format PDF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El fet de presentar sol·licitud d'aquestes ajudes implica l'acceptació d'aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Termini de presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini per presentar les sol·licituds començarà el dia següent al de la publicació de l'extracte de la convocatòria al BOIB i finalitzarà als 15 dies naturals de la publicació de l'extracte esmentat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La sol·licitud es realitzarà una vegada es pugui acreditar la realització de l'activitat i aportar els documents justificatius de la mateixa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Documentació a presentar amb la sol·licitud:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es presentarà una única petició per cada persona sol·licitant. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sol·licituds es presentaran amb la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Si la presentació de la documentació es fa en nom d'una altra persona, s'haurà d'acreditar la capacitat de representació corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Imprès de sol·licitud de la subvenció (Annex 1) degudament emplenat on s'inclou:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaració responsable signada per la persona sol·licitant de no estar sotmesa a cap de les circumstàncies que determinen la impossibilitat d'obtenir la condició de beneficiari/ària de les subvencions públiques recollides en l'article 13 de la LGS i en l'article 10 del TRLGS, així com d'estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i de la Seguretat Social davant l'Administració de l'Estat, així com d'estar al corrent de les obligacions econòmiques davant el Consell Insular d'Eivissa, i autorització a l'òrgan instructor per comprovar aquestes dades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaració responsable en què es facin constar totes les subvencions o els ajuts obtinguts o sol·licitats per a la mateixa finalitat de qualsevol ens públic o privat, si escau, o una declaració expressa de no haver-ne sol·licitat cap.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Si el/la sol·licitant és persona jurídica, original o còpia acarada de l'escriptura de constitució o modificació, estatuts o reglament de funcionament inscrits en el registre corresponent. En el cas que així ho determinin els estatuts, s'ha d'adjuntar certificat de nomenament del representant legal habilitat per realitzar la sol·licitud, així com acord adoptat per l'òrgan corresponent de l'entitat per sol·licitar l'ajuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Si el/la sol·licitant és una agrupació de persones físiques o jurídiques, comunitats de béns o altres agrupacions econòmiques sense personalitat jurídica pròpia, hauran de signar la sol·licitud totes les persones integrants i adjuntar-hi els seus DNI (o documentació acreditativa de la personalitat jurídica de cada un dels integrants); així mateix han de designar una persona com a representant únic a efectes de notificacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En compliment de l'article 11.3 de la LGS, quan es tracti de persones físiques o jurídiques sense personalitat, s'hauran de fer constar expressament a la sol·licitud els compromisos d'execució de cada membre fent referència a quina part de l'activitat ha executat cadascun d'ells, així com l'import de subvenció que sol·licita i que s'ha abonar a cada membre de l'agrupació, que tindran igualment la consideració de beneficiaris. En qualsevol cas, s'haurà de nomenar un representant o apoderat únic de l'agrupació amb poders per complir les obligacions que, com a beneficiària, correspon a l'agrupació. No es podrà dissoldre l'agrupació fins que hagi transcorregut el termini de prescripció previst als articles 39 i 65 de la LGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Certificat de situació en el Cens d'Empresaris, Professionals i Retenidors de l'Agència Estatal de l'Administració Tributària (AEAT), on s'acrediti l'alta com a persones físiques i jurídiques privades, agrupacions de persones físiques o jurídiques privades, o comunitats de béns o qualsevol altre tipus d'unitat econòmica o patrimoni separat, i en l'epígraf corresponent en el moment de la sol·licitud de l'ajuda i fins a la data de justificació de l'activitat objecte de subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Acreditació de l'alta a la Seguretat Social o, si és el cas, rebuts de pagament a la Seguretat Social per demostrar que ha estat d'alta en el moment de la sol·licitud de l'ajuda i fins a la data de justificació de l'activitat objecte de subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Declaració responsable on s'informi si la persona interessada disposa de taller de producció propi o aliè a l'illa d'Eivissa, així com adreça, dades de contacte, nombre de treballadors. Així mateix, s'haurà d'indicar el número d'inscripció o de la sol·licitud d'inscripció al Registre Industrial del Govern de les Illes Balears, segons model que figura com a Annex 2, en el cas de tallers de producció amb maquinària elèctrica específica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Documentació de justificació de l'ajuda: juntament amb la sol·licitud, s'aportaran també els documents requerits per a la justificació, d'acord amb el punt 9 d'aquesta convocatòria: un escrit descriptiu (memòria), una liquidació d'ingressos i despeses, factures i comprovants de pagament de les despeses objecte de subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- L'imprès d'alta o modificació com a creditor del Consell Insular d'Eivissa a efectes econòmics expedit i signat necessàriament a nom de la persona sol·licitant de l'ajuda (persona física, jurídica o membre de la comunitat de bens o altres entitats sense personalitat jurídica –persona física– que cobrarà l'ajuda) i segellat per l'entitat bancària, segons model que consta al tràmit de la seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, d'alta de creditor, del Departament de Tresoreria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest imprès no caldrà presentar-lo en cas que s'hagi presentat anteriorment al Consell Insular d'Eivissa i no s'hagi produït cap canvi en les dades aportades en el seu moment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Qualsevol altra documentació que la persona sol·licitant consideri convenient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones sol·licitants que ja hagin presentat en el Consell Insular d'Eivissa qualsevol d'aquests documents només hauran d'aportar la documentació que sigui necessari actualitzar o renovar, sempre que no hagin transcorregut més de cinc anys des que la documentació fou presentada i assenyalin la data i l'òrgan davant el qual es va presentar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consell Insular d'Eivissa pot requerir, a més, tota la documentació complementària que consideri necessària per avaluar correctament la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Justificació de les ajudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per justificar degudament les despeses subvencionables s'haurà d'aportar la següent documentació: un escrit descriptiu (memòria), una liquidació d'ingressos i despeses, factures i comprovants de pagament, presentats en la forma que s'estableix a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Escrit descriptiu del compliment de les condicions establertes per a la concessió de la subvenció, amb indicació de les activitats dutes a terme i que inclogui:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Explicació de l'activitat, amb dades com: nom, descripció, públic, objectius,...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Data de realització de l'activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fotografies de l'expositor, dels productes,...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Liquidació d'ingressos i despeses: document, degudament signat, amb la liquidació detallada d'ingressos i despeses de l'actuació desenvolupada, sempre dins del període subvencionable establert al punt 5 de les presents bases. Aquest document, d'acord amb el model de l'annex 3, haurà de tenir la informació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En l'apartat d'ingressos: s'hi informarà, si és el cas, d'altres ajudes rebudes per a la mateixa activitat, detallant:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Concepte de l'ingrés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Procedència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Import.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En l'apartat de despeses: relació o llistat de factures o els documents probatoris que la despesa s'ha efectuat i pagat degudament i els justificants presentats. Per a cada factura o document probatori s'ha d'especificar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Concepte: relacionat directament amb l'actuació per la qual es demana subvenció .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Import: desglossant IVA, si n'és el cas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Data de pagament de la factura. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Factures i comprovants de pagament de les despeses objecte de subvenció:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Totes les factures o els documents probatoris del pagament de la despesa que, en el seu cas, s'aportin per a la justificació de la despesa subvencionable hauran d'estar emesos en una data dins del període subvencionable, entre el dia 15 d'octubre de 2022 i 30 de juny de 2024 (ambdós inclosos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Preferentment presentar cada factura juntament amb el seu justificant de pagament específic. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els documents probatoris o les factures que es presentin per justificar la subvenció hauran d'estar emesos en una de les dues llengües oficials de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears o aportar traducció jurada del document a alguna d'aquestes llengües oficials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a aquelles despeses que estiguin subjectes a altres subvencions i per qualsevol motiu que ho aconselli, els justificants originals presentats es marcaran amb una estampilla indicant-hi la subvenció per a la justificació de la qual ha estat presentada, i si l'import del justificant s'imputa totalment o parcialment a la subvenció. En aquest darrer cas, s'indicarà a més la quantia exacta que resulti afectada per la subvenció. Després, s'acceptarà la còpia acarada d'aquesta factura estampillada, subjecta a altres subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'haurà d'acreditar el pagament de les factures/els documents probatoris de la despesa efectuada en alguna de les següents formes, depenent del mitjà de pagament:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) En el cas que el pagament s'hagi realitzat per transferència bancària, s'acompanyarà documentació acreditativa de la transferència dita. La persona beneficiària ha de ser titular del compte bancari des del qual s'hagi efectuat el pagament i així ho haurà d'acreditar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) En el cas que el pagament s'hagi realitzat mitjançant targeta electrònica, s'haurà d'aportar la liquidació dels pagaments de la targeta esmentada. La liquidació ha d'estar efectuada en un número de compte bancària del qual la persona beneficiària sigui titular i així ho haurà d'acreditar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) En el cas que el pagament s'hagi realitzat en efectiu dins dels límits permesos per la legislació vigent en matèria de lluita contra el frau, s'haurà d'acreditar el seu pagament al comptat bé fent constar a la factura la signatura, la identificació (nom i DNI) de la persona que ha rebut l'import, la data de recepció de l'import i el segell del proveïdor, o bé aportant un document de rebut de l'import, en què constin el concepte, la quantia abonada, la data de pagament, la identificació (nom i DNI) de la persona que ha rebut l'import i el segell del proveïdor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Comissió d'avaluació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La comissió d'avaluació és l'òrgan col·legiat al qual corresponen les funcions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Qualificar les sol·licituds, d'acord amb les bases establertes en aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Emetre una acta amb un informe que ha de servir de base per elaborar la proposta de resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La comissió d'avaluació estarà integrada per un/a president/a, un/a secretari/ària i un nombre de vocals no inferior a tres, designats en la resolució de la convocatòria d'aquestes ajudes, d'acord amb criteris de competència professional i d'experiència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Òrgans competents per a l'ordenació, la instrucció i la resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pel que fa als òrgans competents per a l'ordenació, la instrucció i la resolució:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Departament de Promoció Econòmica, Cooperació Municipal i Recursos Humans del Consell Insular d'Eivissa és el competent per instruir el procediment d'aquestes bases, de conformitat amb l'establert a l'article tercer, punt 3, del Decret de Presidència número 2023000467, del 28 de juny de 2023, d'estructura del Govern del Consell Insular d'Eivissa i creació de Departaments (publicat al BOIB Núm. 88, 29 de juny de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dins d'aquest Departament correspon a la consellera executiva l'ordenació del procediment, en virtut del Decret de Presidència núm. 2023000472, de data 28 de juny de 2023, de nomenament de les persones membres del Consell Executiu i de les vicepresidències del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (BOIB núm. 88, de 29 de juny de 2023), i d'acord amb l'article 33 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de Consells insulars, i amb l'article 72 del Reglament orgànic del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (BOIB 136, de 18-09-2010, correcció en BOIB núm. 148, de 14-10-2010, modificació al BOIB núm. 48, de 16-04-2016), on es recullen les atribucions i competències del consellers/es executius/ves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Correspon al Consell Executiu l'aprovació d'aquestes bases, de conformitat amb les atribucions establertes a l'article 28.1. m&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars (BOIB núm. 88, de 7-07-2022): &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprovar les convocatòries d'ajudes i subvencion&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;s, en relació amb l'article 65 del Reglament orgànic d'aquesta Corporació (BOIB núm. 136, de 18/09/2010, correcció en el BOIB núm. 148, de 14-10-2010, modificat pel BOIB núm. 48, de 16-04-2016).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.4. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El pagament d'aquestes ajudes i la seua revocació, en el cas que pertoqui, es farà mitjançant resolució de la consellera executiva del Departament de Promoció Econòmica, Cooperació Municipal i Recursos Humans, de conformitat amb l'article 33.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Instrucció. Esmena i millora de la sol·licitud &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Departament de Promoció Econòmica, Cooperació Municipal i Recursos Humans del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, com a competent per instruir el procediment de tramitació de les sol·licituds, després de valorar-les, es requerirà a les persones interessades, si la sol·licitud no reuneix els requisits establerts en aquestes bases, que l'esmenin, d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 68.1 de la LPAC. Les persones interessades podran esmenar la seua sol·licitud en el termini de deu dies hàbils, comptadors des del dia després d'haver rebut la notificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si en el termini de deu dies hàbils la persona interessada no fa la rectificació reclamada o no presenta la complementació requerida, el Consell Insular d'Eivissa, després d'haver pres la resolució pertinent, considerarà que l'entitat interessada desisteix de la seua petició. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'òrgan instructor podrà requerir, en qualsevol moment de la tramitació de l'expedient, els documents complementaris que es considerin necessaris, a l'efecte de garantir la inversió correcta dels recursos pressupostaris destinats a les ajudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les notificacions per les quals es requereixi l'esmena de la documentació aportada es realitzaran mitjançant la publicació corresponent a la seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. Proposta de resolució provisional i al·legacions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb fonament en l'informe de la comissió d'avaluació i de conformitat amb l'article 24.4 de la LGS, i l'article 16 del TRLGS, l'òrgan instructor formularà la proposta de resolució provisional, degudament motivada, que expressarà la relació de persones beneficiàries per a les quals es proposa la concessió de l'ajuda i la seua quantia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Igualment, si és el cas, en les sol·licituds excloses o per a les quals es proposa la desestimació/denegació, s'indicarà la causa d'exclusió o desestimació/denegació, i s'obrirà un termini de deu dies hàbils per presentar-hi al·legacions, comptador a partir del dia següent de la seva notificació, que es realitzarà mitjançant la publicació corresponent a la seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada resoltes les al·legacions, si n'hi ha, es formularà la proposta de resolució definitiva i la posterior resolució de concessió de les subvencions, aprovada per l'òrgan competent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14. Resolució i notificació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment de concessió d'aquests ajuts és el de concurrència competitiva. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolució de concessió determinarà la quantia concedida i incorporarà, si escau, les condicions, obligacions i determinacions accessòries al fet que hagi de subjectar-se la persona beneficiària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els expedients es resoldran en un termini màxim de SIS MESOS a comptar des de la finalització del termini de presentació de les sol·licituds a què es refereix cada línia de la convocatòria. Transcorregut aquest termini sense que s'hagi dictat resolució expressa, la sol·licitud s'ha d'entendre desestimada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'òrgan instructor notificarà la resolució a les persones interessades, que tendran un termini de deu dies des de la seva recepció, per presentar al·legacions o l'acceptació de l'ajuda. Tanmateix, l'acceptació s'entendrà produïda automàticament si en el referit termini no es fa constar el contrari. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les notificacions de la resolució de concessió es realitzaran mitjançant la publicació corresponent a la seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15. Pagament de les subvencions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'import de l'ajuda que atorgui el Consell Insular d'Eivissa, es farà efectiva una sola vegada mitjançant transferència bancària, després que es dicti la resolució definitiva de concessió, es notifiqui i hagi passat el termini d'acceptació de la mateixa sense cap al·legació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a efectuar el pagament els beneficiaris han de trobar-se al corrent de les obligacions tributàries (AEAT i ATIB) i amb la Seguretat Social, així com de les obligacions econòmiques amb el Consell Insular d'Eivissa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tota alteració de les condicions que s'han tingut en compte per concedir la subvenció i, en tot cas, l'obtenció concurrent de subvencions o ajudes atorgades per altres administracions o ens, públics o privats, nacionals o internacionals, pot donar lloc a la modificació de la resolució de la concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per al pagament de la subvenció es podrà sol·licitar qualsevol altra documentació o informes tècnics que els serveis del Consell Insular d'Eivissa considerin adients.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16. Revocació i reintegrament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'incompliment de l'obligació de justificar la finalitat de l'ajuda econòmica rebuda en la forma i els terminis establerts suposarà, a més de la revocació, la impossibilitat de participar en pròximes convocatòries d'ajudes del Consell Insular d'Eivissa mentre no es faci la devolució de l'import reclamat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les ajudes concedides es podran revocar mitjançant resolució de la consellera executiva del Departament de Promoció Econòmica, Cooperació Municipal i Recursos Humans. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si durant la instrucció de l'expedient o en el transcurs dels 4 anys posteriors a la concessió de les ajudes s'observen incompliments parcials o totals de les activitats objecte de les ajudes, aquestes poden ser sotmeses a reintegrament,&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;així com l'exigència de l'interès de demora des de la data del pagament de la subvenció fins que s'acordi la procedència del seu reintegrament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquest sentit, de conformitat amb l'article 17.3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la LGS, en relació amb l'article 37.2 de la pròpia llei, i els articles 13.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; i 44 del TRLGS, s'estableixen el següents criteris de graduació del possible incompliment material de l'activitat objecte d'aquesta subvenció, i sempre que els beneficiaris acreditin una actuació inequívoca tendent a la satisfacció dels seus compromisos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En particular, procedirà el reintegrament total de l'ajuda en el supòsit de falsedat de les declaracions responsables presentades, així com en cas d'alienació de béns adquirits que hagin comptat amb subvenció d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; L'òrgan instructor aplicarà aquests criteris per determinar, si s'escau, l'import a reintegrar per part de l'entitat o persona beneficiària. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.5. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb el que disposa l'article 43 del TRLGS, s'ha de revocar la subvenció quan, posteriorment a la resolució de concessió vàlida i ajustada a dret, el beneficiari incompleix totalment o parcialment les obligacions o els compromisos contrets als quals està condicionada l'eficàcia de l'acte de concessió de la subvenció. En tal cas, quedarà sense efecte l'acte de concessió, totalment o parcialment, i es reintegraran les quantitats percebudes indegudament a més de l' interès de demora corresponent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El reintegrament es realitzarà pel procediment establert al Títol II de la LGS, en el qual s'ha de garantir l'audiència a les entitats interessades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Les quantitats reintegrables tenen la consideració d'ingressos de dret públic i poden ser exigides per la via de constrenyiment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17. Règim d'infraccions i sancions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El règim d'infraccions i sancions administratives aplicables serà l'establert en el títol IV de la LGS i en el títol V del TRLGS. Tot això sense perjudici de les responsabilitats penals o civils en què es pugui incórrer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18. Règim de recursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra l'acord del Consell Executiu que aprova les bases reguladores d'aquestes ajudes, el qual no exhaureix la via administrativa, es podrà interposar davant el Ple el recurs d'alçada previst als articles 112.1, 121 i 122 de la LPAC, en el termini d'un mes des de l'endemà de la seua notificació, tot això en virtut del que disposa l'article 66.2 de la Llei 4/2022, de 8 de juny, de consells insulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra les resolucions de la consellera executiva del Departament de Promoció Econòmica, Cooperació Municipal i Recursos Humans, les quals no exhaureixen la via administrativa, es podrà interposar davant el Consell Executiu el recurs d'alçada previst als articles 112.1, 121 i 122.1 de la LPAC, en el termini d'un mes des de l'endemà de la seua notificació, tot això en virtut del que disposa l'article 66.4 de la Llei 4/2022, de 8 de juny, de consells insulars. . &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El recurs haurà de resoldre's en el termini de tres mesos, transcorreguts els quals sense que s'hagi dictat resolució expressa s'entendrà desestimat i quedarà oberta la via contenciosa administrativa (article 122.2 de la LPAC).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19. Publicitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les bases de la present convocatòria s'enviaran a publicar al BOIB i, una vegada publicades, s'enviarà la convocatòria i un extracte d'aquesta per publicar a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions (BDNS), en els termes expressats als articles 18 i 20 de la LGS i al Reial decret 130/2019, de 8 de març, pel qual es regula la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions i la publicitat de les subvencions i altres ajudes públiques, i també se'n farà publicitat al Portal de Transparència del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, https://ajudes.conselldeivissa.es/ .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'eficàcia de la convocatòria queda supeditada a la publicació de l'extracte en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona beneficiària de l'ajuda, ha de publicitar el caràcter públic del finançament del material adquirit i acreditar-ho mitjançant l'aportació, segons el casos, de fotografies que permetin la verificació de la instal·lació en un lloc visible del taller o espai de treball, del lloc de venta o mostra, cartells o enllaços a les webs, xarxes socials o altres eines, que permeti la verificació de la inserció, com a mínim, del logotip del Consell Insular d'Eivissa. En el cas de xarxes socials, s'haurà d'etiquetar com a mínim, el compte del Consell Insular d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;* Declaració responsable en què es facin constar totes les subvencions o els ajuts obtenguts o sol·licitats per a la mateixa finalitat de qualsevol ens públic o privat, si escau, o una declaració expressa de no haver-ne sol·licitat cap.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;( ) Si el/la sol·licitant és una agrupació de persones físiques o jurídiques, comunitats de béns o altres agrupacions econòmiques sense personalitat jurídica pròpia, hauran de signar la sol·licitud totes les persones integrants i adjuntar-hi els seus DNI (o documentació acreditativa de la personalitat jurídica de cada un dels integrants); així mateix han de designar una persona com a representant únic a efectes de notificacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En compliment de l'article 11.3 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, quan es tracti de persones físiques o jurídiques sense personalitat, s'hauran de fer constar expressament a la sol·licitud els compromisos d'execució de cada membre fent referència a quina part de l'activitat ha executat cadascun d'ells, així com l'import de subvenció que sol·licita i que s'ha abonar a cada membre de l'agrupació, que tendran igualment la consideració de beneficiaris. En qualsevol cas, s'haurà de nomenar un representant o apoderat únic de l'agrupació amb poders per complir les obligacions que, com a beneficiària, correspon a l'agrupació. No es podrà dissoldre l'agrupació fins que hagi transcorregut el termini de prescripció previst als articles 39 i 65 de la citada llei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;( ) Certificat de situació en el Cens d'Empresaris, Professionals i Retenidors de l'Agència Estatal de l'Administració Tributària (AEAT), on s'acrediti l'alta com a persones físiques i jurídiques privades, agrupacions de persones físiques o jurídiques privades, o comunitats de béns o qualsevol altre tipus d'unitat econòmica o patrimoni separat, i en l'epígraf corresponent en el moment de la sol·licitud de l'ajuda i fins a la data de justificació de l'activitat objecte de subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;( ) Acreditació de l'alta a la Seguretat Social o, si és el cas, rebuts de pagament a la Seguretat Social per demostrar que ha estat d'alta en el moment de la sol·licitud de l'ajuda i fins a la data de justificació de l'activitat objecte de subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;( ) Declaració responsable on s'informi si la persona interessada disposa de taller de producció propi o aliè a l'illa d'Eivissa, així com adreça, dades de contacte, nombre de treballadors. Així mateix, s'haurà d'indicar el número d'inscripció o de la sol·licitud d'inscripció al Registre Industrial del Govern de les Illes Balears, segons model que figura com a Annex 2, en el cas de tallers de producció amb maquinària elèctrica específica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;( ) Documentació de justificació de l'ajuda: juntament amb la sol·licitud, s'aportaran també els documents requerits per a la justificació, d'acord amb el punt 9 d'aquesta convocatòria: un escrit descriptiu (memòria), una liquidació d'ingressos i despeses, factures i comprovants de pagament de les despeses objecte de subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;( ) L'imprès d'alta o modificació com a creditor del Consell Insular d'Eivissa a efectes econòmics expedit i signat necessàriament a nom de la persona sol·licitant de l'ajuda (persona física, jurídica o membre de la CB o altres entitats sense personalitat jurídica –persona física– que cobrarà l'ajuda) i segellat per l'entitat bancària, segons model que consta al tràmit de la seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, d'alta de creditor, del Departament de Tresoreria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest imprès no caldrà presentar-lo en cas que s'hagi presentat anteriorment al Consell Insular d'Eivissa i no s'hagi produït cap canvi en les dades aportades en el seu moment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
