Selecció d'una borsa de tècnic/a d'administració especial TAE assessor jurídic, escala d'administració especial, A1, pel procediment de concurs oposició&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Feim públic que per Resolució de la regidora delegada número 2024-1362 de data 08.08.2024, s'ha resolt en la part suficient el que segueix: "[...] SEGON. Publicar la convocatòria i les bases reguladores d'aquesta al BOIB, al tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament d'Alaior, a la seu electrònica i al portal de transparència. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;diuen literalment:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BASES QUE HAN DE REGIR EL PROCÉS DE SELECCIÓ PER CONSTITUIR UNA BORSA DE TREBALL, DE TÈCNIC/A D'ADMINISTRACIÓ ESPECIAL (TAE), ASSESSOR JURÍDIC A1, AMB CARÀCTER DE FUNCIONARI/ÀRIA INTERÍ/INA &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és la selecció de personal per constituir una borsa de tècnic/a d'administració especial TAE assessor jurídic, escala d'administració especial, A1, pel procediment de concurs oposició, segons les necessitats dels serveis municipals i sempre que es compleixin els requisits prevists a la legislació corresponent per poder recórrer al nomenament de funcionaris interins.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, amb els aspirants que hagin superat el procés de selecció es constituirà una borsa de treball per cobrir de manera ràpida i àgil les situacions de baixes mèdiques o per maternitat, reduccions de jornada, permisos i llicències, excés o acumulació de tasques o altres situacions que hi puguin concórrer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les retribucions de les persones que prestin serveis com a personal funcionari interí seran les que corresponguin d'acord amb la legislació de la funció pública i pressupostària i de conformitat amb els pressuposts municipals en vigor en el moment de la prestació dels serveis concrets.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Funcions del lloc de treball&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Lloc de treball reservat a funcionaris propis de l'Ajuntament d'Alaior de l'escala d'Administració especial, subescala Serveis especials, Llicenciats o graduats en Dret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Assessorament jurídic a la corporació municipal, segons l'àrea municipal assignada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si escau, la direcció, control i seguiment de les tasques administratives del personal de l'àrea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Elaborar informes tecnicojurídics, propostes de resolució, dictàmens, etc. segons el cas, dels expedients que tengui assignats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Assistència a reunions i assessorament jurídic a aquestes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Efectuar qualsevol altra tasca municipal, pròpia de la llicenciatura o grau en Dret i del lloc de treball que s'ocupi que li hagi estat encarregada per part de l'autoritat municipal corresponent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Condicions d'admissió dels aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones interessades a participar en el present procediment selectiu hauran de reunir, en la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds, les següents condicions, d'acord amb l'article 56 del Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola o de qualsevol dels estats membres de la Unió Europea o d'aquells estats en els quals sigui d'aplicació la lliure circulació de treballadors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Tenir les capacitats i aptituds físiques i psíquiques que siguin necessàries per a l'exercici de les funcions corresponents al lloc de treball. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per participar en el procediment, n'hi ha prou amb la presentació, dins del termini de presentació de sol·licituds, d'una declaració jurada de tenir les capacitats i aptituds físiques i psíquiques necessàries per exercir les funcions corresponents al lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el moment de la crida, la persona aspirant haurà de presentar, en el termini màxim de 5 dies hàbils, un certificat mèdic oficial acreditatiu que compta amb les capacitats i les aptituds físiques i psíquiques necessàries per realitzar les funcions del lloc de treball establertes en aquesta convocatòria. Si no es presenta el certificat mèdic oficial esmentat en el termini indicat, no es podrà fer el nomenament en interinatge que s'hagi ofert a l'aspirant i es passarà a cridar el o la següent de la llista, de conformitat amb l'ordre de prelació que pertoqui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Tenir 16 anys d'edat i no excedir, si és el cas, l'edat màxima de jubilació forçosa. En el supòsit de ser menor de divuit anys és necessari el consentiment dels seus pares o tutors o l'autorització de la persona o institució que els tengui al seu càrrec.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. No haver estat separat/ada, mitjançant un expedient disciplinari, del servei de qualsevol de les administracions públiques ni dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni trobar-se en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial, per a l'accés al cos o l'escala de funcionari, o per exercir funcions similars a les que desenvolupava en el cas del personal laboral de les quals hagi estat separat/ada o inhabilitat/ada. En cas de ser nacional d'un altre estat, no trobar-se en inhabilitació o en situació equivalent, ni haver estat sotmès/esa a cap sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, en el seu estat i en els mateixos termes, l'accés a l'ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Estar en possessió del títol universitari de llicenciat o graduat en dret o estar en condicions d'obtenir-lo, en la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Acreditar el coneixement de llengua catalana corresponent al nivell de certificat B2, mitjançant l'aportació del títol o certificat oficial corresponent, expedit per l'Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics, l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública, l'Escola Oficial d'Idiomes (EOI) o equivalents segons la normativa reguladora de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Declaració responsable de tenir coneixements de les obligacions que es deriven de la normativa d'incompatibilitats establerta en la Llei 53/1984, de 26 de desembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Haver abonat els drets d'examen (10 €), d'acord amb l'Ordenança fiscal 2/4 reguladora de la taxa per expedició de documents administratius (BOIB núm. 63 de 19/05/2016). Aquests s'han de fer efectius mitjançant autoliquidació en línia a través de la carpeta ciutadana https://www.carpetaciutadana.org/web/Contingut.aspx?IdPub=11573&amp;amp;Con=Conexion004, apartat Concepte a pagar, tribut Taxa per expedició de documents administratius, en el desplegable del qual Tarifa hi ha Dret d'examen en proves selectives de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No obstant això, estan exempts de pagar la taxa les persones inscrites a l'atur. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Forma i termini de presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.1. Les sol·licituds per participar en aquest procés de selecció es presentaran únicament de manera telemàtica fent servir el tràmit habilitat a l'efecte a la seu electrònica municipal (alaior.sedelectronica.es), matèria Recursos Humans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mitjans d'identificació electrònica requerits per a la tramitació electrònica són: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cl@ve PIN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat digital de persona física (també conegut com firma electrònica) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DNI electrònic (amb el certificat en vigor i la contrasenya)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones que no disposin de mitjans per presentar la sol·licitud de manera telemàtica podran ser ateses amb cita prèvia a l'Oficina d'Assistència en Matèria de Registres (OAMR) de l'Ajuntament, situada al carrer Major, 11. La cita es pot sol·licitar a la mateixa seu electrònica, a l'apartat habilitat a l'efecte. En aquesta cita s'habilitarà la Cl@ve Permanent, per la qual cosa s'ha de portar a sobre el telèfon mòbil i el DNI. Seguidament, el personal funcionari habilitat prestarà assistència a la persona interessada en el procés de registre electrònic de la seva sol·licitud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones que sí disposin d'algun dels mitjans d'identificació electrònica descrits més amunt però requereixin assistència també podran demanar cita per ser ateses telefònicament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini de presentació de sol·licituds serà de 10 dies hàbils comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació de les bases en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. A efectes informatius, també es publicarà al tauler d'anuncis, a la seu electrònica municipal https://alaior.sedelectronica.es/board i al portal de transparència municipal. La no presentació de sol·licituds dins del termini i en la forma escaient determinarà la no admissió de la persona aspirant en el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En les sol·licituds, que es presentaran d'acord amb el tràmit corresponent, s'hi haurà de fer constar la manifestació expressa de reunir totes i cadascuna de les condicions exigides en la base tercera de la present convocatòria, referida sempre a la data d'expiració del termini de presentació de sol·licituds i, alhora, s'hi haurà d'adjuntar la documentació següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(i) Els documents acreditatius dels mèrits que s'al·leguin. S'adverteix que els mèrits no al·legats i justificats documentalment o bé els presentats fora de termini no seran valorats. Els mèrits relatius a l'experiència professional han d'anar acompanyats del certificat de la vida laboral emès per la Seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(ii) Una còpia del justificant del pagament dels drets d'examen o d'estar incurs/a en una causa d'exempció del pagament dels drets d'examen (targeta d'atur), si s'escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(iii) Els annexos II i III, degudament formalitzats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(iv) Una còpia del resguard d'haver abonat els drets per a l'expedició del títol acadèmic exigit per prendre part en la convocatòria (en cas que no se li hagi emès el títol en la data de finalització de presentació de sol·licituds).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(v) Una còpia del certificat oficial de llengua catalana de nivell B2 o superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants es responsabilitzaran de la veracitat dels documents que presentin, significant que en cas d'haver-hi dubtes derivats de la qualitat de les còpies presentades, aquest Ajuntament podrà sol·licitar a la persona aspirant que presenti el document original a l'efecte d'acarar-lo. El document nacional d'identitat i el títol acadèmic exigit per prendre part en la convocatòria seran (prèvia autorització de l'aspirant) comprovats d'ofici per l'Ajuntament a través de la consulta a la plataforma d'intermediació de dades de què disposa. En cas que aquest Ajuntament no hagi pogut obtenir aquests documents, podrà sol·licitar-ne novament a la persona interessada l'aportació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2. Drets d'examen. Els drets d'examen per a aquesta convocatòria, d'acord amb l'Ordenança fiscal 2/4 reguladora de la taxa per expedició de documents administratius (BOIB núm. 63 de 19/05/2016) estan fixats en 10 euros, que s'han de fer efectius mitjançant autoliquidació en línia a través de la carpeta ciutadana, apartat Concepte a pagar, tribut Taxa per expedició de documents administratius, en el desplegable del qual, Tarifa, hi ha Dret d'examen en proves selectives de l'Ajuntament. Això no obstant, estaran exemptes de pagar la taxa les persones que estiguin inscrites a l'atur. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Admissió dels aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzat el termini de presentació de les sol·licituds, la regidora delegada de personal dictarà la corresponent resolució en la qual declararà aprovada la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquesta resolució s'hi farà constar el nom i llinatges dels aspirants, quatre xifres del document acreditatiu d'identitat (DIN/NIE) i la causa per la qual no han estat admesos. S'indicarà el nomenament dels membres que formaran part del tribunal qualificador i es fixarà el lloc, la data i l'hora en què aquest es constituirà. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolució esmentada es publicarà al tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica municipal i al portal de transparència, tot concedint als aspirants provisionalment exclosos un termini de 10 dies naturals per reclamar i, si és el cas, esmenar les faltes o omissions que n'hagin causat l'exclusió provisional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les reclamacions que es puguin produir seran acceptades o rebutjades per la regidora delegada de personal mitjançant resolució motivada. La llista definitiva es publicarà en la mateixa forma que la provisional. Si no hi hagués cap reclamació, s'entendrà elevada a definitiva la llista provisional sense necessitat de resolució expressa ni nova publicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Tribunal qualificador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal qualificador estarà constituït per:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;President/a: 1 funcionari/ària de carrera del grup A, subgrup A1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vocals: 2 funcionaris de carrera del grup A, subgrup A1, amb titulació o especialització igual o superior a l'exigida per a l'accés a la plaça convocada o amb titulació tècnica superior, que podran ser, o no, de la mateixa corporació i seran designats per l'autoritat competent municipal. Un d'ells realitzarà les funcions de secretari o secretària, amb veu i vot. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada membre del tribunal tindrà el seu corresponent suplent amb la finalitat de cobrir les possibles absències que es puguin donar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, el tribunal podrà incorporar l'assessorament de tècnics especialistes per a les proves, si s'estimés necessari, els quals tindran veu però no vot. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Podrà assistir un observador o observadora designat per la Junta de Personal, que tindrà les funcions d'observar el normal desenvolupament del procés selectiu. No tindrà ni veu ni vot. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal queda facultat per resoldre tots els dubtes, incidències i reclamacions que puguin sorgir i per adoptar els acords que escaiguin per tal d'assegurar el bon funcionament del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal adoptarà les decisions per majoria simple, convocarà els aspirants a les proves i proposarà a l'òrgan competent l'ordre dels aspirants que han de constituir la borsa de treball, per ordre decreixent, de major a menor puntuació obtinguda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, el tribunal ha de resoldre sobre la superació del període de prova dels aspirants que s'hi hagin de sotmetre, quan sigui requerit per fer-ho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'abstenció i recusació dels membres del tribunal es realitzarà d'acord amb els articles 23 i 24 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els membres del tribunal seran personalment responsables de l'estricte compliment de les bases de la convocatòria, de la subjecció als terminis establerts per a la realització i valoració de les proves i per a la publicació dels resultats. Els dubtes o reclamacions que es puguin originar en la interpretació de l'aplicació de les bases de la convocatòria i també sobre el que s'ha de fer en els casos no prevists, seran resolts pel tribunal per majoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal no es podrà constituir ni actuar sense l'assistència de més de la meitat dels seus membres, titulars o suplents, indistintament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. Procés selectiu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procés de selecció consta de tres fases:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fase 1. Oposició&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fase 2. Concurs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fase 3. Entrevista personal &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1. Fase 1. Oposició. Prova teoricopràctica &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer exercici. Prova de coneixement general (màxim 20 punts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; De caràcter obligatori i eliminatori: consistirà a desenvolupar per escrit, durant un període màxim de 120 minuts, dos temes dels quatre extrets a l'atzar pel tribunal sobre les matèries relacionades en el temari. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoraran els coneixements sobre el tema, el nivell de formació general, la composició gramatical, la claredat d'exposició i la capacitat per a la redacció. Cada un dels temes desenvolupats per l'aspirant es valorarà de 0 a 10 punts i caldrà obtenir un mínim de 5 punts en cadascun dels dos temes per poder continuar en el procés selectiu. S'exclourà automàticament l'aspirant que no obtengui la puntuació mínima esmentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon exercici. Prova pràctica (màxim 20 punts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; De caràcter obligatori i eliminatori: consistirà en la resolució de dos supòsits pràctics, a escollir entre els quatre proposats pel tribunal, vinculats a les funcions relacionades en la base segona de la present convocatòria i a la matèria que figura en el temari. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a la realització dels dos supòsits pràctics es podrà disposar de la normativa. El temps per a la realització d'aquest exercici serà de 120 minuts. Per a la superació d'aquest exercici caldrà haver obtingut un mínim de 7,5 punts entre els dos exercicis pràctics. S'exclourà qui no obtengui aquesta puntuació mínima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquest exercici es valorarà l'aplicació pràctica dels coneixements teòrics que l'aspirant porti a efecte sobre els supòsits plantejats, la correcció en el plantejament, en l'execució i la capacitat de concreció en tot això. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2. Fase 2. Concurs. Valoració de mèrits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es procedirà únicament a la valoració dels mèrits d'aquelles persones aspirants que hagin acreditat documentalment que disposen del nivell B2 de coneixements de llengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima que es podrà assolir respecte dels mèrits presentats serà de 24 punts. Els mèrits hauran d'estar correctament i fefaentment documentats per tal de poder ser valorats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2.1. Experiència professional (puntuació màxima 12 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(i) Experiència professional a l'Administració publica, per serveis prestats com a personal funcionari o personal laboral, assessor jurídic, llicenciat o graduat en Dret. La puntuació s'obtindrà a raó de 0,10 punts multiplicats pel nombre de dies cotitzats que figurin en el certificat acreditatiu dels serveis prestats emès per l'Administració pública corresponent, dividit per 30. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(ii) Experiència professional al sector privat exercint funcions d'assessorament jurídic (llicenciatura o graduat en Dret). Puntuació que s'obtindrà a raó de 0,05 punts multiplicats pel nombre de dies cotitzats que figurin en la vida laboral, dividit per 30. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'acreditarà, en el cas dels serveis prestats a l'Administració pública, presentant un certificat acreditatiu de serveis previs, i en el cas dels serveis prestats a l'àmbit privat, mitjançant un informe preceptiu de la vida laboral o document equivalent, acompanyat de contracte de treball, certificat d'empresa o certificat de serveis prestats emès per l'entitat corresponent, o qualsevol altre document que l'òrgan de selecció consideri suficient, en el qual s'haurà d'expressar la data d'inici, la data de finalització de la relació laboral, la categoria i/o el lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es considerarà únicament l'experiència laboral per compte de tercers que comporti la inclusió en el règim general de la Seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2.2. Formació (total puntuació màxima: 12 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2.2.1. Per disposar de titulació universitària addicional (puntuació màxima&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;4 punts): &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada títol de doctor en Dret administratiu: 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada llicenciatura o grau addicional, diferent a la requerida per ocupar el lloc de treball, relacionada amb el lloc de treball: 2,5 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada títol de màster oficial universitari relacionat amb el Dret administratiu (min. 60 crèdits ECTS): 1 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2.2.2. Cursos d'expert o especialista universitari (títols propis de la respectiva Universitat) relacionats o d'interès per al lloc de treball, amb un mínim de 150 hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'atorgarà un màxim de 2 punts i es valorarà segons els supòsits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos de més de 150 hores i fins a 300 hores: 0,5 punts per títol o certificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos d'entre 301 i 500 hores: 0,75 punts per títol o certificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos de més de 500 hores: 1 punt per títol o certificació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest mèrit s'ha d'acreditar mitjançant el títol o resguard d'haver abonat els drets per expedir-lo o bé amb el certificat corresponent (en anvers i revers). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquests dos apartats els cursos amb certificat d'impartició es puntuaran de la forma següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;0,011 punts per crèdit ETCS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;0,0085 per crèdit ordinari&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2.2.3. Cursos de formació i perfeccionament impartits o promoguts per les administracions públiques, els impartits en el marc dels acords de formació contínua entre l'Administració i els agents socials, així com els homologats per l'EBAP, quan el contingut estigui directament relacionat amb les funcions del cos, l'escala o l'especialitat. Puntuació màxima, 2 punts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos amb certificat d'assistència: 0,0025 punts/hora de curs fins a un màxim d'1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos amb certificat d'aprofitament: 0,005 punts/hora de curs fins a un màxim d'1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos amb certificat d'impartició: 0,01 punts/hora de curs fins a un màxim d'1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2.2.4. Altres cursos i cursets no valorats en altres apartats. Per la realització de cursos i cursets de formació que tenguin interès per al lloc de treball o estiguin relacionats amb el dret administratiu, i d'acord amb el barem següent (puntuació màxima, 1 punt):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos amb certificat d'assistència: 0,0015 punts/hora de curs fins un màxim d'1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos amb certificat d'assistència i aprofitament: 0,003 punts/hora de curs fins a un màxim d'1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos amb certificat d'impartició: 0,006 punts/hora de curs fins a un màxim d'1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquests mèrits s'ha d'acreditar mitjançant el certificat del curs corresponent emès pel centre impartidor, que haurà d'incloure expressament les hores de durada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es valoraran els certificats que no indiquin les hores de duració de l'acció formativa i/o els crèdits. El crèdit ordinari tindrà l'equivalent a 10 hores i el crèdit ETCS tindrà la valoració de 25 hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2.3. Coneixements de llengua catalana (puntuació màxima, 1 punt).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Només es reconeixeran les titulacions expedides per l'Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics, l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública, l'Escola Oficial d'Idiomes (EOI) o equivalents segons la normativa reguladora de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pel certificat de coneixements corresponents al nivell C2: 0,60 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pel certificat de coneixements corresponents al nivell LA: 0,40 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest mèrit s'ha d'acreditar amb el certificat corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es tindrà en compte només un certificat (el de nivell superior), llevat del cas del certificat de coneixements de llenguatge administratiu (LA), la puntuació del qual s'acumularà a l'altre certificat que s'aporti. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2.4. Coneixements de llengües estrangeres &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;que es puguin acreditar (puntuació màxima 1 punt) segons el que segueix: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pel certificat acreditatiu del Grau bàsic (nivells A del Marc Europeu): 0,20 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pel certificat acreditatiu del Grau intermedi (nivells B del Marc Europeu): 0,30 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pel certificat acreditatiu del Grau avançat (nivells C del Marc Europeu): 0,50 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si es presenta més d'un certificat, es tindrà en compte només el de nivell superior. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.3. Fase 3. Entrevista personal (es valorarà fins a un màxim de 5 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal convocarà els aspirants a una entrevista personal per tractar els aspectes curriculars i la seva adequació o aportació al lloc de treball assenyalat. La no presentació implica la renúncia a la sol·licitud del lloc de treball i a la participació en el procés de selecció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. Puntuació final&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació final, amb vista a determinar els aspirants que superen el procés selectiu, vindrà determinada per la suma del 55 % de la puntuació obtinguda en els exercicis de la fase d'oposició, del 30 % de la puntuació obtinguda de la suma dels mèrits de la fase de concurs i del 15 % de la puntuació obtinguda en l'entrevista, d'acord amb la fórmula següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resultat = (55% O) + (30% C) + (15% E)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;O=oposició&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;C=concurs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;E=entrevista&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas d'empat, es tindrà en compte la major puntuació obtinguda en la fase d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9. Relació d'aprovats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada determinada la qualificació dels aspirants, el tribunal publicarà al tauler d'anuncis, a la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament i al portal de transparència la relació provisional d'aprovats per ordre de puntuació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants poden presentar per escrit al Registre de l'Ajuntament en el termini de 3 dies hàbils comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació del resultat de cada exercici les observacions o al·legacions que considerin oportunes, que hauran de ser resoltes de forma motivada pel tribunal en tot cas abans de les 48 hores prèvies a l'inici de l'exercici següent. Als efectes assenyalats, s'ha de facilitar la vista dels exercicis de les persones opositores. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzats tots els exercicis de la fase d'oposició, el tribunal ha de fer pública al tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament i a la pàgina web la llista provisional de persones que l'hagin superada, amb indicació del DNI i de la puntuació obtinguda. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants disposaran d'un termini de 3 dies hàbils, comptadors des de la publicació de les llistes provisional, per fer reclamacions. Acabat aquest termini, el tribunal disposarà de 48 dies per resoldre'n les reclamacions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Passat el dit termini i si no s'han formulat al·legacions, aquesta llista provisional d'aspirants passarà a ser definitiva, sent aquesta darrera la que elevarà el tribunal a la regidora delegada de personal perquè acordi la constitució de la borsa d'aspirants a ser nomenats, si s'escau, funcionaris interins de l'escala d'administració especial, TAE assessor jurídic, subgrup A1, d'acord amb l'ordre de prelació proposat pel tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10. Normes generals i recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones interessades podran impugnar la convocatòria, les bases d'aquesta i els actes administratius que efectuïn els òrgans de selecció per executar-les en els casos i en la forma legal establerta en la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques i altres normes d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11. Constitució de la borsa de treball&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona aspirant que hagi estat proposada per ser nomenada funcionària interina haurà de presentar al Registre General de la corporació, dins del termini de cinc dies hàbils des d'aquell en què se la cridi per ser nomenada funcionària interina, la documentació acreditativa de complir la resta de condicions específiques establertes en la base 3 de la convocatòria (certificat mèdic oficial acreditatiu de comptar amb les capacitats i aptituds físiques i psíquiques necessàries per realitzar les funcions corresponents, etc.). Igualment els aspirants que hagin de formar part de la borsa de treball hauran de presentar la documentació esmentada dins el termini indicat en cas de ser cridats per alguna de les causes previstes de substitució esmentades en la base 1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones que en aquest termini no presentin aquesta documentació o no acreditin el compliment dels requisits de la base tercera de la convocatòria, llevat de casos de força major, perdran el seu dret de formar part de la borsa de treball, i totes les seves actuacions quedaran anul·lades, sens perjudici de la responsabilitat en què haguessin pogut incórrer per falsedat en la instància.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els qui tenguin la condició de funcionaris estaran exempts de justificar les condicions i requisits ja acreditats per al seu nomenament anterior i únicament hauran de presentar certificació de l'organisme en què prestin serveis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12. Borsa de treball i vigència de la borsa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tant les persones aspirants que hagin de ser cridades com les que constituiran la borsa de treball de tècnics d'administració especial (TAE), subescala tècnica, en aquest Ajuntament, i que puguin ser cridades per ser nomenades funcionàries interines, d'acord amb l'ordre de prelació de la borsa per qualsevol de les causes de necessitat i urgència previstes a l'article 10 del RDLEG 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, per mitjà del qual es dicta el Text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la persona aspirant que ha estat cridada no contesta o rebutja l'oferta de prestació de serveis com a funcionària interina, passarà a l'últim lloc de la llista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La borsa de treball tindrà una vigència màxima de 3 anys, si bé es podrà prorrogar fins que aquest Ajuntament torni a convocar un nou procediment selectiu. La nova borsa que es convoqui anul·larà l'anterior. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot cas i des del moment de la constitució de la nova borsa de treball, quedaran sense vigència les borses de TAE que haguessin estat constituïdes amb anterioritat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;13. Període de pràctiques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones que hagin de ser nomenades hauran de superar un període de pràctiques quan siguin cridades per a una oferta de treball. Durant aquest període tindran la condició de funcionàries interines en pràctiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest període de pràctiques no s'aplicarà si el/la candidat/a seleccionat/ada ja hagués cobert un lloc de treball de les mateixes o similars funcions a l'Ajuntament d'Alaior. Si el període anterior hagués estat inferior al període de pràctiques, aquest es realitzarà només per la diferència. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El període en pràctiques tindrà la durada següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contracte per un any o més: 3 mesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Entre 0 i 12 mesos: percentualment, agafant com a referència el punt anterior. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es computarà aquest període de forma continuada o en períodes acumulables. Durant aquest període de pràctiques tindran els mateixos drets retributius que la resta d'interins. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El còmput del període de pràctiques es veurà interromput pel gaudi de llicències, permisos, vacances i situacions d'incapacitat temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es nomenaran dos empleats municipals com a responsables funcionals de les pràctiques, els quals en el termini de cinc dies hàbils següents a la finalització del període de pràctiques emetran un informe motivat respecte a la valoració del període de pràctiques. Si en el termini previst no es considerés l'emissió d'aquest informe, s'entendrà que la funcionària o funcionari interí ha superat el període de pràctiques. Superat el període de pràctiques es nomenarà funcionària o funcionari interí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas que l'informe fos contrari a la superació del període de pràctiques, s'obrirà un període d'audiència a la persona afectada per un termini de 5 dies perquè presenti al·legacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'informe i les al·legacions presentades s'elevaran al tribunal qualificador, el qual es pronunciarà sobre la superació o no del període de pràctiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La no superació del període de pràctiques serà acordada mitjançant resolució motivada de la regidora delegada de Recursos Humans de l'Ajuntament i implicarà la reubicació en un altre lloc de treball demanat de cobertura per funcionariat interí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
