&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MODIFICACIÓ DE LES BASES GENERALS DEL CONCURS OPOSICIÓ PER A L&amp;apos;OFERTA PÚBLICA D&amp;apos;OCUPACIÓ DE L&amp;apos;AJUNTAMENT DE CIUTADELLA 2021, 2022, 2023 i 2024&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.- &lt;/strong&gt;Aprovar la modificació de les Bases generals del concurs oposició per a l&amp;apos;Oferta Pública d&amp;apos;Ocupació de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Ciutadella de Menorca dels anys 2021, 2022, 2023 i 2024, en el sentit següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES GENERALS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;On diu:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;3.1. Terminis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;El termini per a lliurar la sol·licitud és de vint dies hàbils comptadors des de l&amp;apos;endemà d&amp;apos;haver-se publicat la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. Si el darrer dia de presentació d&amp;apos;instàncies cau en dissabte o festiu, es prorroga fins al dia hàbil següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;Es publicaran les convocatòries, juntament amb el text íntegre de les bases reguladores de les proves selectives, en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i a la plataforma municipal https://oposicions.ajciutadella.org. Un extracte de la convocatòria es publicarà en el Butlletí Oficial de l&amp;apos;Estat, sent la data d&amp;apos;aquest anunci la que servirà per al còmput del termini de presentació d&amp;apos;instàncies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;Per tant. el termini per a lliurar la sol·licitud serà de vint dies hàbils comptadors des de l&amp;apos;endemà d&amp;apos;haver-se publicat cadascuna de les convocatòries corresponents en el Butlletí Oficial de l&amp;apos;Estat (BOE). Si el darrer dia de presentació d&amp;apos;instàncies cau en dissabte o festiu, es prorroga fins al dia hàbil següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER.-&lt;/strong&gt; Comunicar la publicació d&amp;apos;aquesta Resolució a la Junta de personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART.-&lt;/strong&gt; Ratificar la present Resolució per la Junta de Govern. &lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Contra aquest acord, que no posa fi a la via administrativa, es pot interposar recurs d&amp;apos;alçada en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes a partir de l&amp;apos;endemà d&amp;apos;haver-se publicat. El recurs es pot interposar formalment davant el mateix Consell Executiu o davant la Comissió de Govern, que és l&amp;apos;òrgan&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; competent per a resoldre&amp;apos;l.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Contra la desestimació expressa d&amp;apos;aquest recurs d&amp;apos;alçada es pot interposar un recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma que correspongui, en el termini de dos mesos comptadors a partir de l&amp;apos;endemà de rebre la notificació de la desestimació d&amp;apos;aquest recurs d&amp;apos;alçada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Si han transcorregut tres mesos des de la interposició del recurs d&amp;apos;alçada i no s&amp;apos;ha rebut la notificació expressa, s&amp;apos;entén desestimat per silenci i es pot interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el jutjat contenciós administratiu de Palma que correspongui, sense limitació de temps.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;No obstant açò, si escau, es pot interposar qualsevol altre recurs que consideri oportú. Tot açò, de conformitat amb la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, i de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
