&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformitat amb el que preveuen els articles 17.3.b i 20.8.a de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions, es publica l'extracte de la convocatòria el text complet del qual es pot consultar en la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/779442):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. Beneficiaris &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Poden ser beneficiàries de la sol·licitud d'ajut les persones físiques que compleixin les condicions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;) Tenir complerts o complir l'any de la convocatòria entre 18 i 35 anys, ambdós inclosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;) Tenir residència legal en algun municipi de Menorca i estar empadronat-da en l'habitatge llogat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt;) Ser titulars d'un contracte d'arrendament, a títol individual (tant si es viu sol com si conviu amb la seva pròpia unitat familiar) o com coarrendatari (contracte amb diverses persones arrendatàries que no formin part de la mateixa unitat familiar) de l'habitatge situat a Menorca, que ha de ser el domicili habitual de la persona que sol·licita l'ajut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d&lt;/em&gt;) Pagar el lloguer per transferència, domiciliació o mitjançant ingrés, tots ells a través d'una entitat financera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; No ser titulars del ple domini o d'un dret d'ús sobre algun habitatge, tret que s'acrediti la no disponibilitat de l'habitatge per causes alienes a la voluntat de les persones que sol·liciten l'ajut, degudament acreditades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Haver obtingut durant l'exercici 2023 uns ingressos bruts anuals que no superin els llindars &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que s'estableixen en les bases de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon. Objecte&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'objecte de la convocatòria és la prestació d'ajuts a joves d'entre 18 a 35 anys per a les despeses derivades del lloguer de l'habitatge habitual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer. Bases reguladores &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La convocatòria es &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;regirà&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;per&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; les bases reguladores aprovades pel Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Menorca, en sessió de caràcter ordinari d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e 29&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de juliol de 2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart. Import &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'import global màxim de la convocatòria és de 100.000 € (cent mil euros).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè. Termini de presentació de sol·licituds &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El termini de presentació de sol·licituds s'iniciarà l'endemà de la data de publicació de la convocatòria en el BOIB i finalitzarà el 30 de setembre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sisè. Altres dades&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'import màxim per sol·licitant són 5.400 € (450 € mensuals durant un màxim de 12 mesos). S'abonarà per sol·licitant fins a un màxim del 50% del lloguer mensual de 12 mesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
