&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;«El 09 d&amp;apos;abril de 2024, es va emetre el Decret 2024-1285 pel que s&amp;apos;aproven les Bases i la convocatòria del procediment selectiu per la constitució d&amp;apos;un Borsí de Millora de Feina de les categories C1 i A1/A2 (BOIB núm. 51 de 18 d&amp;apos;abril de 2024). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Una vegada instruït el procediment, el 19 de juny de 2024, es publica el llistat provisional de qualificacions que, una vegada finalitzat el termini d&amp;apos;al·legacions sense que se n&amp;apos;hagi presentada cap, esdevé definitiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Atès l&amp;apos;informe de la tècnica de personal de data 6 d&amp;apos;agost de l&amp;apos;actual, que diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;“&lt;em&gt;CONSIDERACIONS JURÍDIQUES&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El Tribunal Qualificador va remetre l&amp;apos;Acta amb els resultats provisionals del concurs per la constitució d&amp;apos;un Borsí de Millora de Feina per la categoria A1/A2 de personal funcionari de carrera de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament d&amp;apos;Andratx.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tenint en compte que no s&amp;apos;han presentat al·legacions, el llistat provisional esdevé definitiu, amb el següent resultat:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.-&lt;/strong&gt; Constituir el Borsí de Millora de Feina de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament d&amp;apos;Andratx per la categoria A1/A2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON.- &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar la resolució al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, portal de transparència, pàgina web i seu electrònica de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament d&amp;apos;Andratx.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Contra aquest acord que esgota la via administrativa es pot interposar alternativament recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes a contar des del següent al de la publicació del present anunci, davant la batllia d&amp;apos;aquest Ajuntament, de conformitat amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, de 1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, o recurs contenciós- administratiu, davant el jutjat del Contenciós-Administratiu de Palma, en el termini de dos mesos, a contar des del dia següent al de la publicació del present anunci, de conformitat amb l&amp;apos;article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, de la Jurisdicció Contenciosa Administrativa. Si optés per interposar el recurs de reposició potestatiu no podrà interposar recurs contenciós-administratiu fins que aquell sigui resolt expressament o s&amp;apos;hagi produït la seva desestimació per silenci. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Tot això sense perjudici que pugui interposar se, qualsevol altre recurs que pogués estimar més convenient al seu dret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
