    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedents&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Dins del nou Marc Financer Plurianual 2021-2027, es va dictar el Reglament (UE) 2021/1060 del Parlament Europeu i del Consell, de 24 de juny de 2021 que va suprimir l'anterior Programa FEAD i va integrar la seva activitat al nou Fons Social Europeu Plus (FSE+). En la seva regulació, continguda al Reglament (UE) 2021/1057 del Parlament Europeu i del Consell, de 24 de juny de 2021, pel qual s'estableix el Fons Social Europeu Plus (FSE+), es recull a l'article 4, com un dels seus objectius específics, fer front a la privació material mitjançant aliments i/o prestació d'assistència material bàsica a les persones més desafavorides, en particular als i les menors, i establir mesures d'acompanyament que donin suport a la seva inclusió social. A més d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 19 del Reglament esmentat, es va acordar un canvi de model de provisió respecte a la gestió del programa operatiu anterior, que deixaria de ser el lliurament directe d'aliments i passaria a implementar-se mitjançant un sistema de prestació indirecta, a través de targetes o xecs moneder.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Per part seva, el 9 de desembre de 2022, la Comissió Europea va aprovar el Programa FSE+ d'Assistència Material Bàsica (d'ara endavant, Programa BÀSIC), que va fixar un import d'ajuda del Fons Social Europeu Plus per a Espanya de 565 milions d'euros i una assignació a les Illes Balears i per tot el període de 2021 a 2027 de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;11.415.314 € &lt;/span&gt; euros, dels quals ja s'han executat un total de 2,5 milions a 2024 per part del Ministeri de Treball i Economia Social com a Autoritat de Gestió dels Programes FSE+.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Per a 2024, mitjançant el Reial Decret 93/2024, de 23 de gener, pel qual es regula la concessió directa d'una subvenció a l'entitat social Creu Roja Espanyola per a la posada en marxa durant l'any 2024 del Programa del Fons Social Europeu Plus d'Assistència Material Bàsica (Programa BÀSIC) (BOE. Núm. 21, de 24 de gener), el Ministeri de Drets Socials, Consum i Agenda 2030 concedeix una subvenció a aquesta entitat per a desplegar el subministrament d'aliments i material bàsic al conjunt del territori de l'estat. Si bé, com preveu el marc jurídic descrit en els punts anteriors, a les comunitats autònomes els hi correspon la selecció de les famílies beneficiàries i l'acompanyament d'aquestes famílies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per això, s'ha definit un programa d'actuació en el que l'entitat Creu Roja ha assumit la gestió de les targetes, mitjançant un contracte amb distintes entitats de distribució d'aliments i material bàsic. La comunitat autònoma, fent ús de les seves competències i mitjançant la Direcció General d'Afers Socials, ha de detectar, identificar, valorar i derivar a la Creu Roja les unitats familiars que reuneixen els requisits per accedir al Programa Bàsic i, a més, ha d'establir els procediments per desenvolupar les actuacions d'acompanyament en les que han de participar les persones beneficiàries del Programa Bàsic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Amb la finalitat d'establir els procediments i els criteris d'accés de les famílies que es troben en situació de privació material severa és necessari establir un marc normatiu bàsic d'actuació que garanteixi les condicions d'accés i el compliment de les condicions establertes al Programa FSE+ d'Assistència Material Bàsica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. L'article 30.15 de l'Estatut d'autonomia de les Illes Balears, en la redacció donada per la Llei orgànica 1/2007, de 28 de febrer, estableix com a competències exclusives de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, entre d'altres, l'acció i el benestar social, les polítiques de protecció i suport a les persones amb discapacitats físiques, psíquiques i sensorials, i les polítiques d'atenció a les persones dependents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La Llei 4/2009, d'11 de juny, de serveis socials de les Illes Balears, té per objecte configurar un sistema de serveis socials que doni resposta a les necessitats de les persones, tot potenciant-ne l'autonomia i la qualitat de vida. Així mateix, entre els principis rectors dels serveis socials recull el foment de l'autonomia personal, en el sentit de facilitar que les persones disposin de les condicions adequades per desenvolupar els projectes vitals, dins la unitat de convivència que desitgin, d'acord amb la naturalesa dels serveis i llurs condicions d'utilització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. L'article 3 de la Llei 4/2009, relatiu als objectius de les polítiques de serveis socials, estableix que l'actuació dels poders públics en matèria de serveis socials persegueix, entre d'altres, els objectius de millorar la qualitat de vida i promoure la normalització, la participació i la integració social, política, econòmica, laboral, cultural i educativa i de salut de totes les persones; promoure l'autonomia personal, familiar i dels grups; prevenir i atendre les situacions de vulnerabilitat de les persones i dels grups en situació d'exclusió social; detectar, prevenir i atendre les necessitats derivades de la dependència amb l'objectiu de promoure l'autonomia de les persones; i detectar i atendre les situacions de manca de recursos bàsics i les necessitats socials tant de les persones com dels grups.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. A l'article 25 de la mateixa llei es consideren com a necessitats bàsiques, entre d'altres, l'allotjament, l'alimentació i el vestit i s'estableix que la cartera de serveis garantirà la resposta immediata a les situacions d'emergència social i les prestacions que donin cobertura a les necessitats bàsiques de les persones beneficiàries d'aquesta llei. Les targetes que s'implementaran amb l'execució d'aquest Programa, s'articularan com un instrument més dins el conjunt de prestacions que tenen com a finalitat la cobertura de les necessitats bàsiques esmentades, especialment la relativa a la cobertura de l'alimentació de les famílies que es troben en situació de privació material severa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.- Decisió d'Execució de la Comissió Europea, de 9 de desembre de 2022&lt;strong&gt;,&lt;/strong&gt; per la que s'aprova el programa “FSE+ d'Assistència Material Bàsica” per rebre ajuda del Fons Social Europeu+ en el marc de l'objectiu d'inversió en ocupació i creixement per Espanya (Programa Básico).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.- Reial Decret 93/2024, de 23 de gener, pel qual es regula la concessió directa d'una subvenció a l'entitat social Creu Roja Espanyola per a la posada en marxa durant l'any 2024 del Programa del Fons Social Europeu Plus d'Assistència Material Bàsica (Programa BÀSIC) (BOE. Núm. 21, de 24 de gener)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7.- El Decret 8/2023, de 10 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual es determina la composició del Govern i s'estableix l'estructura de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, inclou, sota la direcció del Govern, la Conselleria de Famílies i Afers Socials, de la qual depèn la Direcció General d'Afers Socials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. El Decret 12/2023, de 10 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s'estableixen les competències i l'estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, modificat, entre d'altres, pel Decret 16/2023, de 20 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, atribueix a la Direcció General d'Afers Socials les competències, entre d'altres, de gestió de programes de serveis socials i de foment dels programes d'inclusió social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.- Aprovar les Bases per a la valoració dels criteris d'accés al Programa Bàsic en el marc de la Decisió d'execució de la Comissió Europea, de 9 de desembre de 2022&lt;strong&gt;,&lt;/strong&gt; per la que s'aprova el programa “FSE+ d'Assistència Material Bàsica” per rebre ajuda del Fons Social Europeu+ en el marc de l'objectiu d'inversió en ocupació i creixement per Espanya (Programa Bàsic).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'aprovació d'aquestes bases, per a l'any 2024, no genera cap despesa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.- Publicar aquesta resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'objecte d'aquestes bases és establir els procediments i els criteris a aplicar per a la detecció, identificació, valoració i derivació de les famílies que es troben en situació de pobresa material severa i que poden accedir al Programa Bàsic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Vigència de la resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquests procediments i criteris s'aplicaran des de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta resolució en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; fins al dia 31 de desembre de 2024. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La vigència de la resolució serà efectiva des de dia 10 de juny de 2024 per a les deteccions realitzades per la mateixa Direcció General d'Afers Socials previstes a l'apartat 7.5. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Requisits per accedir al Programa Bàsic&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.1. Poden ser persones beneficiàries del Programa Bàsic, d'acord amb els criteris fixats en el Programa «FSE+ de Asistencia Material Básica» , les persones que compleixin els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Ser resident en la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears en el moment de la detecció de la situació familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Formar part de una unitat de convivència en la que hi constin persones menors de 18 anys. S'entén per unitat de convivència les persones que tenen relacions de parentiu de primer grau descendent de consanguinitat (fills del sol·licitant) i parella del sol·licitant. Les adopcions i acolliments familiars es consideraran com a parentiu de primer grau descendent per consanguinitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) La unitat de convivència ha de tenir uns ingressos que, per unitat de consum, són inferiors al 40% de la renda mediana estadística nacional anual. Aquests imports, per 2024, es recullen a l'Annex A.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.2. En el cas que no es disposi de crèdit suficient per atendre a les unitats familiars detectades, la Direcció General d'Afers Socials establirà la prelació dels casos detectats utilitzant l'ordre següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El nivell d'ingressos (de menys a més a ingressos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. En cas d'empat: de major a menor nombre de menors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. I, en els casos d'empat en el nombre de menors, es donarà prioritat a les unitats familiars monoparentals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.3. Els casos no atesos, mantindran la seva posició en la relació de casos detectats, a efectes dels trimestres següents i/o d'ampliacions pressupostàries del programa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Documentació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.1. Les persones susceptibles d'accedir al Programa Bàsic hauran d'acreditar la condició de beneficiàries aportant la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Número d'Identificació Personal: DNI, NIE o Passaport; les persones que s'identifiquen amb passaport n'han d'aportar una còpia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Declaració responsable que acrediti la veracitat de la informació aportada al Model 1, el mitjans econòmics de que disposa així com el coneixement de les seves obligacions i informació sobre el tractament de les dades personals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tots els models als quals fa referència aquesta resolució, així com el Document de Informació sobre Protecció de Dades Personals &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;PDP&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, estan disponibles &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a la Seu Electrònica de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (CAIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.2. La comprovació d'ingressos per a les persones que no disposin de DNI o NIE es formalitzarà amb la Declaració Responsable detallada al punt 4.1. b).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.3. La comprovació de residència es validarà amb el Model 1, en el que consten les dades de les persones que opten a participar en el programa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.4. La comprovació de formar part de la unitat de convivència es verificarà mitjançant la consulta a dades d'empadronament o, subsidiàriament, amb la informació recollida al Model 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Obligacions de les persones beneficiàries&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les persones beneficiàries del Programa Bàsic estan subjectes a les obligacions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Facilitar la tasca a les persones designades per verificar la seva situació econòmica i familiar, proporcionant-los tota la informació precisa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Assistir a les entrevistes a què siguin citades per part dels responsables de les actuacions d'acompanyament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Òrgan responsable de la comprovació dels requisits&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.1. La Direcció General d'Afers Socials és l'òrgan responsable de la comprovació dels requisits d'accés al Programa Bàsic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.2. Aquest òrgan ha de verificar el compliment dels requisits necessaris per a accedir al Programa Bàsic i ha de fer, d'ofici, les activitats necessàries per impulsar i ordenar el procediment, així com fer la derivació de les famílies beneficiàries a Creu Roja Espanyola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Procediment de detecció, identificació, comprovació i derivació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7.1. El procediment de detecció consisteix en detectar les unitats de convivència que poden reunir els requisits per accedir al Programa Bàsic. Aquest procediment el poden aplicar els serveis socials comunitaris, les entitats que desenvolupen programes i serveis a l'àmbit dels serveis socials i les administracions que gestionen prestacions socials de caràcter econòmic en el marc de la L&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;lei &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;/2023, de 27 de febrer&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, de prestacions socials &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de caràcter econòmic de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7.2. Els serveis socials comunitaris bàsics que detectin unitats de convivència que poden reunir els requisits per accedir al Programa Bàsic, les han d'identificar utilitzant:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Model 1 (Detecció i Comunicació) que ha d'anar firmat pels Serveis Socials Comunitaris Bàsics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Model 2 (Declaració Responsable) que ha d'anar firmat pel Titular de la unitat de convivència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A més, han d'entregar al possible beneficiari el Document de Informació sobre PDP i li han d'informar de les característiques del programa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7.3. Els Models 1 i 2, s'han de remetre a la Direcció General d'Afers Socials utilitzant els canals prevists a la Seu Electrònica de la CAIB. En els casos de persones que només es poden identificar amb passaport, s'ha d'aportar còpia escanejada del document per a poder verificar la identitat de les persones que formen part de la unitat de convivència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7.4. La Direcció General d'Afers Socials pot detectar situacions familiars de vulnerabilitat entre les persones sol·licitants de la renda social garantida. &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;En aquests casos, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;al possible beneficiari se li entregarà el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Document de Informació PDP&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;; a més, s'hauran d'emplenar i firmar els &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Model&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; 1 i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7.5. La Direcció General d'Afers Socials comprovarà el compliment dels requisits per accedir al Programa Bàsic establerts a l'apartat 3 d'aquestes bases. En el casos que la unitat de convivència reuneixi els requisits, remetrà, en el termini de 10 dies, la Fitxa Oficial de Derivació a l'entitat proveïdora de targetes. En aquest Fitxa hi constarà la informació necessària per a identificar a la persona titular de la unitat de convivència i als beneficiaris, el nombre de membres de la unitat de convivència, l'import que li correspon segons el barem establert a l'apartat 8, l'import total que li correspon i el nombre de mesos de la cobertura. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7.6. Com a màxim un mes després, la Direcció General d'Afers Socials comunicarà, pels mateixos canals, als serveis comunitaris bàsics:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les unitats de convivència que no compleixin amb els requisits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les unitats de convivència que compleixen els requisits. En el termini de 5 mesos, els serveis socials comunitaris bàsics han de formalitzar les actuacions acordades en el marc del pla d'acompanyament previst en el Programa Bàsic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7.7. L'entitat gestora del subministrament de les targetes aplicarà els protocols establerts als acords o contractes amb les entitats proveïdores d'aliments&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;i material bàsic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7.8.&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Per a la màxima difusió del Programa Bàsic, les entitats socials de serveis socials, excepte Creu Roja Espanyola, que detectin possibles beneficiaris del Programa, poden informar-les de que per accedir al programa ho han de manifestar als serveis socials comunitaris bàsics que els hi correspongui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Imports i abonament de la prestació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.1. Els imports mensuals a assignar a les unitats familiars, atenent a les diferents modalitats seran els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La Direcció General d'Afers Socials, amb la Fitxa Oficial de derivació, indicarà l'import que correspon a cada unitat familiar i el període per el qual es preveu que la unitat familiar en sigui beneficiària, que per 2024 serà fins dia 31 de desembre. El saldo no consumit s'anirà acumulant per al seu ús en mesos posteriors fins al seu venciment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.3. L'import es mantindrà des de l'alta en el programa fins a 31 de desembre de 2024, sense tenir en compte els canvis en les situacions familiars que han donat lloc a l'accés al programa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Revisió del compliment de les obligacions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Direcció General d'Afers Socials es coordinarà amb els serveis socials comunitaris bàsics per tal de comprovar el compliment de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la obligació prevista&lt;/span&gt; a l'apartat 5, b) d'aquest Annex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Suspensió de la participació en el programa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10.1. La participació en el programa es pot suspendre per qualsevol de les causes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Quan les persones beneficiàries no compleixin les obligacions establertes en el punt 5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Mentre es tramiti la baixa del Programa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10.2. La desaparició de les circumstàncies que hagin motivat la suspensió de la prestació econòmica ha de donar lloc, a instància de l'òrgan instructor, a la represa de la participació en les activitats del Programa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10.3. L'efectivitat de la suspensió s'aplicarà en els períodes que es donen entre les càrregues trimestrals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Baixa del programa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;11.1. Es causa baixa del programa per qualsevol de les causes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Per traslladar la residència a un municipi situat fora de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Per la mort de la persona titular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Per la renúncia de la persona titular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;11.2. La baixa tindrà efectes a partir del següent període de càrrega de la targeta al que s'hagin produït les causes que l'han generada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;11.3. La Direcció General d'Afers Socials, mitjançant el Fitxa Oficial de Derivació, comunicarà a l'entitat gestora l'extinció de la prestació i la data d'efectes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. Participació en les actuacions d'acompanyament&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12.1. Les persones beneficiàries d'aquesta ajuda hauran de rebre almenys una de les mesures d'acompanyament descrites&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; en el punt &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; sempre adequant-se a les necessitats detectades.&lt;/span&gt; 12.2. Les mesures d'acompanyament comprenen totes aquelles actuacions emmarcades en un itinerari personalitzat orientat a la inclusió social, prèvia valoració singularitzada i diagnòstic social de les situacions personals, familiars i de grup, consistents en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Facilitar informació sobre els recursos socials disponibles i sobre l'accés a aquests. Això inclourà l'orientació, l'assessorament i el suport per accedir a les ajudes,subvencions, prestacions econòmiques, subsidis, beques, etc. (serveis prevists a les carteres de Serveis Socials autonòmica, insulars o municipal) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Derivació o reorientació als recursos socials, educatius i sanitaris, entre d'altres, previ contacte amb aquests per establir els canals de derivació i acordat dins el Pla d'Intervenció individual/familiar (si s'ha acordat, s'ha signat i s'ha informat) que pot incloure, entre d'altres, actuacions de suport psicològic i emocional, de millora de la capacitació per a l'administració domèstica, actuacions sobre hàbits de vida saludable i alimentació equilibrada i diversa, actuacions per millorar les competències parentals, així com d'altres que es puguin considerar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Prestació directa de serveis, programes i activitats dirigides a la inserció sociolaboral, com a: recerca activa d'ocupació, formació per a la millora de l'ocupació, formació per a la millora de les competències digitals, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12.3. Els serveis socials comunitaris bàsics, mitjançant el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Model &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(Actuacions d'Acompanyament)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; comunicaran a la Direcció General d'Afers Socials les actuacions realitzades amb els participants del programa,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;abans dels 5 mesos d'haver rebut la comunicació de la Direcció General (prevista a l'ap. 7.6)&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; Protecció de dades personals&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13.1. Els Serveis Socials Comunitaris Bàsics &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;han de cedir a la Direcció General d'Afers Socials dades de caràcter personal per a poder dur a terme el procediment previst en aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13.2. La Direcció General d'Afers Socials (responsable del tractament) ha de facilitar dades personals a Creu Roja Espanyola; tal com indica l'art. 17.2 del Reial Decret 93/2024, de 23 de gener, pel qual es regula la concessió directa a Creu Roja Espanyola, aquest tractament s'entendrà lícit en virtut del que es disposa en l'article 6.1.e) del Reglament (UE) 2016/679 del Parlament Europeu i del Consell, de 27 d'abril de 2016, a l'ésser el tractament necessari per al compliment d'una missió realitzada en interès públic o en l'exercici de poders públics conferits al&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;s&gt; &lt;/s&gt;&lt;/span&gt;responsable del tractament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Entre la Direcció General d'Afers Socials (RESPONSABLE) i Creu Roja Espanyola (ENCARREGAT). es firmarà un Contracte d'Encarregat del Tractament de Dades Personals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13.3. L'entitat beneficiària tractarà les dades personals facilitades per la Direcció General d'Afers Socials per als fins establerts del tractament i la missió objecte de la subvenció. L'entitat beneficiària complirà amb les obligacions que l'article 32 del Reglament (UE) 2016/679 imposa a les persones responsables de tractaments de dades personals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13.4. Els responsables enumerats en l'article 77.1 de la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garantia dels drets digitals, podran comunicar les dades personals que els siguin sol·licitats per subjectes de dret privat quan comptin amb el consentiment dels afectats o apreciïn que concorre en els sol·licitants un interès legítim que prevalgui sobre els drets i interessos dels afectats conforme al que s'estableix en l'article 6.1 f) del Reglament (UE) 2016/679.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13.5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Les dades personals &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ls possibles beneficiaris del Programa Bàsic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;s&gt; &lt;/s&gt;&lt;/span&gt;seran tractades únicament per a la finalitat &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;per a&lt;/span&gt; la qual han estat recollides i de conformitat amb el que disposa el Reglament (UE) 2016/679 i la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garantia dels drets digitals, com també la resta de normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13.6. Es facilitarà a les persones interessades la informació a què es refereixen els articles 13 del Reglament (UE) 2016/679 i 11 de la Llei orgànica 3/2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13.7. Les persones interessades podran exercir els drets a què es refereixen els articles 15 a 22 del Reglament (UE) 2016/679 enfront de les persones responsables del tractament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13.8. Una vegada finalitzat el termini d'execució de l'objecte de la subvenció a Creu Roja Espanyola (RD 93/2024), l'entitat beneficiària procedirà a la destrucció de les dades tractades i notificarà a les administracions públiques autonòmiques responsables del tractament la seva destrucció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* Segons el contemplat en el “Acord de bases comunes generals sobre el fons per a la lluita contra la privació material, inclòs el Fons Social Europeu Plus (FSE+) i la proposta de distribució territorial” i en el “Programa d'assistència material bàsica FSE+ 2021-2027”, s'opta per concentrar la intervenció en aquelles famílies amb menors a càrrec que viuen en llars els ingressos de les quals per unitat de consum són inferiors al 40% de la renda mitjana estadística nacional. Els resultats estan obtinguts a partir de l'Enquesta de Condicions de Vida de 2023 (ingressos referits a 2022).
