    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per Resolució d'Alcaldia núm. 2024/PRE/0000559, de data &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;22/07&lt;/span&gt;/2024, s'ha aprovat el padró fiscal de les taxes del servei de recollida i tractament d'escombraries, vedats de caça, guals i cementiri del municipi de Ferreries corresponents a l'exercici 202&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Als efectes de fer-ne la notificació col·lectiva –en els termes de l'article 102.3 de la Llei 58/2003, de 17 de desembre, &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;g&lt;/span&gt;eneral &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;t&lt;/span&gt;ributària– i de sotmetre'ls al tràmit d'informació pública, s'exposen al públic en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, al tauler municipal d'edictes i al tauler d'edictes de la seu electrònica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt; http://www.ajferreries.org/tauler/edictes.aspx?TIPO=01&amp;amp;HISTORIC=1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; per un termini de quinze dies hàbils, a fi que les persones interessades hi puguin formular observacions o presentar-hi al·legacions o reclamacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra l'acte d'aprovació dels padrons esmentats i/o de les liquidacions que s'hi contenen es podrà interposar un recurs previ de reposició davant l'Alcaldia en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de la&lt;/span&gt; finalització del term&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ini&lt;/span&gt; d'exposició pública, d'acord amb l'article 14 del Text refós de la Llei &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;r&lt;/span&gt;eguladora de les hisendes &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l&lt;/span&gt;ocals, aprovat pel Reial decret &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l&lt;/span&gt;egislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformitat amb l'article 62.3 de la Llei 58/2003, de 17 de desembre, &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;g&lt;/span&gt;eneral &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;t&lt;/span&gt;ributària, es posa en coneixement dels contribuents que el cobrament en període voluntari &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de &lt;/span&gt;l'impost sobre activitats econòmiques al municipi de Ferreries &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de &lt;/span&gt;l'exercici 202&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4 serà a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

També ho podran fer a través de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;Ferreries&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;https://www.carpetaciutadana.org/ferreries/recaptacio/rebuts.aspx?ENTITAT=009&amp;amp;SITUACIO=P&lt;/em&gt; o a l'Oficina Municipal de Recaptació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els contribuents que no hagin rebut l'avís de pagament podran &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;efectuar el pagament a&lt;/span&gt; través de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries o a l'Oficina de Recaptació dins l'horari i el termini establerts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Transcorregut el termini d'ingrés voluntari sense que s'hagi satisfet el deute, s'iniciarà el període executiu –d'acord amb &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;els &lt;/span&gt;articles 26, 28 i 161 de la Llei 58/2003, de 17 de desembre, &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;g&lt;/span&gt;eneral &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;t&lt;/span&gt;ributària–, &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que &lt;/span&gt;determinarà l'exigència dels interessos de demora, els recàrrecs que corresponguin i, si s'escau, les costes del procediment de constrenyiment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
