&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;«&lt;strong&gt;Primer. &lt;/strong&gt;Tenir en compte les recomanacions pel que fa al llenguatge emprat en la proposta normativa presentades per l&amp;apos;Institut Balear de la Dona i que consten a l&amp;apos;informe d&amp;apos;impacte de gènere de dia 24 de maig de 2024. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovar definitivament la modificació de l&amp;apos;Ordenança municipal reguladora de les fires i mercats temporals en el terme municipal de Felanitx (Annex II – Ordenança Fires i Mercats (Incorporades recomanacions. IBD)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar íntegrament el present acord, juntament amb el text de l&amp;apos;Ordenança, en el BOIB en forma legal.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;EXPOSICIÓ DE MOTIUS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;L&amp;apos;article 100 de la Llei 20/2006 de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears disposa que els municipis tenen potestat normativa reglamentària, com a expressió del principi democràtic en què es fonamenten, en l&amp;apos;àmbit de les seves competències.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La mateixa Llei en l&amp;apos;article 29.2 u) reconeix que els municipis de les Illes Balears, en el marc de les lleis, tenen en tot cas competències pròpies per regular i gestionar els mercats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Aquesta competència està reconeguda com a competència pròpia per l&amp;apos;article 25.2 i) de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d&amp;apos;abril, reguladora de les bases del règim local, que estableix que en matèria de mercats i comerç ambulant, el municipi exercirà en tot cas, competències, en els termes de la legislació de l&amp;apos;Estat i de les Comunitats Autònomes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Així mateix, pel que fa a la legislació estatal específica, cal ressaltar la Llei 7/1996, de 15 de gener, d&amp;apos;ordenació del comerç minorista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears també ha legislat sobre aquesta matèria la venda ambulant a la Llei 11/2014, de 15 d&amp;apos;octubre, de comerç de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Així, vists els darrers canvis en la legislació aplicable a la venda ambulant, es considera necessari l&amp;apos;adaptació de la normativa municipal a la nova regulació, i alhora exercir un major control sobre aquesta activitat comercial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CAPÍTOL I&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; width: 100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;ÀMBIT D&amp;apos;APLICACIÓ I CLASSIFICACIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article.1. Objecte&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Aquesta Ordenança té per objecte la regulació administrativa de la venda no sedentària exercida en els mercats ambulants del municipi de Felanitx, el seu règim de funcionament està sota els principis de la llibertat de mercat i salvaguarda dels drets de la persona consumidora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 2. Concepte&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Es considera venda ambulant la que es realitza a fora d&amp;apos;un establiment comercial permanent, amb caràcter discrecional, exercides en instal·lacions desmuntables i transportables, incloent-hi els camions i furgonetes botiga, i dintre d&amp;apos;un perímetre urbà autoritzat, que comprèn la venda al detall d&amp;apos;articles alimentaris, tèxtils, artesania, ornamentació, etc., sempre que compleixi la normativa en matèria de protecció de la salut pública, de seguretat alimentària i de la seguretat dels consumidors. Només es podrà realitzar sota els termes i condicions que assenyala la Llei 7/1996 de 15 de gener d&amp;apos;ordenació del comerç minorista, la Llei 11/2014 del 15 d&amp;apos;octubre, de comerç de les Illes Balears i el present reglament. Sense prejudici que estableixin les restants normatives d&amp;apos;aplicació, especialment la reguladora de cada producte, i queda prohibida tota venda que no s&amp;apos;ajusti a les esmentades normatives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Les activitats de venda ambulant o no sedentària no perden la seva condició pel fet que es duguin a terme sobre sòl de propietat o titularitat privada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La Junta de Govern Local podrà aprovar normes o reglaments de règim interior pròpies d&amp;apos;un determinat mercat, de desenvolupament del present reglament, amb estricta subjecció a aquest, una vegada escoltats per les persones usuàries i els serveis municipals corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 3. Àmbit d&amp;apos;aplicació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Aquesta Ordenança serà d&amp;apos;aplicació a tota venda ambulant no sedentària al municipi de Felanitx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Aquesta Ordenança també serà d&amp;apos;aplicació en qualsevol tipus de venda ambulant no periòdica setmanalment i que no requereix cap tipus d&amp;apos;instal·lació específica, a dins del terme municipal de Felanitx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 4. Celebració i horari dels mercats setmanals&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La venda ambulant realitzada fora d&amp;apos;un establiment comercial permanent, en places, solars o en la via pública, només queda autoritzada en aquest municipi en els següents dies:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;A Felanitx, els diumenges excepte el dia de Pasqua, i els dies 1 de gener i 25 de desembre si coincideix.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;A Portocolom, els dimarts i dissabtes excepte els dies 1 de gener i 25 de desembre si coincideix.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;A s&amp;apos;Horta, els dissabtes excepte els dies 1 de gener i 25 de desembre i Sant Isidre 15 de maig, si coincideix.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;A Cas Concos, els dimecres excepte els dies 1 de gener i 25 de desembre, i Sant Nicolau 10 de setembre, si coincideix.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Amb la finalitat de dinamitzar l&amp;apos;activitat en les zones turístiques durant la temporada alta d&amp;apos;estiu (des de maig fins a octubre) es podrà organitzar els anomenats mercats temporals artesans nocturns.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;L&amp;apos;horari d&amp;apos;ocupació dels llocs de venda serà de les 6.30 a les 8.00 hores. Els vehicles de mercaderies hauran de ser retirats abans de les 8.30 hores i sempre, una vegada que estiguin al lloc assignat, seran retirats el més prest possible, es deixaran els vehicles aparcats correctament fora de la ubicació del mercat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El desmuntatge de les instal·lacions i l&amp;apos;entrada dels vehicles queda establert entre les 13.30 i les 15.00 hores. Aquell venedor/a que, tenint lloc assignat, arribi més tard de les 8.30 hores perd el dret a ocupar el seu lloc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Es podrà modificar o ampliar els horaris i els dies de celebració establerts per acord de la Junta de Govern Local quan existeixin necessitats del servei o raons d&amp;apos;interès general ho justifiquin, sense que les persones titulars tinguin dret a cap tipus d&amp;apos;indemnització per danys i perjudicis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Excepcionalment, per raons d&amp;apos;interès públic i dinamitzar l&amp;apos;activitat comercial de l&amp;apos;edifici del Mercat Municipal es podrà autoritzar venda ambulant de productes alimentaris sempre i que la línia de venda no sigui el mateix dels llocs fixos, de dimarts a dissabte, per acord de la Junta de Govern Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CAPÍTOL II&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; width: 100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;MODALITATS DE VENDA NO SEDENTÀRIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El mercat de Felanitx&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;del diumenge es diferencia en dues modalitats, depenent de la duració de l&amp;apos;autorització d&amp;apos;ocupació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

 &lt;li style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La plaça Espanya, es destinarà exclusivament per activitats itinerants Menors i Majors, anomenades atraccions firals. Exceptuant els dies de Fira, que es podrà ampliar els tipus d&amp;apos;activitats de venda. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Per raons d&amp;apos;interès públic, aquesta localització es podrà modificar per acord de la Junta de Govern Local, sense que les persones titulars tinguin dret a cap tipus d&amp;apos;indemnització per danys i perjudicis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El mercat d&amp;apos;encants tindrà la mateixa consideració de mercats temporals, sense prejudici del que disposa l&amp;apos;apartat següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Es farà un permís per a venedors i venedores ocasionals, els quals podran venir al Mercat dels Encants de Felanitx fins a un màxim d&amp;apos;un any. Per obtenir aquest permís, serà necessari presentar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La venda ambulant o no sedentària realitzada en la forma indicada a l&amp;apos;article 1, 2 i 3 també queda autoritzada en aquest municipi per la celebració de fires.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Les persones interessades a obtenir la corresponent autorització municipal per a l&amp;apos;exercici de la venda ambulant de les fires indicades, han de presentar la corresponent sol·licitud al registre habilitat per a aquest efecte. El termini màxim per presentar les sol·licituds serà de quinze dies abans de la celebració de la fira.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;L&amp;apos;horari de les fires diürnes serà de 8.00h a 19.00h i de les nocturnes de 18.00h a 23.00h i podrà ser modificat per acord de la Junta de Govern Local atenent a les necessitats o circumstàncies especials de la fira i serà obligatori complir-ho estrictament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 9. Mercadets d&amp;apos;estiu nocturns&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Els mercadets d&amp;apos;estiu seran setmanals i concorreran dels mesos de maig a l&amp;apos;octubre, a Cala Ferrera els divendres i a Portocolom els dissabtes. Tindran a tots els efectes i consideració administrativa de mercats temporals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Les persones interessades a obtenir la corresponent autorització municipal per a l&amp;apos;exercici de la venda ambulant als mercadets d&amp;apos;estiu han de presentar, al registre habilitat per a aquest efecte, la corresponent sol·licitud abans del termini que el regidor/a de Fires i Mercats estableixi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;L&amp;apos;horari dels mercadets d&amp;apos;estiu serà de 18.00h a 23.00h i podrà ser modificat per acord de la Junta de Govern Local atenent a les necessitats o circumstàncies especials del mercat i serà obligatori complir-ho estrictament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 10. Venda ambulant ocasional en circumstàncies especials&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Es considera con a venda ambulant ocasional en circumstàncies especials, a aquella que es realitzi de manera puntual coincidint amb festes populars i revetles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;L&amp;apos;autorització per a aquesta activitat tindrà la mateixa consideració de mercats temporals i serà atorgada per la Junta de Govern Local. La vigència de l&amp;apos;autorització municipal per les llicencies per a la venda ambulant ocasional en circumstàncies especials, s&amp;apos;ha de limitar a la durada de l&amp;apos;esdeveniment específic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Les persones interessades a obtenir la corresponent autorització han de presentar, al registre habilitat per a aquest efecte, la corresponent sol·licitud amb un mes d&amp;apos;antelació a la data de l&amp;apos;esdeveniment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;L&amp;apos;horari serà el que determini la Junta de Govern Local i serà obligatori complir-ho estrictament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CAPÍTOL IV&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; width: 100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;DELS LLOCS DE VENDA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 11. Els llocs&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;L&amp;apos;assignació de l&amp;apos;emplaçament autoritzat serà realitzat per la Junta de Govern Local, escoltades totes les parts, les pautes establertes a la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El muntatge de les parades de venda es realitzarà en el lloc assignat amb instal·lacions desmuntables, entenem com a tals els que hagin obtingut la corresponent autorització municipal, d&amp;apos;acord amb el que disposa aquest reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Els llocs que quedin lliures, per abandonament o pèrdua dels drets, quedaran a disposició de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament, que podrà adjudicar-los de nou, seguint les normes establertes a aquesta ordenança.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La persona encarregada del Mercat, podrà disposar l&amp;apos;ocupació immediata i provisional del lloc d&amp;apos;aquest dia que hagi quedat buit per part dels venedors i venedores dels trasts més pròxims.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 12. Dimensions dels llocs&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Circumstancialment la Junta de Govern Local, juntament amb informe de la persona encarregada del Mercat, considerarà les dimensions de cada lloc de venda en particular, i en el seu cas, n&amp;apos;autoritzarà l&amp;apos;ampliació o la disminució d&amp;apos;aquest, sempre entre els límits de mides autoritzades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 13. Mides i distàncies dels llocs&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;a) Per motius de seguretat, s&amp;apos;haurà de deixar un espai de 50 centímetres per cada costat de la parada, lliure d&amp;apos;obstacles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;b) L&amp;apos;amplària del lloc de venda no podrà excedir d&amp;apos;1,5 metres lineals, en perpendicular amb la voravia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;c) La llargària del lloc de venda no podrà excedir de 8 metres lineals, en paral·lel a la voravia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;d) No es permet la venda de mercaderies que es col·loquin directament damunt del terra o paviment. Aquestes s&amp;apos;han de col·locar damunt un taulell d&amp;apos;una alçada no inferior a 60 centímetres del nivell del sòl, tret dels casos d&amp;apos;articles que, per les seves característiques, s&amp;apos;hi puguin exceptuar (ex. plantes).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;e) En cas d&amp;apos;utilitzar tendals o ombrel·les, aquestes s&amp;apos;hissaran sobre la rasant de la calçada un mínim de 2 metres. En cap cas no s&amp;apos;hi podran penjar articles fora de la perpendicular de la superfície del taulell.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;f) No es permet situar, exposar o dipositar mercaderies i altres pertinences fora del seu lloc assignat, ni realitzar operacions de venda i serveis fora del seu lloc assignat. Queda prohibit als venedors i venedores asseure fora del seu espai.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;g) Tot i les mides màximes establertes, i en funció de l&amp;apos;amplària dels carrers on s&amp;apos;ubiquin els llocs, aquests hauran d&amp;apos;estar instal·lats de forma prou ampla respecte de la línia de façana de les cases, de tal manera que quedi habilitat un passadís que pugui servir d&amp;apos;accés per a serveis d&amp;apos;emergència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 14. Nombre de llocs&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Mitjançant una resolució que adopti la Junta de Govern Local, juntament amb informe de la persona encarregada del Mercat, establirà tant el nombre total com l&amp;apos;extensió de llocs de venda, tenint en compte les disponibilitats d&amp;apos;espai físic a les zones que preveu l&amp;apos;article 6 i 31. També podrà modificar la ubicació específica de cada parada o les línies de venda segons les necessitats de la població, o, en qualsevol cas, quan les circumstàncies ho requereixin. Per a aquests casos l&amp;apos;Ajuntament ho notificarà a la persona titular de la llicència afectada amb una antelació mínima de quinze dies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 15. Llocs d&amp;apos;animals&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Els animals de corral estaran degudament engabiats, tot tenint en compte les seves característiques i garantint-ne la seva salubritat. Les característiques dels llocs d&amp;apos;animals de corral estaran exclusivament subjectes a l&amp;apos;informe tècnic de la manescalia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Dins del recinte del mercat temporal o de les fires, no es permetrà:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;a) La comercialització i venda d&amp;apos;animals d&amp;apos;espècies exòtiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;b) La transmissió lucrativa (regal, liberalitat) de qualsevol tipus d&amp;apos;animals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CAPÍTOL V&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; width: 100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;AUTORITZACIONS I TRÀMITS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article.16. Autoritzacions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La venda ambulant només es pot exercir amb l&amp;apos;autorització prèvia de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament i tindrà una durada limitada que l&amp;apos;Ajuntament determinarà d&amp;apos;acord amb el que preveu l&amp;apos;article 24.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Per a l&amp;apos;adjudicació de noves autoritzacions se seguiran els següents criteris orientadors sobre la distribució de les superfícies delimitades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La comercialització de productes no incorporats al mercat, productes innovadors i que figurin dins les línies de venda autoritzades o ser-ho de forma insuficient, atesa la demanda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La promoció de la comercialització de la producció agrícola autòctona singularment la d&amp;apos;índole estacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La comercialització de productes de producció pròpia, ecològics i fets amb dignitat, d&amp;apos;acord als criteris de comerç just elaborats en centres, entitats, col·lectius o organismes de naturalesa benèfica i/o social, i també dels que es produeixen com a conseqüència d&amp;apos;activitats culturals i educatives, desenvolupades als centres docents públics o privats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Disposar de Carta de Mestre Artesà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;L&amp;apos;autorització podrà ser revocada abans del termini per la qual es va atorgar per incompliment de la legislació vigent i/o de les ordenances municipals, i no donarà dret, en aquests supòsits a indemnització ni compensació de cap mena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La seva renovació no serà automàtica, sinó que serà a instància de la persona interessada, a aquest efecte. Les sol·licituds de renovació s&amp;apos;hauran de formular dins el període indicat del mes de novembre de cada exercici en el registre habilitat a aquest efecte. En el cas de no presentar aquesta sol·licitud significa perdre automàticament la llicència de venda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 17. Personalitat de le&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;s persones adjudicataris&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Les persones adjudicatàries podran ser persones físiques, jurídiques o cooperatives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 18. Documentació requerida&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Per a l&amp;apos;obtenció de la llicència serà necessària la presentació d&amp;apos;una sol·licitud en el registre habilitat a aquest efecte, acompanyada del NIF, si és persona física, o documentació que en justifiqui la seva condició i la seva representació legal, en el cas de persones jurídiques o cooperatives, juntament amb una declaració responsable en què manifesti el compliment dels següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1. Estar donat/ada d&amp;apos;alta a la Seguretat Social (en el règim que pertoqui).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Estar donat/ada d&amp;apos;alta de l&amp;apos;Impost d&amp;apos;Activitats Econòmiques, en cas de subjecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;3. Estar al corrent davant l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de pagament dels tributs municipals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;4. Relació del personal que atendrà la comercialització o administració del lloc de venda, amb expressió de la relació laboral existent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;5. Rebut de l&amp;apos;assegurança de responsabilitat civil per possibles danys que es puguin causar a la via pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;6. Declarar justificadament la naturalesa de les activitats comercials a realitzar amb expressió de l&amp;apos;origen de les mercaderies, en el cas dels productes manufacturats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;7.&amp;nbsp; Complir el requisit del nombre de persones titulars per llicència exigit a l&amp;apos;article 19 d&amp;apos;aquest reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;8. En el cas de productes de consum humà, s&amp;apos;haurà de tenir el carnet de manipulació d&amp;apos;aliments i la inscripció del registre de la Conselleria de Salut, si hi escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;9. Satisfer el pagament del preu públic, vigent a cada moment, per ocupació de la via pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;10. En el cas de les persones estrangeres no membres de la Unió Europea, estar en possessió dels permisos de residència i treball per compte propi, segons la legislació vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;En el cas de les cooperatives, només s&amp;apos;autoritzarà una llicència a nom de la cooperativa, per cada epígraf d&amp;apos;IAE del qual sigui titular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;En la mesura en què el municipi no tingui capacitat i mitjans suficients per comprovar el compliment dels requisits establerts en aquest article per mitjans electrònics i telemàtics, serà necessari que el/la sol·licitant acompanyi la documentació acreditativa del compliment de dits requisits, juntament amb la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 19. Nombre de persones titulars per llicència&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Dins el mateix mercat, una mateixa persona només podrà ser titular d&amp;apos;una llicència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 20. Termini de presentació de les sol·licituds per a noves autoritzacions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El termini de presentació de sol·licituds per a les llicències noves serà de dia 2 de novembre fins a dia 31 de març inclosos. Si a dia 31 de juliol no s&amp;apos;ha obtingut resolució expressa, les sol·licituds s&amp;apos;entendran denegades en virtut del silenci administratiu negatiu que regeix en l&amp;apos;ús del domini públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 21 Atorgament d&amp;apos;autoritzacions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Les autoritzacions s&amp;apos;atorgaran directament a les persones sol·licitants que compleixin tots els requisits establerts a l&amp;apos;article 18 d&amp;apos;aquesta ordenança. Quan hi hagi limitacions en el nombre de llicències per manca de lloc o per qualsevol altra circumstància, les autoritzacions s&amp;apos;atorgaran seguint criteris de l&amp;apos;article 16 d&amp;apos;aquesta ordenança.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El procediment d&amp;apos;autorització estarà sotmès als principis de concurrència competitiva, publicitat, claredat, senzillesa, objectivitat, predictibilitat, necessitat, proporcionalitat i no discriminació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 22. Llista d&amp;apos;espera&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Existirà una relació o llista d&amp;apos;espera en la qual s&amp;apos;inscriuran totes les persones interessades i es valorarà seguint l&amp;apos;ordre següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Primer: Complir tots els requisits establerts a l&amp;apos;article 18. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Segon: Criteris contemplats a l&amp;apos;article 16.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Tercer: Per ordre d&amp;apos;entrada de sol·licituds al registre habilitat per a aquest efecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 23. Atorgament extraordinari d&amp;apos;autoritzacions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Es podran presentar noves sol·licituds fora dels terminis indicats a l&amp;apos;article 20 de la present ordenança i es podran autoritzar en funció de les necessitats de cobrir lloc de venda al mercat, sempre que existeixi un lloc disponible, si bé, les taxes meritaran amb caràcter anual, independentment del moment en el qual hagi estat formulada la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;També les persones titulars dels comerços o establiments comercials permanents al municipi de Felanitx, sempre que existeixi un lloc vacant, podran accedir a una autorització municipal relativa al lloc de venda del mercat. Les persones titulars d&amp;apos;aquests establiments resten també subjectes a l&amp;apos;obligació de satisfer les taxes corresponents de l&amp;apos;autorització. Aquests casos extraordinaris d&amp;apos;autoritzacions tendran la mateixa durada que les llicencies autoritzades i com a màxim un any, amb possibilitat de renovar sempre i que les circumstàncies d&amp;apos;atorgament de l&amp;apos;autorització siguin similars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 24. Durada de l&amp;apos;autorització&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;L&amp;apos;autorització municipal ha de tenir durada limitada, en tot cas amb la qualificació d&amp;apos;eventual, per causa de la disponibilitat de sòl públic habilitat. Per a l&amp;apos;exercici de la venda ambulant o no sedentària a mercats periòdics la durada de l&amp;apos;autorització no pot ser superior a un any. Les autoritzacions correspondran a la Junta de Govern Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 25. Extinció de l&amp;apos;autorització&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Les llicències es consideraran extingides quan es doni algun dels següents supòsits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1. Jubilació de la persona titular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2. Mort de la persona titular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;3. Incapacitat permanent de la persona titular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;4. Renúncia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;5. Revocació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;6. Extinció del termini de l&amp;apos;autorització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 26. Revocació de l&amp;apos;autorització.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Seran causes de revocació regular de l&amp;apos;autorització, per acord de la Junta de Govern Local:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1. Donar-se de baixa de l&amp;apos;impost sobre Activitats Econòmiques. Donar-se de baixa d&amp;apos;autònom o manca de pagament de les cotitzacions per a un espai superior a tres mesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2. Incomplir allò que es regula en aquest reglament amb tal conseqüència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;3. Els venedors i venedores d&amp;apos;aliments que pertoqui i no renovin el carnet de manipulació d&amp;apos;aliments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;4. La llicència es retirarà a tots aquells i a totes aquelles que no assisteixin sense avís previ durant quatre setmanes consecutives o cinc alternatives durant l&amp;apos;any natural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;5. Renúncia al lloc, presentada per escrit en el registre habilitat a aquest efecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;6. No presentar la instància de renovació de la llicència dins el mes de novembre, com contempla l&amp;apos;article 16.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;7. No haver abonat les taxes o preu públic en la forma i terminis que determina la corresponent ordenança.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;8. No haver abonat les sancions durant l&amp;apos;any natural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;9. La presència de persones no autoritzades despatxant en el lloc de venda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;10. Cedir l&amp;apos;ús i/o gaudi del lloc de venda a terceres persones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;11. Els altres supòsits contemplats en aquest reglament per infraccions greus i molt greus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Quan la persona titular perdi el seu lloc no podrà, en el termini d&amp;apos;un any, tornar a despatxar als distints mercats en cas que hi hagués llocs disponibles. En el cas que no hi hagués llocs de venda vacants, s&amp;apos;inscriurà a la llista de suplents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 27. Transmissibilitat de l&amp;apos;autorització&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- L&amp;apos;autorització no és transmissible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Excepcionalment, es podrà transmetre, amb la comunicació prèvia a l&amp;apos;Ajuntament, únicament en cas de defunció o impossibilitat sobrevinguda a la persona titular de dur a terme l&amp;apos;activitat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;En favor del o la cònjuge o parella de fet, de les persones ascendents i descendents en primer grau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;En favor del personal per compte de la persona titular de l&amp;apos;autorització municipal que acreditin una antiguitat mínima d&amp;apos;un any.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- El substitut/a ha de continuar l&amp;apos;activitat de venda ambulant durant la resta del període de vigència de l&amp;apos;autorització, i sense perjudici de la necessitat de complir els requisits per a l&amp;apos;exercici de la venda ambulant i la resta d&amp;apos;obligacions que se&amp;apos;n puguin derivar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 28. Venda sense autorització&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;L&amp;apos;exercici de qualsevol tipus de venda, en la qual el venedor o venedora no justifiqui la seva autorització, se sancionarà amb la immediata confiscació de la mercaderia. En el termini de 24 hores, el venedor o venedora haurà de presentar els documents que acreditin estar en possessió de la llicència municipal, així com el bitllet o factura que empari la procedència dels articles en venda. Si el venedor o venedora acredita aquests documents, es tornarà la mercaderia intervinguda, i s&amp;apos;imputarà com a falta molt greu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Si passades les 24 hores el venedor o venedora no presentés les esmentades acreditacions, es fixarà la destinació d&amp;apos;aquesta que serà la de centres benèfics i municipals de caràcter social per a mercaderies fungibles o amb greu risc de deteriorament. Les mercaderies restants quedaran dipositades fins que s&amp;apos;acrediti la possessió de la llicència i/o autorització i la seva legal procedència, cosa que haurà de fer en el termini màxim de 15 dies. Si així ho fes, se li tornarà la mercaderia sense perjudici de la sanció que se li imposi per la infracció comesa o es donarà compte a l&amp;apos;autoritat judicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Esgotat el termini abans esmentat sense compareixença del venedor o venedora, la mercaderia es considerarà abandonada i la Junta de Govern Local resoldrà sobre la seva destinació. Les despeses ocasionades per les operacions d&amp;apos;intervenció, dipòsit, analítica, transport i destrucció seran a compte del comerciant intervingut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CAPÍTOL VI&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; width: 100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;OBLIGACIONS DE LE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;S&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;PERSONES VENEDOR&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ES &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 29. Obligació de pagament&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Les taxes municipals corresponents s&amp;apos;han de pagar per endavant i trimestralment, exceptuant els mercats d&amp;apos;estiu que s&amp;apos;han de pagar per endavant i amb un únic pagament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 30. Obligació d&amp;apos;assistència i comunicació d&amp;apos;absències.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Les persones titulars de les llicències estan obligades a assistir al mercat, excepte les setmanes en què el mercat no se celebri o les setmanes en què hagin sol·licitat vacances.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La llicència es retirarà a tots aquells i a totes aquelles que no assisteixin sense avís previ durant quatre setmanes consecutives o cinc alternatives durant l&amp;apos;any natural, sense que això suposi cap dret a indemnització ni reducció en la taxa trimestral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Sense perjudici d&amp;apos;allò que estableix el paràgraf anterior, es possibilita l&amp;apos;absència puntual al mercat setmanal sempre i que la persona titular de l&amp;apos;autorització avisi la persona encarregada del Mercat amb una antelació mínima de cinc dies abans de la celebració del mercat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Aquelles absències no comunicades per endavant, computaran com a falta d&amp;apos;assistència, llevat que posteriorment es pugui justificar amb prou evidència (justificant mèdic, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 31. Destinació dels llocs de venda&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Les persones titulars exclusivament podran expedir les mercaderies corresponents a la seva autorització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Les persones titulars s&amp;apos;instal·laran únicament i rigorosament en el lloc que especifiqui la corresponent autorització, sense que pugui envair la propietat privada, ni impedir l&amp;apos;accés a edificis d&amp;apos;ús públic o privat, establiments comercials, o la visibilitat dels aparadors, ni en llocs que dificultin la circulació i l&amp;apos;accés dels vianants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Tampoc no podrà emprar ni desplaçar ni modificar cap tipus de mobiliari urbà, ni posar cap tipus de suports a les façanes per efectuar la seva activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 32. Exposició de llicència&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La persona titular queda obligada a col·locar la vigent llicència a un lloc visible per a tots els vianants, on hi constarà la seva fotografia, nombre d&amp;apos;autorització, situació i dimensions del lloc, identificació personal, producte que es ven, i el segell de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament que acredita la situació d&amp;apos;estar al corrent de pagament. També ha d&amp;apos;exhibir una direcció per a la recepció de les possibles reclamacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 33. Exposició de preus&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Les persones titulars queden obligades a col·locar cartells amb els preus indicatius de cada producte a un lloc ben visible i que no porti a confusió. El preu indicarà el cost de la unitat, o la unitat de pes i volum, o altra mesura tradicional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 34. Vehicles&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Les persones titulars de les llicències estan obligades a deixar els seus vehicles fora de l&amp;apos;àrea del mercat durant el transcurs d&amp;apos;aquest.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;En aquest sentit s&amp;apos;ajustaran rigorosament al que disposa l&amp;apos;article 4 del present reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 35. Publicitat&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;a. Queda prohibit qualsevol tipus de publicitat acústica, sigui de veu o emesa per aparell amplificador o similar. S&amp;apos;exceptuen els venedors i venedores de discos o cassets, als quals se&amp;apos;ls permet la reproducció sonora dels productes que tinguin a la venda, sempre que el volum, a criteri de la persona encarregada del Mercat, no sigui excessiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;b. Sense l&amp;apos;autorització pertinent queda prohibit cap tipus de publicitat dinàmica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;c. Queda prohibida qualsevol publicitat estàtica no vinculada amb l&amp;apos;activitat de la llicència. &lt;em&gt;(Ex. recojo chatarra, compro oro, etc.).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 36. Productes de consum humà&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Queda prohibida la venda ambulant de productes de consum humà que necessitin per a la seva conservació cambres frigorífiques, com puguin ser carns i caça fresca, aus mortes, refrigerats i congelats, productes lactis, pastisseria amb farciments, pastes fresques o farcides, peix fresc venut en instal·lació provisional no mòbil, així com aquells productes que, per les seves especials característiques i, a judici de les autoritats competents, portin risc sanitari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Les superfícies que estiguin en contacte amb els aliments estaran en bon estat i que permetin fàcilment la seva neteja i desinfecció. Les instal·lacions presentaran els dispositius necessaris per a un bon manteniment, bona conservació i fora cap risc de contaminació dels aliments i de les eines de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 37. Obeir les indicacions del personal de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;En tot moment les persones titulars de les llicències atendran les indicacions de la persona encarregada de Mercat i de la Policia Local, amb educació i respecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 38. Indicacions de la manescalia&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Aquells venedors/es d&amp;apos;animals vius, s&amp;apos;estaran en tot moment a les indicacions de la manescalia municipal. La manescalia tindrà capacitat d&amp;apos;inspecció, control, retirada i denúncia en els casos que, des del punt de vista zoo-sanitari, així ho trobi pertinent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 39. Bones formes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Els venedors i venedores i les persones usuàries del mercat usaran les bones formes i llenguatge correcte, tant entre si com en el tracte amb el públic i representants de l&amp;apos;Administració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 40. Complir el reglament&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Les persones titulars de les llicències queden obligades a complir qualsevol altra de les disposicions regulades en la present ordenança.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Estarà formada pel regidor/a de Fires i Mercats, la persona encarregada del Mercat i un màxim de quatre representants de les persones venedores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Les persones representants de les persones venedores s&amp;apos;escolliran en votació lliure, directa i secreta de les persones candidates que s&amp;apos;hagin presentat. Les condicions per ser candidat o candidata són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1. Ser persona titular d&amp;apos;una parada del mercat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2. Amb una antiguitat de dos anys com a mínim.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Seran persones electores les titulars de les parades del mercat en el moment de la votació, les quals votaran un màxim de quatre candidats/es. Les persones representants es renovaran cada quatre anys. La comissió del mercat es reunirà a petició de qualsevol dels membres i la seva missió és el seguiment i control de la marxa del mercat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 42. Notificació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Les persones titulars tenen dret a ser notificades per l&amp;apos;Ajuntament amb quinze dies per avançat sobre qualsevol canvi que l&amp;apos;afecti (reubicació, canvi de dimensions de la seva parada, horaris etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 43. Reducció involuntària de les dimensions del lloc&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;En el cas que algun canvi efectuat per l&amp;apos;Ajuntament comporti una reducció de les dimensions del seu lloc, el venedor o venedora tindrà dret a minorar la taxa trimestral, i, si s&amp;apos;escau, a la devolució de l&amp;apos;excés pagat segons prorrateig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 44. Vacances&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1. Les persones titulars de la llicència tenen dret a un mes de vacances (quatre diumenges), i es mantendran els seus drets durant la seva absència. Les vacances les podran gaudir a la seva discreció. Abans d&amp;apos;absentar-se, ho hauran de notificar al registre habilitat a aquest efecte amb una setmana d&amp;apos;antelació, tot indicant el nombre de mercats als quals no assistiran, així com el dia immediatament posterior a la seva tornada. Aquest fet no suposarà cap disminució en les taxes municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2. Les persones titulars que s&amp;apos;absentin per un període superior a dos mesos del lloc de venda o la parada, perdran el lloc habitual assignat. Abans d&amp;apos;absentar-se, ho hauran de notificar al registre habilitat a aquest efecte amb una setmana d&amp;apos;antelació, tot indicant el nombre de mercats als quals no assistiran, així com per a la reincorporació tenen l&amp;apos;obligació d&amp;apos;avisar amb quinze dies d&amp;apos;antelació per a ser assignats a un nou lloc disponible. Aquest fet no suposarà cap disminució en les taxes municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CAPÍTOL VII&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; width: 100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;NETEJA I HIGIENE DEL MERCAT&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 45. Higiene al mercat&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;a) Els venedors/es de productes d&amp;apos;alimentació no podran fumar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;b) No es permetrà l&amp;apos;ús de peces de vestir que no guardin la deguda correcció i que no respectin les condicions higièniques escaients. (Ex. anar sense samarreta).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 46. Higiene del lloc de venda&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Els venedors/es hauran de mantenir el lloc de venda, així com el seu entorn, en perfectes condicions de neteja i ordre en tot moment durant el mercat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 47. Recollida de deixalles&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Serà deure dels venedors/es, en finalitzar el mercat, tindran el deure de recollir totes les deixalles pròpies i tindran l&amp;apos;obligació de endur-se-les. Si per un cas ha de deixar alguna deixalla puntual pròpia de l&amp;apos;activitat, serà en recipients tancats i escaientment apilats i ordenats a fi de facilitar els treballs de recollida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 48. Animals amollats&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;En el recinte del mercat no es permetrà la presència de cans o altres animals amollats durant l&amp;apos;exercici d&amp;apos;aquest, a excepció del que disposa la Llei de cans guia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La incoació de la resolució dels expedients sancionadors correspon en tot cas, a Batlia. Els expedients es tramiten segons l&amp;apos;establert en el Decret 1/2024, de 5 de gener, pel qual s&amp;apos;aprova el Reglament del procediment sancionador de l&amp;apos;Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 4, de 6 de gener).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 50. Tipus d&amp;apos;infraccions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Aquest reglament diferencia entre infraccions lleus, greus i molt greus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 51. Infraccions lleus&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;L&amp;apos;incompliment de qualsevol article d&amp;apos;aquest reglament que no figurin qualificades de greus o molt greus en els articles següents, sense prejudici del que disposa els apartats següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp; La no exhibició del carnet de la persona titular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 52. Infraccions greus&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1. La comissió de dues o més faltes lleus durant un mateix any natural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2. Frau en la qualitat, pes, mesura, capacitat, preu, envàs, bolics, etiquetes, marques, condicions higiènic-sanitàries i qualsevol altra circumstància anàloga en perjudici del consumidor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;3. La desobediència a la persona encarregada del mercat municipal, als seus agents o delegats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;4. La manca de col·laboració en la neteja del lloc de venda, amb reincidència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;5. Canviar d&amp;apos;objecte de venda sense autorització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;6. L&amp;apos;incompliment de les obligacions descrites a l&amp;apos;article 39 (bones formes) i als articles 45 a 48 d&amp;apos;aquest reglament (Capítol VIII Neteja i higiene del mercat), que no suposi infracció molt greu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 53. Infraccions molt greus&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1. Aquelles que impliquin falsedat i ocultacions a les declaracions o documents exigibles reglamentàriament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2. La comissió de dues o més faltes greus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;3. El traspàs, arrendament o concessió del lloc de venda sense comptar amb l&amp;apos;escaient autorització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;4. Les infraccions lleus quan hi concorrin circumstàncies de publicitat o notorietat que afectin la imatge del servei públic o de la corporació municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;5. Compartir un lloc de venda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;6. Venda sense autorització, o no vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;7. Les infraccions greus quan hi concorri la circumstància de reincidència, la qual es donarà quan la persona infractora hagi estat sancionada per dues o més faltes greus durant un mateix any natural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;8. Quan hi hagi alteració o flagrant vulneració de les condicions mínimes de seguretat i sanitat del servei públic de mercats i les dels seus usuaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;9. L&amp;apos;incompliment de les obligacions descrites a l&amp;apos;article 26 d&amp;apos;aquest reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;10. La desobediència a l&amp;apos;autoritat municipal, als seus agents o la persona encarregada del mercat, quan les ordres s&amp;apos;hagin cursat per escrit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;11. Provocar altercats i l&amp;apos;alteració de l&amp;apos;ordre públic en el mercat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article. 54. Sancions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Com a conseqüència de les infraccions esmentades en els articles anteriors, es poden imposar les sancions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Per a infraccions lleus:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Multa de 100 euros fins a 300 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Suspensió temporal de l&amp;apos;activitat per un termini màxim d&amp;apos;un mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Per infraccions greus:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Multa de 301 euros a 600 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Suspensió temporal de l&amp;apos;activitat per un termini d&amp;apos;entre un a sis mesos. La sanció de la multa pot imposar-se conjuntament amb la de suspensió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Per infraccions molt greus:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Multa de 601 euros fins a 3.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Extinció de l&amp;apos;autorització per exercir la venda sense cap dret a devolució de taxa ni d&amp;apos;indemnització de cap mena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La sanció de la multa pot imposar-se conjuntament amb l&amp;apos;extinció de l&amp;apos;autorització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposició Complementària&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Les persones titulars que no siguin ciutadans o ciutadanes de la UE, que per motius personals s&amp;apos;hagin d&amp;apos;absentar durant més de 8 mercats consecutius (4 de vacances i 4 com a nombre màxim d&amp;apos;absències consecutives per a revocació de llicència), hauran de comunicar-ho per escrit a la persona encarregada del mercat, i adjuntaran la fotocòpia dels bitllets d&amp;apos;avió d&amp;apos;anada i tornada. No podran cedir els seus drets temporalment a ningú durant la seva absència en virtut de l&amp;apos;article 28 d&amp;apos;aquest reglament, la seva parada quedarà buida i a disposició de la persona encarregada del mercat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;No tindrà dret a cap mena de reducció de la taxa trimestral. Hauran d&amp;apos;acudir al mercat immediatament posterior a la data de tornada del bitllet d&amp;apos;avió. En cas contrari se li retirarà la llicència d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;article 30.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposició Transitòria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Les llicències municipals de venda ambulant que hi hagi en el moment de l&amp;apos;entrada en vigor d&amp;apos;aquesta Ordenança, mantindran la vigència fins dia 31 de desembre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposició derogatòria única. Normes que es deroguen.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Queden derogades totes les normes municipals que s&amp;apos;oposin, contradiguin o siguin incompatibles amb el que disposa aquesta Ordenança.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposició Final. Entrada en vigor.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Aquesta Ordenança entrarà en vigor quan s&amp;apos;hagi publicat íntegrament en el Butlletí Oficial de les&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Illes Balears i hagi transcorregut el termini previst a l&amp;apos;article 113 de la&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Llei&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;20/2006,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;15&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;desembre,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;municipal i&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;règim&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;local&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;les&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;]]</env:contingut>
