    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Antecedents&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Mitjançant la Resolució de la consellera de Presidència i Administracions Públiques de 3 de maig de 2024, es varen designar els Tribunals Qualificadors del procés selectiu per a l'ingrés pel torn lliure, inclosa la reserva per a persones amb discapacitat, per cobrir places de personal funcionari a l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 61, de 9 de maig de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En data 27 de juny de 2024, s'ha plantejat, per part d'una aspirant, causa de recusació a la senyora Elora Oliver Fonseca, pel que fa al Tribunal Qualificador del subgrup A1 del cos superior,&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;la qual es considera procedent ja que s'aprecia la concurrència de la causa al·legada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. En data 25 de juliol de 2024, la senyora Catalina Llull i Vallès ha deixat de formar part de la Comissió Permanent de Selecció i Provisió, per la seva incorporació com a cap de servei de Selecció, i ha presentat la seva renúncia com a membre dels Tribunals Qualificadors d'aquest procès selectiu, causa que es considera adient pels motius al·legats en l'escrit de renúncia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Atès el volum de processos en marxa, dels quals els membres de la Comissió Permanent de Selecció i Provisió ja en formen part, i ateses les causes previstes en els números anteriors, es fa necessari nomenar nous membres del Tribunal Qualificador del procés selectiu per a l'ingrés pel torn lliure al cos superior de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, a funcionaris de carrera que no formen part de la Comissió esmentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. En conseqüència, s'han de designar nous membres i s'ha de modificar la composició dels Tribunals Qualificadors de les proves selectives per a l'ingrés pel torn lliure, inclosa la reserva per a persones amb discapacitat, per cobrir places de personal funcionari a l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, en el sentit indicat en l'annex d'aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Modificar la composició dels Tribunals Qualificadors dels cossos generals establerts en la Resolució de la consellera de Presidència i Administracions Públiques de 3 de maig de 2024 per la qual es designen els Tribunals Qualificadors del procés selectiu per a l'ingrés pel torn lliure, inclosa la reserva per a persones amb discapacitat, per cobrir places de personal funcionari a l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, publicada al BOIB núm. 61, de 9 de maig de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Designar les noves persones com a membres dels Tribunals Qualificadors, en substitució de les que presenten motius de recusació i renúncia justificades i, en conseqüència, modificar les composicions dels Tribunals Qualificadors esmentats, en els termes establerts en l'annex d'aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Publicar aquesta Resolució en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; a la seu electrònica de la CAIB (www.caib.es) i en el Portal de l'Opositor (http://oposicions.caib.es). .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució —que exhaureix la via administrativa— es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant la consellera de Presidència i Administracions Públiques, en el termini d'un mes comptador a partir de l'endemà que s'hagi publicat aquesta Resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També es pot interposar un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears, en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat aquesta Resolució, d'acord amb els articles 10 i 46.1 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
