    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per acord del Ple de la Corporació, reunit en sessió ordinària dia 30 de maig de 2024, es va aprovar &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;inicialment l'Ordenança municipal reguladora de l'ús del parc caní i la pista d'hípica del tm d'Andratx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atès que no s'han presentat reclamacions o suggeriments en el tràmit d'informació pública i audiència als interessats, tal com consta al certificat emès pel Servei d'Atenció al Ciutadà, s'entén aprovada definitivament l'Ordenança municipal reguladora de l'ús del parc caní i la pista d'hípica del tm d'Andratx, i que diu així:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ORDENANÇA MUNICIPAL REGULADORA DE L'ÚS DEL PARC &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CANÍ &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I DE LA PISTA HÍPICA D'ANDRATX.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;EXPOSICIÓ DE MOTIUS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La nombrosa població canina en el municipi, i un ritme de vida cada vegada més desvinculat amb el camp i amb l'esport a l'aire lliure, promou la necessitat d'aportar al ciutadà d'Andratx dos recintes en els quals poder reconnectar amb la naturalesa i exercitar-se al costat de les seves mascotes; que consisteixen en un parc caní i una pista hípica municipal. Es pretén que aquestes instal·lacions serveixin al seu torn per a millorar el benestar animal.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La pista hípica pretén oferir als ciutadans un espai segur i funcional destinat a la pràctica de l'hípica, on els genets puguin treballar amb els seus cavalls realitzant els seus exercicis d'entrenament. D'altra banda, el gos, donat el seu comportament gregari, té necessitat de relacionar-se i interactuar, si això no fos possible ens trobaríem amb gossos poc equilibrats, que podrien arribar a sofrir problemes de comportament. És molt convenient que els gossos juguin amb altres gossos i socialitzin amb les persones, realitzant activitat física i reduint al mateix temps l'estrès. De la mateixa manera amb el joc els cadells estableixen la seva jerarquia i se socialitzen.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Per aquest motiu es procura una zona d'esplai i d'oci per a gossos, que es tracta d'un recinte tancat on els usuaris puguin permetre que les seves mascotes corrin lliurement i s'exercitin sense risc per a altres gossos ni per a les persones i on els animals puguin donar sortida a les seves necessitats fisiològiques i etològiques i puguin gaudir d'un temps sense corretja sense causar molèsties a ningú, prevenir l'estrès i poder gaudir de bona salut física i mental. De pas aquestes zones aportaran beneficis als propietaris dels gossos, ja que a més de gaudir de les seves mascotes a l'aire lliure fomenten les relacions interpersonals i fins i tot d'amistat amb els amos d'altres gossos, realitzant exercici físic i en definitiva servir de lloc de relaxació.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;L'objectiu primordial d'aquesta Ordenança és el de preservar l'espai públic del parc caní i la pista hípica, i regular el seu ús, de manera tal que es potenciï les seves característiques com a lloc d'oci, esbarjo i esplai, tant d'animals com de persones.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Aquesta Ordenança té per finalitat regular les condicions d'ús del parc caní i de la pista hípica d'Andratx, espais públics urbans especialment habilitats per als animals; gossos i cavalls, respectivament, i per als seus propietaris, situat a la Via Juan Riera, del nucli municipal d'Andratx, i els que es puguin crear en un futur en el municipi d'Andratx, que quedaran inclosos si és el cas en la present Ordenança a través del corresponent acord de Ple.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La titularitat i gestió d'aquestes àrees d'esplai és de l'Ajuntament d'Andratx, i aquest vetllarà per a garantir que es compleix la normativa d'ús que ha de permetre que tots els usuaris puguin gaudir de les instal·lacions en condicions de seguretat.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Amb les finalitats indicades, aquesta ordenança regula una sèrie de mesures encaminades específicament a fomentar i promoure la convivència i el civisme en aquests espais públics, sancionant les conductes que puguin lesionar o deteriorar tant l'esmentada convivència com els propis béns que es troben en l'espai públic. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;A l'efecte del present Reglament s'entendrà per:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Parc caní&lt;/strong&gt;: espai reservat per a l'esbarjo caní on, sota la supervisió i control dels seus amos, els gossos poden gaudir, córrer i jugar solts sense riscos. És, a més un lloc per a fomentar la convivència ciutadana amb les mascotes i la tinença responsable d'animals domèstics.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pista d'hípica&lt;/strong&gt;: Pista d'equitació construïda per a l'entrenament i la pràctica de l'equitació.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pipí-ca:&lt;/strong&gt; zona destinada als gossos perquè aquests puguin realitzar les seves necessitats fisiològiques.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Circuits d'entrenament i socialització caní:&lt;/strong&gt; aquells elements tipus jocs (paranys, ponts, tubs, etc) destinat al fet que els gossos puguin exercitar-se acompanyats o en solitari.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Oferir als ciutadans un espai destinat a l'esplai, socialització i esbarjo caní, que millori el benestar animal, on prevenir l'estrès i poder donar sortida a les seves necessitats fisiològiques i etològiques, i que al seu torn serveixi per a fomentar la pràctica de l'esport, d'hàbits saludables i les relacions interpersonals dels seus propietaris. Tot això amb l'objectiu de millorar la convivència de ciutadans i mascotes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 4. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Usuaris de les Àrees d'esplai caní&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Els usuaris potencials dels parcs canins seran tots els veïns o visitants d'Andratx propietaris de gossos, i els seus gossos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;També podran accedir a aquestes àrees qualsevol persona major de 14 anys que vulgui gaudir veient als animals o les activitats/esdeveniments que poguessin organitzar-se en aquestes àrees amb el gos com a principal protagonista, sempre que no es posi en risc als animals que es troben a l'interior. En aquest cas, les persones que desitgin interactuar amb els animals hauran de comptar sempre amb el permís del corresponent propietari.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Els menors de 14 anys hauran d'anar sempre acompanyats del seu pare, mare, tutor o persona que es faci responsable en tot moment del menor.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 5. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Funcionament i gestió&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.1. Horari de les àrees d'esplai caní&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El parc caní romandrà obert al públic les 24 hores del dia durant tots els dies de la setmana, podent-se modificar si les circumstàncies així ho aconsellessin.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.2. Normes d'ús obligatòries de les àrees d'esplai caní&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;S'estableixen les següents normes obligatòries i d'estricte compliment:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Recinte d'ús exclusiu de gossos i acompanyants.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Prohibida l'entrada a femelles en zel, animals amb malalties infecto contagioses i animals amb collarets de pues o dents.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Els animals han d'estar en tot moment acompanyats del seu propietari i/o acompanyant. El gos ha d'estar vigilat en tot moment, per la qual cosa està absolutament prohibit deixar-ho només en l'àrea.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Només poden entrar aquells animals identificats amb microxip o reglamentàriament i que compleixin la normativa vigent en matèria higienicosanitària.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;5. És obligatori recollir immediatament els excrements que generin els animals en una bossa, que es dipositarà tancada en el contenidor o paperera de resta més pròxima. Per a això el propietari haurà d'estar supervisant constantment al seu animal.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;6. Els animals han d'entrar i sortir de l'àrea subjectes amb corretja i no es deixaran anar fins a haver tancat la porta. Se subjectaran amb la corretja abans d'obrir la porta per a sortir. Les portes del recinte han de romandre en tot moment ben tancades. Els gossos han d'estar amb collaret en tot moment per a facilitar la seva separació en cas d'enfrontament.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;7. Els gossos no tenen permès l'accés a la pista d'hípica municipal en cap moment.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;8. Aquelles mascotes que estiguin catalogades com potencialment perilloses o amb característiques que així ho aconsellin (forta musculatura, grans mandíbules, agressivitat), segons legislació específica, hauran d'estar permanentment amb corretja i morrió.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;9. Si un animal es mostra agressiu haurà d'abandonar l'àrea immediatament. Al menor indici d'agressivitat, el propietari el subjectarà amb la corretja i haurà d'abandonar l'àrea canina per un temps prudencial fins que l'animal s'hagi tranquil·litzat.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;10. Els menors de 14 anys no podran entrar en l'àrea si no van acompanyats d'una persona responsable del menor.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;11. Queda totalment prohibit banyar a les mascotes en les instal·lacions del parc caní.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;12. Els propietaris dels animals són els responsables legals davant qualsevol tipus de dany que es pogués ocasionar per aquests. Els citats propietaris hauran d'abonar a l'Ajuntament els desperfectes que ocasionin els seus animals (arbres, bancs, sistemes de reg, etc).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;13. Es permet l'ús de pilotes i joguines. Però en el cas que es produeixin baralles, aquests elements es retiraran de manera immediata.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;14. Els gossos poden romandre en el recinte el temps que desitgin, dins de l'horari permès, sempre que no es generin conflictes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;15. Queda totalment prohibit menjar, consumir begudes alcohòliques i fumar en tota l'àrea del parc caní.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;16. Queda totalment prohibit alimentar als animals en l'àrea d'esbarjo.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;17. Els propietaris i acompanyants dels animals vetllaran perquè es respecti la tranquil·litat i el descans dels veïns del municipi, evitant que es realitzi un soroll excessiu, tant per les mascotes com per les persones.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;18. S'haurà de complir en el recinte tot el que estableix l'ordenança municipal sobre tinença d'animals de companyia i la llei de benestar animal.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;19. No es permet que els gossos pugin als bancs destinats a persones.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;20. Tot animal ha d'estar subjecte amb corretja sempre que hi hagi personal municipal treballant en el manteniment de la instal·lació.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;21. Queda totalment prohibit l'accés dels gossos a la pista &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d'arena &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;de la zona hípica, excepcionalment podran entrar al recinte d'hípica, sense trepitjar la zona d'arena, quan tinguin vinculació amb algun dels usuaris de la pista hípica que estiguin fent ús d'ella en el mateix moment.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.3. Recomanacions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;És aconsellable que, a més de les normes d'obligat compliment, els usuaris de les àrees d'esplai caní segueixin les recomanacions següents:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;No estar tot el temps assegut. Caminar per l'àrea canina facilitarà la interrelació amb altres gossos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Evitar que el gos es refugiï sota el banc en el qual es trobi el seu propietari, evitarà comportaments agressius per timidesa.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;No acariciar, donar llaminadures, ni tocar a altres gossos, inclòs el propi; per a evitar que el gos estigui pendent del seu propietari i no es relacioni amb uns altres.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 7.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Usuaris de pista d'hípica&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Els usuaris de la pista d'hípica seran els cavalls del municipi juntament amb els seus propietaris o entrenadors.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Excepcionalment, podran fer ús d'aquest recinte, sense trepitjar la pista d'arena i romanent lligats en tot moment, els gossos que tinguin vinculació amb els usuaris que estiguin en la pista en el mateix moment.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Horari de la pista d'hípica&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La pista d'hípica romandrà oberta al públic de 6.00 a 23.00 hores durant tots els dies de la setmana, podent-se modificar si les circumstàncies així ho aconsellessin.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.2. Normes d'ús obligatori de la pista d'hípica&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;S'estableixen les següents normes obligatòries i d'estricte compliment:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Recinte d'ús exclusiu per a cavalls i els seus acompanyants.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Prohibida l'entrada a femelles en zel i animals amb malalties infecto contagioses.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Els animals han d'estar en tot moment acompanyats del seu propietari i/o acompanyant. Queda absolutament prohibit deixar a l'animal sol en l'àrea.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. Només poden entrar aquells animals identificats reglamentàriament, mitjançant un transponedor injectable implantat i que disposin del document d'identificació que compleixin amb les especificacions tècniques establertes en l'annex I del Reial decret 7872023, de 17 d'octubre, pel qual es dicten disposicions per a regular el sistema de traçabilitat, identificació i registre de determinades espècies d'animals terrestres en captivitat, i que compleixin la normativa vigent en matèria higienicosanitària.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;5. És obligatori recollir immediatament els excrements que generin els animals en una bossa, que es dipositarà tancada en el contenidor o paperera de resta més pròxima. Per a això el propietari haurà d'estar supervisant constantment al seu animal.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;6. Els èquids no tenen permès l'accés al parc caní municipal en cap moment.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;7. Si un animal es mostra agressiu i/o molesta a la resta d'usuaris de la pista, haurà d'abandonar l'àrea immediatament.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;8. Queda totalment prohibit banyar, o realitzar qualsevol altre tipus de manteniment als èquids en el recinte de la pista hípica municipal.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;9. Els propietaris dels animals són els responsables legals davant qualsevol tipus de dany que es pogués ocasionar per aquests. &lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;10. Els cavalls poden romandre en el recinte el temps que desitgin, dins de l'horari permès, sempre que no es generin conflictes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;11. Queda totalment prohibit el consum de begudes alcohòliques i fumar en el tot l'àrea de la pista d'hípica.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;12. Els propietaris i acompanyants dels animals vetllaran perquè es respecti la tranquil·litat i el descans dels veïns del municipi, evitant que es realitzi un soroll excessiu, tant pels animals com per les persones.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Els propietaris o acompanyants dels animals estaran obligats a respectar les normes d'ús de les instal·lacions, &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;sent &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;responsables legals de qualsevol tipus de danys que es puguin ocasionar, així com de complir la normativa vigent en matèria de benestar i protecció dels animals domèstics, tinença d'animals potencialment perillosos i una altra normativa d'aplicació.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 11.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Infraccions i sancions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Les infraccions i sancions aplicables seran les tipificades en la Llei 1/1992, de 8 d'abril, de Protecció dels animals que viuen en l'entorn humà, la Llei de 50/1999, de 23 de desembre, sobre el Règim Jurídic de la Tinença d'Animals Potencialment Perillosos i la seva normativa de desenvolupament i altra normativa sectorial aplicable, així com l'Ordenança municipal reguladora de la protecció i benestar dels animals que viuen en l'entorn humà.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Les infraccions de les obligacions contingudes en aquest text que no estiguin recollides en la normativa aplicable seran considerades com a infraccions lleus i, aplicant-se les sancions previstes en l'art. 141 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, Reguladora de les Bases de Règim Local, que estableix que:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Les infraccions lleus se sancionaran amb multa de fins a 750 €&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Les infraccions greus se sancionaran amb multa des de 751 fins a 1.500 €&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Les infraccions molt greus se sancionaran amb multes entre 1501 fins a 3.000€&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;A aquest efecte es consideren infraccions greus la comissió de tres infraccions lleus en un any i seran infraccions molt greus la comissió de tres infraccions greus en un any.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La imposició de qualsevol sanció prevista en el present text no exclou la responsabilitat civil i l'eventual indemnització de danys i perjudicis que puguin correspondre al sancionat.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 12.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Circumstàncies modificatives de la responsabilitat.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Per a la graduació de les sancions s'atendrà l'existència d'intencionalitat o reiteració, naturalesa dels perjudicis causats, reincidència per la comissió en el terme d'un any d'una altra infracció de la mateixa naturalesa quan així hagi estat declarat per resolució ferma i al benefici obtingut amb la seva realització.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 13.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Procediment&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La imposició de les sancions requerirà la prèvia incoació i instrucció del procediment corresponent, el qual se substanciarà conformement al que es disposa en la legislació general sobre Procediment Administratiu Comú de les administracions públiques. L'acord d'iniciació podrà ordenar l'adopció de mesures provisionals que resultin necessàries per a garantir l'eficàcia de la resolució que pogués recaure.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 14.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Prescripcions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Les infraccions i sancions prescriuran segons el que es disposa en la Llei 1/1992, de 8 d'abril, de Protecció dels animals que viuen en l'entorn humà, la Llei de 50/1999, de 23 de desembre, sobre el Règim Jurídic de la Tinença d'Animals Potencialment Perillosos i la seva normativa de desenvolupament i altra normativa sectorial aplicable, així com l'Ordenança municipal reguladora de la protecció i benestar dels animals que viuen en l'entorn humà. Si aquestes no fixen terminis de prescripció o les infraccions de les obligacions recollides en aquest text no estan recollides en la normativa aplicable, s'aplicaran les prescripcions previstes en l'article 30 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de Règim Jurídic del Sector Públic. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposició final única &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La present Ordenança entrarà en vigor l'endemà de la publicació del text íntegre al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. Tot això, sempre que hagi transcorregut el termini de quinze dies a què fa referència l'article 65 de la Llei 7/1985, reguladora de les bases de règim local. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Contra el present acord es podrà interposar recurs contenciós administratiu davant del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears, en el termini de dos mesos comptats a partir de l'endemà de la seva publicació al Butlletí Oficial de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, de conformitat amb el que estableixen els articles 112.3 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, i els articles 10. b) i 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la Jurisdicció Contenciós Administrativa, en els termes previstos a l'article 65 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, Reguladora de les Bases de Règim Local.»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La qual cosa es fa pública pel seu general coneixement. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
