    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acord de la Junta de Govern en sessió de caràcter ordinari de data 17 de juliol de 2024, relatiu a l'aprovació i convocatòria de les Bases específiques de les proves selectives de provisió de places de la plantilla de l'Ajuntament de Ciutadella, arquitecte/a tècnic/a, de l'oferta pública d'ocupació 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Junta de Govern adopta, l'acord següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMER.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprovar les bases específiques que han de regir les proves selectives per a l'ingrés per torn lliure, per proveir una plaça d'arquitecte/a tècnic/a de l'Oferta pública d'ocupació corresponent al 2022 de l'Ajuntament de Ciutadella de Menorca que figura com annex a aquest acord, de conformitat amb el contingut de les bases generals de l'oferta pública d'ocupació de l'Ajuntament de Ciutadella de Menorca 2021, 2022, 2023 i 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGON.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Convocar els processos de selecció de provisió de places de la plantilla de l'Ajuntament de Ciutadella de Menorca d'arquitecte/a tècnic/a d'acord amb la convocatòria de l'annex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCER.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ordenar publicar el text íntegre de les bases reguladores d'aquest procediment selectiu al Butlletí oficial de les Illes Balears i a la seu electrònica d'aquest Ajuntament, així i com al tauler d'anuncis municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUART.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Iniciar el termini de 20 dies hàbils per a la presentació de sol·licituds des de l'endemà de la publicació en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objecte de la convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és cobrir una plaça vacant d'arquitecte tècnic de l'Ajuntament de Ciutadella de Menorca per torn lliure corresponent a l'oferta pública d'ocupació de 2022. S'entén per &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;places vacants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; tant les no cobertes temporalment com les places cobertes temporalment per funcionaris interins.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El temari específic que regeix la convocatòria és el que s'estableix a l'annex I d'aquest document.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Normativa d'aplicació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria es regeix per les bases generals que regulen els processos selectius per a cobrir les places vacants de personal funcionari previstes a les ofertes públiques d'ocupació de l'Ajuntament de Ciutadella de Menorca aprovades per acord de la Junta de Govern de l'Ajuntament de Ciutadella de Menorca de data del 17 de juliol de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Transparència i protecció de dades personals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Al llarg del procés selectiu es publicarà al portal de l'opositor de l'Ajuntament de Ciutadella de Menorca &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;oposicions.ajciutadella.es &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i al tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament mateix tota la informació relacionada amb els diferents aspectes del desenvolupament d'aquest procés. A través d'aquest portal, es pot accedir al formulari d'inscripció i a les instruccions corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones que, per motiu de violència de gènere, necessitin protegir la seva identitat pública han d'indicar a la sol·licitud que desitgen anonimitzar les seves dades, per la qual cosa han de presentar, en el moment de fer la inscripció, la documentació que estableix l'article 23 de la Llei orgànica 1/2004, de 28 de desembre, de mesures de protecció integral contra la violència de gènere, modificada pel Reial decret llei 9/2018, de 3 d'agost, de mesures urgents per al desplegament del Pacte d'Estat contra la violència de gènere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Altres mèrits al·legats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En relació amb l'apartat cinc de l'annex II de les bases generals, en el qual es deixa oberta la valoració d'altres mèrits al·legats amb un total de fins a 1 punt com a màxim, els mèrits que es valoraran són els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per estar en possessió del certificat MCER (Marc Europeu Comú de Referència) de nivell B2 d'anglès ...................0,5 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per estar en possessió del certificat de llenguatge administratiu (LA) .................0,5 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Calendari previst&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La primera prova d'oposició està prevista per al mes d'octubre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Proves d'oposició&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Prova teòrica de la part general:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; preguntes amb respostes alternatives, tipus test, d'acord amb l'apartat 7.7.2.a) de les bases generals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Proves pràctiques de la part específica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; aquest segon examen consistirà a realitzar dues proves pràctiques relatives a les funcions de la plaça que es volen cobrir i que proposarà el Tribunal de cadascuna de les places convocades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per al desenvolupament d'aquesta prova, els candidats podran dur el material normatiu indicat al temari específic únicament en format PAPER. També, per a la realització del supòsit pràctic, s'ha de dur calculadora simple o científica, i queda totalment prohibida la utilització de qualsevol dispositiu mòbil o electrònic amb connexió a xarxa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini total d'aquest segon exercici serà de 180 minuts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Abans de l'inici de la prova, el Tribunal haurà d'informar dels criteris de valoració de les proves teoricopràctiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Nomenament del personal de nou ingrés&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El nomenament del personal seleccionat en aquestes ofertes públiques es farà en règim funcionarial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La plaça vacant d'arquitecte tècnic objecte d'aquest concurs oposició és de tipus funcionari, del grup A, subgrup A2, d'acord amb l'article 76 de la Llei de l'Estatut bàsic del treballador públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Ordre de prelació i adjudicació de places de les persones aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La relació d'aspirants que hagin superat l'oposició quedarà determinada per la puntuació obtinguda en el conjunt dels exercicis obligatoris i eliminatoris de l'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'ordre de prelació final de les persones aspirants que hagin superat l'oposició vindrà determinat per la suma de tots els barems inclosos en les bases generals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'adjudicació dels llocs de treball es farà per ordre de prelació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
