&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No havent estat possible la notificació per carta certificada amb avís de rebut i d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;article 44 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, procedeix la publicació d&amp;apos;aquest anunci.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Quedant a disposició de les persones interessades, els expedients sancionadors, a la seu del Consell Insular de Formentera, àrea de Gestió Ambiental i Litoral, situada al carrer Mallorca, número 15 de Sant Ferran, Formentera (Illes Balears). &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Informar a les persones infractores que aquest acte posa fi a la via administrativa i contra aquest poden interposar, o bé recurs potestatiu de reposició davant del mateix òrgan que l&amp;apos;ha dictada, en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes a comptar del dia següent a la recepció de la notificació segons estableix l&amp;apos;art. 123-124 de la Llei 39/2015 d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, o bé, recurs contenciós administratiu davant els jutjats contenciosos administratius de Palma (Mallorca), en el termini de dos mesos a comptar a partir de l&amp;apos;endemà de la recepció de la notificació segons estableix l&amp;apos;art. 44 de la Llei 29/1998.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
