    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Per Resolució de Presidència del Consell Insular de Formentera en data 25 de juliol de 2024, de la que es transcriu el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;(...)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;HE RESOLT&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Acceptar &lt;/strong&gt;la justificació de la subvenció 2023 mitjançant la presentació del estats comptables degudament auditats presentat al Consell Insular amb data 14 de juny de 2024 amb RGE. núm. 14157/2024, així com RGE núm. 14164/2024 i RGE. núm. 14404/2024 de data 18 de juny de 2024, i atenint a la justificació prevista a l&amp;apos;informe tècnic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Tenir per presentada correctament la documentació necessària &lt;/strong&gt;per fer efectiva l&amp;apos;aportació que té assignada el Consell Insular de Formentera com a subvenció als pressupostos per l&amp;apos;exercici 2024 al Grup d&amp;apos;Acció Local per al Desenvolupament Rural i Pesquer d&amp;apos;Eivissa i Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Concedir &lt;/strong&gt;una subvenció nominativa al &lt;strong&gt;Grup d&amp;apos;Acció Local per al Desenvolupament Rural i&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pesquer d&amp;apos;Eivissa i Formentera&lt;/strong&gt;, per un import de &lt;strong&gt;24.000 €.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aquesta subvenció nominal està inclosa en el Pla Estratègic de subvencions del Consell Insular de Formentera per al període 2024 al 2025 aprovat per Ple en data de 21 de març de 2024 (BOIB núm. 40, de 23 de març de 2024 i BOIB núm.54, de 23 d&amp;apos;abril de 2024) inclòs al Pressupost General del Consell Insular per a l&amp;apos;any present 2024 (BOIB núm. 12, de 25 de gener de 2024) amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 2024.1.410.48000.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La gestió de la subvenció es durà a terme d&amp;apos;acord a les següents condicions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;NORMATIVA APLICABLE: &lt;em&gt;Llei 38/2003 de 17 de novembre General de subvencions. I bases d&amp;apos;execució del Pressupost. Hom està, en qualsevol cas, atès que el citat Pla estratègic de subvencions del Consell Insular de Formentera per al període 2024 al 2025 aprovat per Ple en data de 21 de març de 2024 (BOIB núm. 40, de 23 de març de 2024 i BOIB núm.54, de 23 d&amp;apos;abril de 2024) inclòs al Pressupost General del Consell Insular per a l&amp;apos;any present 2024 (BOIB núm. 12, de 25 de gener de 2024), contemplen aquesta subvenció com a nominativa, i per tant es pot executar ara, pel valor del que signifiquen els Pressupostos generals i llur consideració com a nominativa. A més a més, també s&amp;apos;està a l&amp;apos;article 96.2 i a la disposició addicional novena de l&amp;apos;esmentada Llei de consells insulars.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;FINALITAT DE LA SUBVENCIÓ: &lt;em&gt;Desenvolupament Rural.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;TERMINI DE REALITZACIÓ DE L&amp;apos;ACTIVITAT SUBVENCIONADA: &lt;em&gt;Des de l&amp;apos;1 de gener fins a 31 de desembre de 2024.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;TERMINI DE JUSTIFICACIÓ DE LA SUBVENCIÓ: &lt;em&gt;Abans de 30 de setembre de 2025.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;FORMA DE JUSTIFICACIÓ SUBVENCIÓ: &lt;em&gt;Mitjançant presentació d&amp;apos;estats comptables auditats.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;IMPORT DE DESPESES A JUSTIFICAR: &lt;em&gt;La quantia a justificar haurà de ser com a mínim l&amp;apos;import de la quantitat concedida&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;MOTIUS DE LA PÈRDUA DE LA SUBVENCIÓ: &lt;em&gt;La falta de justificació de l&amp;apos;activitat o l&amp;apos;objecte de la subvenció suposarà la pèrdua de la subvenció.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;OBLIGACIÓ DE COMUNICAR &lt;em&gt;la concessió d&amp;apos;altres ajudes o subvencions públiques.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;PAGAMENT: &lt;em&gt;Anticipat.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;RÈGIM DE GARANTIES: &lt;em&gt;S&amp;apos;eximeix de la presentació de garanties (art.17.3.k) Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre General de subvencions.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Autoritzar i disposar &lt;/strong&gt;la despesa amb càrrec al Capítol IV dels pressupostos del Consell Insular de Formentera, a favor del beneficiari &lt;strong&gt;Grup d&amp;apos;Acció Local per al Desenvolupament Rural i Pesquer d&amp;apos;Eivissa i Formentera &lt;/strong&gt;amb &lt;strong&gt;CIF G57135816 &lt;/strong&gt;per l&amp;apos;import concedit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Reconèixer &lt;/strong&gt;l&amp;apos;obligació, &lt;strong&gt;ordenar el pagament i pagar anticipadament l&amp;apos;import íntegre de la subvenció i registrar l&amp;apos;operació com a pendent de justificar &lt;/strong&gt;fins que el beneficiari no procedeixi a la justificació de la mateixa d&amp;apos;acord amb les normes de la concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Notificar &lt;/strong&gt;la resolució de presidència al &lt;strong&gt;Grup d&amp;apos;Acció Local per al Desenvolupament Rural i Pesquer d&amp;apos;Eivissa i Formentera &lt;/strong&gt;amb &lt;strong&gt;CIF G57135816.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Publicar &lt;/strong&gt;aquest acord a tauler d&amp;apos;anuncis i a la web del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Publicar &lt;/strong&gt;aquest acord al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, als efectes oportuns.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Publicar &lt;/strong&gt;l&amp;apos;atorgament d&amp;apos;aquesta subvenció a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions (BDNS) en aplicació de l&amp;apos;art. 33 i 34 del TRLS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;(...)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La qual cosa es fa públic per a general coneixement.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
