&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es fa públic que per Resolució d'alcaldia número 2024-1239, de data 19 de juliol de 2024, s'ha resolt en la seva part bastant el que segueix: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;"[…] &lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.&lt;/strong&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;Rectificar l'error material, de fet o aritmètic, d'acord amb el que fixa l'article 109 dela Llei 39/2 &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;[…]"&lt;/span&gt;,&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; literalment diu així: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;De manera que, &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.Reglament municipal sobre l'horari dels establiments públics (BOIB número 14 de 31/01/2012).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. Ordenança reguladora de la venda ambulant al terme municipal d'Alaior (BOIB número 9de 21/01/2017).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;B) Temari específic: ordenances municipals i coneixement del terme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.Reglament municipal sobre l'horari dels establiments públics (BOIB número 14 de 09/09/2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Ordenança reguladora de la venda ambulant al terme municipal d'Alaior (BOIB número137 de 07/10/2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON.&lt;/strong&gt; Mantenir el terminis d'nscripció establersts inicialment per als aspirants al procés selectiu de 7 places de policia local ( fins al 08.08.2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER.&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar a les persones interessades la present Resolució, de conformitat amb elque estableix l'article 40 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiucomú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar aquesta resolució al tauler d'anuncis, a la seu electrònica i al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
