    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ple de l'Ajuntament de Marratxí, en sessió ordinària de dia 30 d'abril de 2024, va aprovar inicialment la modificació de l'Ordenança Municipal de Medi Ambient de l'Ajuntament de Marratxí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Havent finalitzat el període d'informació pública sense que s'hagi presentat cap reclamació o suggeriment, i de conformitat amb el que disposa l'article 49 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases del règim local, l'Acord inicial esmentat s'entén definitivament adoptat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;D'acord amb el que estableix l'article 70.2 de la Llei 7/1985, a continuació es publica el texte íntegre de la modificació de l'Ordenança.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MODIFICACIÓ DE L'ORDENANÇA DE MEDI AMBIENT&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Inclusió d'un nou conjunt com és “ Lledoners de Son Carrió” a l'Annex VII. -catàleg d'arbres singulars- apartat II. –conjunts singulars d'arbres- de l'Ordenança Municipal de Medi Ambient.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;LLEDONERS DE SON CARRIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es tracta d'un grup de tres individus de Lledoners &lt;em&gt;(Celtis australis)&lt;/em&gt; ubicats al Camí de Sa Cimentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les coordenades per a la ubicació exacte, són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquest conjunta arbori es troba situat dintre del camí de la Cimentera “ruta verda” els quals durant l'estiu proporcionen refugi del sòl i de la calor durant l'estiu. Aquest camí que uneix els dos nuclis de població de Pòrtol i Sa Cabaneta, passa per l'antiga possessió de Son Carrió i diferents cases agrícoles que li donen un caràcter agradable i tranquil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El grup de lledoners creixen de dintre del marge d'una parcel·la privada, cap a dins del camí públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es tracte un conjunt de tres arbres que a nivell ecològic treballen com un únic exemplar, formant una copa conjunta, compartint recursos i per tant serveis ecosistèmics de manera conjunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Situació: Polígon 1 Parcel·la 309 – Pòrtol – Marratxí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Tot això sense perjudici de qualsevol altre recurs o acció que es consideri pertinent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
