&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En data 11 de Juliol de 2024, el Regidor delegat de funció pública i personal va dictar el Decret núm. 2024-0703, pel qual s'aproven la convocatòria i les bases per a la provisió, mitjançant concurs oposició, d'una plaça de funcionari de carrera Tècnic d'Administració General (TAG).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'anunci del Decret núm. 2024-0703 fou publicat al BOIB núm. 92, de data 13 de juliol de 2024, plana 32111 i següents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atès el registre d'entrada de data 13 de juliol de 2024 i núm. 2024-E-RE-1906, posant de manifest una possible errada, en concret, manifesta que a la base sisena, al seu punt A) segon exercici i tercer exercici (pàgina 4) no coincideix amb l'explicació del segon i tercer exercici exposat a la pàgina 9.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comprovat que efectivament s'ha produït una errada a la base sisena, al seu punt A) segon exercici i tercer exercici (pàgina 4) no coincideix amb l'explicació del segon i tercer exercici exposat a la pàgina 9.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així doncs, al contingut de l'apartat “PROGRAMA”, just després de la BASE DESENA, &lt;strong&gt;on diu:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;"SEGON EXERCICI. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Obligatori i eliminatori. Consistirà en respondre per escrit en un període màxim de 5 hores, cinc temes extrets a sort: un de dret constitucional, un de dret administratiu, un de dret financer, un de dret administratiu local (part general) i un de dret administratiu local (part especial).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest exercici es valorarà fins a un màxim de 10 punts, i serà necessari obtenir una qualificació mínima de 5 punts per superar-lo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;TERCER EXERCICI.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Obligatori i eliminatori. Es desenvoluparà per escrit, durant un període màxim de quatre hores, i consistirà en la redacció d'un informe, amb proposta de resolució, sobre dos supòsits pràctics, a triar per les persones aspirants d'entre quatre que plantejarà el tribunal just abans del començament de l'exercici, relatius a les tasques administratives pròpies de les funcions assignades a la subescala tècnica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Durant la realització d'aquesta prova les persones aspirants podran, en tot moment, fer ús dels textos legals, col·leccions de jurisprudència i llibres de consulta dels quals vinguin proveïdes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En aquest exercici es valorarà la capacitat de raonament, la sistemàtica en el plantejament, la formulació de conclusions i el coneixement i l'adequada interpretació de la normativa aplicable. Aquest exercici es valorarà fins a un màxim de 10 punts, i serà necessari obtenir una qualificació mínima de 5 punts per superar-lo.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Hauria de dir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;"SEGON EXERCICI. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Obligatori i eliminatori. Puntuació màxima: 20 punts (a raó de 10 punts per tema). Serà necessari obtenir una puntuació mínima de 5 punts a cada tema.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Consistirà en desenvolupar per escrit, en un màxim de 120 minuts, dos temes a triar per la persona aspirant entre quatre temes designats per sorteig pel tribunal, sobre la relació de temes que versen de les matèries específiques de l'annex I.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;TERCER EXERCICI.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Obligatori i eliminatori. Puntuació màxima: 20 punts (a raó de 10 punts per exercici). Seran eliminades les persones aspirants que no aconsegueixin una puntuació mínima de 5 punts a cada un dels exercicis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consistirà en resoldre per escrit dos supòsits de caràcter pràctic elaborats pel tribunal, relatius a la part específica del temari. La duració màxima de la prova serà 180 minuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Durant la realització de la prova les persones aspirants podran, en tot moment, fer ús dels textos de normativa que creguin oportuns, sense cap marca manuscrita, i dels quals vinguin proveïdes. El tribunal podrà retirar aquells textos que consideri que no reuneixen les característiques de textos de normativa legal així com els que duguin marques manuscrites.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest exercici s'ha de redactar de forma que permeti la seva lectura per qualsevol membre del Tribunal, evitant així mateix la utilització d'abreviatures o signes no usuals en el llenguatge escrit.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest Decret s'adopta en virtut de les delegacions efectuades pel Batle d'aquest ajuntament, mitjançant Decret número 2023-1014, de 16 de novembre de 2023, publicat en el BOIB núm. 162, de 28 de novembre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot l'exposat el Regidor de Funció Pública i Personal, dicta el següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DECRET&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMER.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Modificar el contingut de l'apartat “PROGRAMA”, just després de la BASE DESENA, &lt;strong&gt;on diu:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;"SEGON EXERCICI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Obligatori i eliminatori. Consistirà en respondre per escrit en un període màxim de 5 hores, cinc temes extrets a sort: un de dret constitucional, un de dret administratiu, un de dret financer, un de dret administratiu local (part general) i un de dret administratiu local (part especial).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest exercici es valorarà fins a un màxim de 10 punts, i serà necessari obtenir una qualificació mínima de 5 punts per superar-lo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCER EXERCICI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Obligatori i eliminatori. Es desenvoluparà per escrit, durant un període màxim de quatre hores, i consistirà en la redacció d'un informe, amb proposta de resolució, sobre dos supòsits pràctics, a triar per les persones aspirants d'entre quatre que plantejarà el tribunal just abans del començament de l'exercici, relatius a les tasques administratives pròpies de les funcions assignades a la subescala tècnica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Durant la realització d'aquesta prova les persones aspirants podran, en tot moment, fer ús dels textos legals, col·leccions de jurisprudència i llibres de consulta dels quals vinguin proveïdes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquest exercici es valorarà la capacitat de raonament, la sistemàtica en el plantejament, la formulació de conclusions i el coneixement i l'adequada interpretació de la normativa aplicable. Aquest exercici es valorarà fins a un màxim de 10 punts, i serà necessari obtenir una qualificació mínima de 5 punts per superar-lo.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Hauria de dir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;"SEGON EXERCICI. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Obligatori i eliminatori. Puntuació màxima: 20 punts (a raó de 10 punts per tema). Serà necessari obtenir una puntuació mínima de 5 punts a cada tema.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Consistirà en desenvolupar per escrit, en un màxim de 120 minuts, dos temes a triar per la persona aspirant entre quatre temes designats per sorteig pel tribunal, sobre la relació de temes que versen de les matèries específiques de l'annex I.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;em&gt;TERCER EXERCICI.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Obligatori i eliminatori. Puntuació màxima: 20 punts (a raó de 10 punts per exercici). Seran eliminades les persones aspirants que no aconsegueixin una puntuació mínima de 5 punts a cada un dels exercicis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Consistirà en resoldre per escrit dos supòsits de caràcter pràctic elaborats pel tribunal, relatius a la part específica del temari. La duració màxima de la prova serà 180 minuts.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Durant la realització de la prova les persones aspirants podran, en tot moment, fer ús dels textos de normativa que creguin oportuns, sense cap marca manuscrita, i dels quals vinguin proveïdes. El tribunal podrà retirar aquells textos que consideri que no reuneixen les característiques de textos de normativa legal així com els que duguin marques manuscrites.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Aquest exercici s'ha de redactar de forma que permeti la seva lectura per qualsevol membre del Tribunal, evitant així mateix la utilització d'abreviatures o signes no usuals en el llenguatge escrit.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGON.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Publicar aquesta Resolució mitjançant anunci publicat en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i en el tauler d'anuncis de la Corporació. Simultàniament, es publicarà al portal web de l'Ajuntament [https://www.ajbunyola.net].&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCER. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que del present Decret es doni compte al Ple, en la primera sessió que aquest celebri.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Posseir la capacitat funcional per al desenvolupament de les funcions corresponents. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;f) No haver estat separat/da, mitjançant un expedient disciplinari, del servei de cap administració pública, dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni trobar-se inhabilitats de manera absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial. En el cas de nacionals d'un altre estat, no trobar-se inhabilitats o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmesos a una sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, en el seu estat i en els mateixos termes, l'accés a una ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;g) Abans de prendre possessió de la plaça, la persona interessada haurà de fer constar que no ocupa cap lloc de treball ni realitza cap activitat al sector públic delimitat per l'art. 1 de la Llei 53/1984, de 26 de desembre, d'incompatibilitats del personal al servei de les administracions públiques, i que no percep pensió de jubilació, retir o orfandat. Si realitza alguna activitat privada, inclosa la de caràcter professional, ho haurà de declarar en el termini de deu dies naturals comptats a partir del dia de la presa de possessió, per tal que la corporació acordi la declaració de compatibilitat o incompatibilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sol·licituds per prendre part en el procés selectiu s'hauran de presentar en el Registre General de l'Ajuntament de Bunyola mitjançant la Seu Electrònica https://bunyola.sedelectronica.es/. Per poder dur a terme un registre telemàtic cal disposar d'un certificat electrònic o DNI electrònic o Cl@ve pin, per instància general segons allò establert en la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, en el termini de 20 dies hàbils comptats a partir del següent al de la publicació de la convocatòria en el BOE. Quan el darrer dia del termini sigui inhàbil, s'entendrà prorrogat al primer dia hàbil següent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per ser admesos i prendre part a la convocatòria bastarà que les persones aspirants manifestin a la sol·licitud que reuneixen totes i cadascuna de les condicions exigides en la base segona, sempre en referència a la data de finalització del termini per a la presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Serà necessari acreditar juntament amb la sol·licitud:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Còpia del títol exigit per prendre part a aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Còpia del certificat de coneixements de llengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La restant documentació haurà d'acreditar-se en el moment i terminis que es determinin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUARTA. Admissió de les persones aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Un cop finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, la Presidència de la corporació dictarà resolució en el termini màxim d'un mes, en la qual declararà aprovada la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses. Aquesta resolució es publicarà al tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica d'aquest Ajuntament. Es concedirà un termini de deu dies hàbils a comptar del dia següent a aquesta publicació per a rectificacions, esmenar errades i possibles reclamacions. Aquestes esmenes no seran aplicables respecte dels mèrits al·legats però no aportats, ni dels requisits establerts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. A la mateixa resolució es publicarà la designació del tribunal qualificador i la fixació del lloc, la data i l'hora de realització del primer exercici de la fase d'oposició, quedant convocades les persones aspirants per a la realització dels exercicis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses es considerarà automàticament elevada a definitiva si no s'hi presenten reclamacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Si hi hagués reclamacions, seran estimades o desestimades, si s'escau, en el termini màxim d'un mes, en una nova resolució amb la qual s'aprovi la llista definitiva, en el tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Entre la publicació de l'anunci d'aprovació definitiva i l'inici de les proves no hi podrà haver menys de dos dies hàbils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Els successius anuncis, així com totes les notificacions i incidències produïdes durant el procés selectiu es publicaran al tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Bunyola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CINQUENA. El tribunal qualificador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. L'òrgan de selecció és col·legiat i la composició s'ha d'ajustar als principis d'imparcialitat i professionalitat dels seus membres i s'ha de respectar el principi de representació equilibrada de dones i homes, excepte per raons fonamentades i objectivament motivades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2. La composició dels Tribunals ha de ser predominantment tècnica; tots els membres han de tenir titulació igual o superior a les exigides per a l'accés a les places convocades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El personal d'elecció o de lliure designació política, el personal funcionari interí i el personal eventual no poden formar part dels òrgans de selecció. Tampoc no en poden formar part les persones representants dels empleats públics, sense perjudici de les funcions de vigilància i vetlla del bon desenvolupament del procediment selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones representants sindicals que participin en el procediment selectiu, amb aquestes funcions de vigilància i vetlla, han de pertànyer a organitzacions sindicals que tinguin la consideració de més representatives i que comptin amb més del 10 % de representants en l'àmbit del municipi de la convocatòria, amb un màxim d'un representant per cada sindicat amb el límit de quatre membres per cada procediment selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La pertinença als òrgans de selecció és sempre a títol individual; no es pot exercir aquesta representació per compte d'altri.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;5. El Tribunal Qualificador ha d'estar constituït per cinc membres i el mateix nombre de suplents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) President/a: un/a funcionari/ària de carrera de l'Ajuntament de Bunyola del mateix nivell o superior al de la plaça convocada , designat per la Presidència de la corporació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;b) Vocals: tres funcionaris/àries de carrera del mateix nivell o superior al de la plaça convocada, designats per la Presidència de la corporació, que poden ser de l'entitat local o de qualsevol Administració pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;c) Secretari/ària: que serà un funcionari/ària de carrera de l'Ajuntament de Bunyola del mateix nivell o superior al de la plaça convocada, designat per la Presidència de la corporació, amb veu i vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Així mateix es nomenarà un suplent per a cadascun dels membres del Tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal no pot constituir-se ni actuar sense l'assistència de més de la meitat dels seus membres, titulars o suplents indistintament, sense president o presidenta ni secretari o secretària. Les decisions s'han d'adoptar per majoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. El tribunal pot acordar la incorporació en les tasques de personal assessor o especialistes en totes o alguna de les proves, que poden actuar amb veu però sense vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Els membres del Tribunal i els assessors o assessores s'han d'abstenir d'intervenir quan concorrin les circumstàncies que preveu l'article 23 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic. Així mateix, han de notificar aquesta circumstància a l'autoritat que els va nomenar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'abstenció i la recusació dels membres del tribunal es regularà pels articles 23 i 24 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic, i pels articles 22 i 23 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;8. Les decisions adoptades pel tribunal es poden recórrer en les condicions que estableix l'article 121 de la Llei 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;9. Al tribunal de selecció podrà assistir, sense que en formi part, un membre de la Junta de Personal, que actuarà com a observador, amb funcions de vigilància i vetlla del bon desenvolupament del procediment selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;SISENA. Inici i desenvolupament del procés selectiu&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procés selectiu s'iniciarà amb la fase d'oposició i continuarà amb la fase de concurs per als aspirants que hagin superat la fase d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Els aspirants seran convocats per a cada exercici en crida única i seran exclosos de les proves selectives els qui no hi compareguin, tret dels casos degudament justificats i lliurement apreciats pel Tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En qualsevol moment, i especialment abans de la realització de cada exercici, els membres del Tribunal podran demanar als aspirants l'exhibició del document corresponent amb la finalitat d'acreditar la identitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada començades les proves selectives, els successius anuncis relatius a la realització de les proves restants es faran públics al tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Bunyola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Entre la finalització d'una prova i el començament de la següent haurà de transcórrer un termini mínim de tres dies hàbils i un termini màxim de dos mesos, excepte si els candidats hi renuncien expressament. No obstant això, mitjançant resolució motivada de la Presidència del Tribunal, aquest termini es podrà modificar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procés selectiu constarà de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A) FASE D'OPOSICIÓ: Puntuació màxima: 70 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer exercici (obligatori i eliminatori)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Puntuació màxima: 30 punts. Seran eliminades les persones aspirants que no aconsegueixin una puntuació mínima de 15 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consistirà a respondre un qüestionari tipus test d'un total de 110 preguntes (les 100 primeres preguntes seran avaluables i les 10 darreres seran de reserva) amb quatre respostes alternatives i només una correcta, sobre tot el temari d'aquestes bases, en un temps màxim de 150 minuts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Cada pregunta contestada correctament tendrà una puntuació de 0,30 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les preguntes no resoltes o no contestades no puntuaran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les preguntes contestades erròniament es penalitzaran amb un terç del mateix valor assignat a la resposta correcta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Segon exercici (obligatori i eliminatori)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Puntuació màxima: 20 punts (a raó de 10 punts per tema). Serà necessari obtenir una puntuació mínima de 5 punts a cada tema.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Consistirà en desenvolupar per escrit, en un màxim de 120 minuts, dos temes a triar per la persona aspirant entre quatre temes designats per sorteig pel tribunal, sobre la relació de temes que versen de les matèries específiques de l'annex I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercer exercici (obligatori i eliminatori)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Puntuació màxima: 20 punts (a raó de 10 punts per exercici). Seran eliminades les persones aspirants que no aconsegueixin una puntuació mínima de 5 punts a cada un dels exercicis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Consistirà en resoldre per escrit dos supòsits de caràcter pràctic elaborats pel tribunal, relatius a la part específica del temari. La duració màxima de la prova serà 180 minuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Durant la realització de la prova les persones aspirants podran, en tot moment, fer ús dels textos de normativa que creguin oportuns, sense cap marca manuscrita, i dels quals vinguin proveïdes. El tribunal podrà retirar aquells textos que consideri que no reuneixen les característiques de textos de normativa legal així com els que duguin marques manuscrites.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest exercici s'ha de redactar de forma que permeti la seva lectura per qualsevol membre del Tribunal, evitant així mateix la utilització d'abreviatures o signes no usuals en el llenguatge escrit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Qualificació dels exercicis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les qualificacions dels exercicis es faran públiques el dia que s'acordin en el tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Bunyola. Les persones aspirants poden presentar per escrit en el registre de l'Ajuntament en el termini de tres dies hàbils comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació del resultat de cada exercici, les observacions o al·legacions que considerin oportunes, que hauran de ser resoltes de forma motivada pel Tribunal en tot cas abans de les 48 hores prèvies a l'inici de l'exercici següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Relació de persones aprovades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzats tots els exercicis de la fase d'oposició, el tribunal farà pública en el tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Bunyola la llista provisional de persones que l'hagin superada, amb indicació de la puntuació obtinguda. La puntuació final de la fase d'oposició de cada aspirant serà el resultat de la suma de les puntuacions obtingudes en els exercicis eliminatoris. Les persones aspirants disposaran d'un termini de tres dies hàbils, comptadors des de la publicació de la llista provisional, per fer reclamacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Acabat aquest termini, el Tribunal disposarà de set dies hàbils per resoldre'n les reclamacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resoltes les reclamacions, el Tribunal publicarà en el tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Bunyola les llistes definitives de persones aprovades en la fase d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada finalitzat el termini de presentació de reclamacions de la fase d'oposició, o una vegada resoltes les reclamacions si n'hi hagués, començarà el termini de 5 dies hàbils comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació en el tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de la llista definitiva d'aspirants que han superat la fase d'oposició, perquè les persones que hi figurin puguin presentar els mèrits que s'hagin de valorar a la fase de concurs, i que vindran referits a la data de termini de presentació de sol·licituds, mitjançant la presentació d'originals o fotocòpies compulsades juntament amb una instància. El Tribunal Qualificador no valorarà els mèrits al·legats però no justificats en la forma que indiquen aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal qualificador avaluarà els mèrits al·legats i justificats per les persones aspirants que hagin superat la fase d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Tota la documentació que es presenta en llengua estrangera ha d'anar acompanyada de la corresponent traducció jurada a la llengua catalana o a la castellana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Experiència professional. Puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat: 15 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per serveis prestats a l'Administració pública relacionats amb la plaça o lloc convocats, en un lloc igual o similar, o superior: 0,25 punts per mes complet i en cas de períodes inferiors a un mes, calculant la part proporcional sobre 30 dies. Puntuació màxima: 10 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Únicament serà valorat aquest apartat quan, de la documentació aportada per la persona aspirant, es desprengui que l'experiència laboral està directament relacionada amb les funcions de la plaça o lloc a cobrir. A aquest efecte s'haurà de presentar certificat de l'Administració en el qual s'indiqui la data d'alta i baixa, així com el lloc de treball ocupat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Quant a l'experiència, es valorarà tant l'experiència adquirida amb convenis entre l'Administració Pública i el SEPE en règim de col·laboració social, com la que correspongui a la cobertura de places per a les quals hagi existit un procés de selecció previ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es valoraran els serveis prestats per l'Administració Pública en virtut d'un contracte administratiu subjecte a la Llei de contractes del sector públic. Tampoc es valoraran els serveis prestats en qualitat de personal eventual o de confiança, de conformitat amb l'establert en l'article 20.4 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per serveis prestats fora de l'Administració pública, per compte aliena , relacionats amb la plaça o lloc convocats, en un lloc igual o similar, o superior: 0,15 punts per mes complet i en cas de períodes inferiors a un mes, calculant la part proporcional sobre 30 dies. Puntuació màxima: 5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicament serà valorat aquest apartat quan, de la documentació aportada per l'aspirant, es desprengui que l'experiència laboral està directament relacionada amb les funcions de la plaça o lloc a cobrir. A aquest efecte s'haurà de presentar, necessàriament, a més d'una vida laboral, la documentació que acrediti aquest fet (contracte, certificat d'empresa, etc). En cap cas es valorarà aquest apartat, si la documentació presentada no reflecteix el lloc ocupat ni les seves funcions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Titulacions acadèmiques. Puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat 7 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoren les titulacions que estiguin directament relacionades amb les funcions del lloc de feina objecte de la convocatòria. No pot ser objecte de valoració la titulació acreditada com a requisit per participar en la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Per cada títol de Doctor/a: 3 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada títol de màster universitari oficial: 2 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada títol de grau universitari, llicenciatura o equivalent: 1 punt -Títols propis de postgrau (màster, especialista universitari, expert universitari i curs d'actualització universitària): Per cada crèdit LRU 0,01 punts i per cada crèdit ECTS 0,025 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La valoració com a mèrit d'un títol implica que no es poden valorar els de nivells inferiors necessaris per a obtenir-lo, excepte en el cas del títol de Doctor/a o estudis de màster, en què sí que es podrà valorar el grau, la llicenciatura o equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En el cas que en el títol no s'especifiqui el valor dels crèdits,s'entendrà que són crèdits de l'anterior ordenació universitària (CFC i LRU) i, per tant, es valoraran a 10 hores per crèdit i els crèdits ECTS a 25 hores per crèdit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Per a la valoració de les titulacions, s'estarà al que es disposa en la taula d'equivalències del Ministeri d'Educació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;3. Cursos de Formació. Puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat 6,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valorarà la formació específica i relacionada amb les funcions pròpies de la categoria convocada. La valoració d'aquest criteri es du a terme d'acord amb el següent barem:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos de formació i perfeccionament, jornades o seminaris impartits i/o reconeguts per l'Institut Nacional d'Administració Pública (INAP), l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública (EBAP), l'Administració de l'Estat, l'autonòmica o la local, les organitzacions sindicals signants dels acords de formació contínua de les administracions públiques, les universitats, els col·legis professionals i les escoles tècniques, o els centres o cursos homologats per qualsevol d'aquestes institucions. En aquest apartat s'inclouen els cursos de formació ocupacional impartits o promoguts pel Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears (SOIB), i per altres entitats o organismes locals, autonòmics o estatals amb competències en matèria de formació ocupacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els cursos poden tenir qualsevol durada. No són acumulatius els crèdits d'assistència i els d'aprofitament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es valoren les assignatures encaminades a obtenir les titulacions acadèmiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada certificat d'aprofitament: 0,007 punts per hora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada certificat d'assistència: 0,005 punts per hora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Un crèdit equival a 10 hores de formació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si el certificat no determina si ha estat amb aprofitament o assistència, es valorarà com d'assistència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Els cursos o les accions formatives de contingut idèntic només es poden valorar una vegada. En aquest cas, s'ha de valorar l'acció formativa amb més hores de durada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Coneixements de català. La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat és de 1,50 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquest apartat es valoraran els certificats expedits per l'EBAP i els expedits o homologats per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística o equivalents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat C2 o equivalent: 1 punt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat LA o equivalent: 0,50 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Només es valorarà el certificat del nivell més alt que s'acrediti, a més del certificat de coneixements de llenguatge administratiu, la puntuació del qual s'acumularà a la de l'altre certificat que s'acrediti. En el cas que es presentin dubtes sobre la validesa d'algun certificat o sobre la puntuació que s'hi ha d'atorgar, es pot sol·licitar un informe a la Direcció General de Política Lingüística de la Conselleria d'Educació i Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els coneixements de llengua catalana únicament es puntuen dins aquest apartat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'estableix un termini de tres dies hàbils a comptar des de l'endemà de la data de publicació dels resultats provisionals de la fase de concurs per presentar reclamacions respecte de la mateixa i, una vegada el Tribunal Qualificador en un termini màxim de set dies hàbils hagi resolt les al·legacions presentades, es procedirà a publicar els resultats definitius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;SETENA. Relació d'aprovats&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llistes d'aspirants seleccionats del concurs oposició&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzada la valoració dels mèrits aportats es farà pública en el tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament la llista provisional de puntuacions obtingudes en la fase de concurs, així com la llista provisional d'aspirants seleccionats del concurs oposició. Les persones aspirants disposaran de tres dies hàbils per fer reclamacions, comptadors des de la publicació de la llista provisional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les reclamacions presentades seran resoltes pel tribunal en un termini de set dies hàbils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que dos o més aspirants obtinguessin la mateixa qualificació total, es desfarà l'empat aplicant successivament, els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En primer lloc es donarà prioritat a la major puntuació obtinguda a la fase d'oposició; si persisteix l'empat s'estarà a la millor puntuació obtinguda al primer exercici (test); així i tot si persisteix l'empat, en cas d'infrarepresentació del sexe femení en l'escala, subescala, classe i categoria o especialitat de què es tracti l'empat, es resoldrà donant prioritat a les dones, amb els requisits assenyalats a l'article 43 de la Llei 11/2016, de 28 de juliol, d'igualtat de dones i homes, en cas que hi hagi igualtat de capacitació, es donarà prioritat a les dones en les escales, subescales, classes, categories o especialitats a l'Administració en què la seva representació sigui inferior al 40%, excepte si es donen en l'altre candidat circumstàncies que no siguin discriminatòries per raó de sexe i que justifiquin que no s'apliqui la mesura, com ara la pertinença a altres col·lectius amb dificultats a l'accés a l'ocupació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En darrer lloc, si persisteix l'empat, s'aplicarà la lletra del primer llinatge de la persona aspirant derivada del sorteig anual fet per la Secretaria d'Estat de Política Territorial i Funció Pública, de conformitat amb l'article 17 del Reial Decret 364/1995, de 10 de març, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament general d'ingrés del personal al servei de l'Administració general de l'Estat i de provisió de llocs de treball i promoció professional dels funcionaris civils de l'Administració General de l'Estat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Relació definitiva de les puntuacions de la fase de concurs i d'aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resoltes les reclamacions, el Tribunal ha d'aprovar la relació definitiva de les puntuacions de la fase de concurs i la relació definitiva d'aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu, i es publicarà a la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Bunyola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'aprovació de la relació d'aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu i que seran nomenats com a personal funcionari de carrera serà publicada en el BOIB i en el tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cap cas no pot ser un nombre d'aspirants superior al de places convocades. La resta de persones candidates passaran a formar part d'una borsa de treball, per ordre de puntuació, a l'efecte de substituir les possibles baixes, vacances, permisos, llicències o qualsevol supòsit de nomenament com a personal funcionari interí, d'acord amb l'article 10 del Text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat Públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;VUITENA. Presentació de documentació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants disposen d'un termini de vint dies hàbils, des de la data de publicació de la resolució d'aprovació de la relació d'aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu i que han de ser nomenats com a personal funcionari de carrera, per presentar els documents següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Certificat mèdic acreditatiu de posseir la capacitat funcional per al desenvolupament de les funcions corresponents. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Declaració jurada o promesa que no ha estat separat o separada, mitjançant expedient disciplinari, del servei de l'Estat, de les comunitats autònomes, ni entitats locals, ni està inhabilitat o inhabilitada per a l'exercici de funcions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No podran ser contractats els qui no presentin la documentació en el termini indicat, llevat dels casos de força major, o si se'n dedueix que manquen d'algun dels requisits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NOVENA. Funcionament de la borsa de treball&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones que formen part d'aquesta borsa a l'efecte d'oferir-los un lloc de treball, estan en situació de disponible o no disponible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estan en la situació de no disponible, aquells integrants de la borsa de treball que estiguin prestant serveis com a personal funcionari interí o personal laboral temporal a l'Ajuntament de Bunyola corresponent al mateix lloc de feina objecte d'aquesta convocatòria, estiguin fent substitucions diverses (per IT, llicències per maternitat...), o cobrint acumulacions o excés de tasques, o que, per concórrer alguna de les causes previstes en els apartats a), b), c) d) i e) més avall indicats, no hagin acceptat el lloc ofert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mentre la persona aspirant estigui en la situació de no disponible en la borsa, no se la cridarà per oferir-li un lloc de treball corresponent al mateix lloc de feina objecte d'aquesta convocatòria, excepte en el cas d'oferiment de vacant a la plantilla que s'hagi de cobrir amb caràcter d'interinitat fins que es cobreixi de forma definitiva, pel procediment reglamentari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estan en la situació de disponible la resta de persones aspirants de la borsa, amb la conseqüència que se les ha de cridar per oferir-los un lloc de treball d'acord amb la seva posició en la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A aquest efecte, el departament de Recursos Humans es posarà en contacte telefònic amb un màxim de tres intents o per mitjans telemàtics (correu electrònic, WhatsApp o SMS), amb la persona que correspongui i li comunicarà el lloc a cobrir i el termini en el qual cal que s'incorpori al lloc de treball, el qual no serà inferior, si la persona interessada així ho demana, a 2 dies hàbils a comptar des de la comunicació. Quedarà constància a l'expedient, mitjançant una diligència, de què aquesta persona ha rebut la comunicació o dels intents realitzats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dins el termini màxim d'un dia hàbil a comptar des de la comunicació, o dos dies si la crida es fa en divendres, la persona integrant de la borsa ha de manifestar el seu interès amb el nomenament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si dins aquest termini no manifesta la conformitat, renuncia expressament al nomenament, no respon al telèfon de contacte que ha facilitat o altre circumstància que impedeixi la seva incorporació, passarà al darrer lloc de la borsa de feina, i s'avisarà al següent de la llista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Els aspirants que hi renunciïn de forma expressa o tàcita passaran al darrer lloc de la borsa de treball, llevat que al·leguin, dins del termini establert, la concurrència d'alguna de les circumstàncies següents, que s'han de justificar documentalment dins dels tres dies hàbils següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;a) Estar en període d'embaràs, de maternitat o de paternitat, d'adopció o d'acolliment permanent o preadoptiu, incloent-hi el període en què sigui procedent la concessió d'excedència per a cura de fills i filles per qualsevol dels supòsits anteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Prestar serveis en un lloc de la relació de llocs de treball de l'Ajuntament de Bunyola com a personal funcionari interí en una altra escala, subescala, classe o categoria, o com a personal laboral temporal o indefinit no fix. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Prestar serveis en un lloc de la relació de llocs de treball de l'Ajuntament de Bunyola com a personal funcionari de carrera i no poder acollir-se, en aplicació de la normativa, a la situació d'excedència voluntària per incompatibilitat per prestació de serveis en el sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Patir malaltia o incapacitat temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Estar, en el moment de la crida, exercint funcions sindicals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquestes persones estan obligades a comunicar per escrit al Departament de Recursos Humans l'acabament de les situacions previstes anteriorment, excepte la de l'apartat b) i c), en un termini no superior a deu dies hàbils des que es produeixi, amb la justificació corresponent, i restaran en la situació de no disponible i no rebran cap més oferta mentre es mantingui la circumstància al·legada. La manca de comunicació en el termini establert determina l'exclusió de la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan la persona seleccionada mitjançant aquest sistema de borsa cessi en el lloc de treball, llevat que sigui per renuncia voluntària, es reincorporarà novament a la borsa de treball amb el mateix ordre de prelació que tenia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La posterior renuncia d'una persona funcionària / laboral interina al lloc de treball que ocupa, així com l'incompliment del deure de prendre possessió del lloc prèviament acceptat, suposa l'exclusió de la borsa de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Vigència d'aquesta borsa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta borsa extraordinària tindrà una vigència màxima de 3 anys des que es publiqui la resolució de constitució al BOIB. Un cop hagi transcorregut aquest període de temps la borsa perd la vigència i no es pot reactivar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DESENA. Incidències, règim normatiu i recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal queda facultat per resoldre dubtes que es presentin a la interpretació d'aquestes bases i prendre els acords necessaris per al bon ordre del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta selecció es regirà per les prescripcions contingudes en aquesta convocatòria específica i pel Real Decret Legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic i per la resta de normativa que li sigui d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Contra la convocatòria i les seves bases, que posen fi a la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant la Batlia en el termini d'un mes, comptador des de l'endemà que s'hagin publicat en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També es pot interposar un recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat d'aquest ordre jurisdiccional en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors des de l'endemà de la seva publicació en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, d'acord amb els articles 8.2 i 46.1 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PROGRAMA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMER EXERCICI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Obligatori i eliminatori. Respostes alternatives de les quals només una serà correcta. Les 100 primeres seran ordinàries i avaluables, i les 10 darreres seran de reserva. Totes les preguntes correspondran al contingut del temari complet de l'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'exercici es qualificarà de 0 a 30 punts i serà necessari obtenir una qualificació mínima de 15 punts per superar-lo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les preguntes no resoltes, tant si figuren les quatre opcions en blanc com si figuren amb més d'una resposta, no es valoraran. Les preguntes amb resposta errònia es penalitzarà amb un terç del valor assignat a la resposta correcta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per efectuar la qualificació de l'exercici s'aplicarà la fórmula següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; [A-(E/3)] x 30&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Durant la realització de la prova les persones aspirants podran, en tot moment, fer ús dels textos de normativa que creguin oportuns, sense cap marca manuscrita, i dels quals vinguin proveïdes. El tribunal podrà retirar aquells textos que consideri que no reuneixen les característiques de textos de normativa legal així com els que duguin marques manuscrites.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
