L'11 de setembre de 2021, en el BOIB núm. 125, es va publicar la Resolució del conseller de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica de 6 de setembre de 2021 per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria pública de subvencions per a l'execució del programa d'incentius 6, lligat a la implantació de sistemes tèrmics renovables en el sector residencial, en el marc del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència europeu,&amp;nbsp; modificada per la Resolució del conseller de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica de 19 d'octubre de 2022 (BOIB núm. 137, de 22 d'octubre de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2. Les persones o entitats que figuren en l'annex d'aquesta Proposta varen obtenir una subvenció per a la implantació d'instal·lacions renovables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;3. Les persones o entitats que figuren en l'annex d'aquesta Proposta varen presentar la documentació justificativa de les actuacions realitzades, en què s'acredita que l'import de l'actuació ha estat inferior al previst inicialment o s'ha reduït la instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;4. Els serveis tècnics competents han informat favorablement sobre el pagament de les subvencions descrites en l'annex, en què s'inclou una minoració de l'import proporcional a les modificacions realitzades, les quals s'han calculat d'acord amb la Resolució de convocatòria d'aquests ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

El Reial decret 477/2021, de 29 de juny, pel qual s'aprova la concessió directa a les comunitats autònomes i a les ciutats de Ceuta i Melilla d'ajuts per a l'execució de diversos programes d'incentius lligats a l'autoconsum i a l'emmagatzematge amb fonts d'energia renovable, així com a la implantació de sistemes tèrmics renovables en el sector residencial, en el marc del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència europeu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;6. La Resolució del conseller de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica per la qual es modifica la Resolució del conseller de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica de 6 de setembre de 2021 per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria pública de subvencions per a l'execució del programa d'incentius 6, lligat a la implantació de sistemes tèrmics renovables en el sector residencial, en el marc del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència europeu NextGenerationEU (BOIB núm. 137, de 22 d'octubre de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;8. L'Ordre HFP/1030/2021, de 29 de setembre, per la qual es configura el sistema de gestió del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència, així com per l'Ordre HFP/1031/2021, de 29 de setembre, per la qual s'estableix el procediment i format de la informació a proporcionar per les entitats del sector públic per al seguiment del compliment de les fites i objectius i d'execució pressupostària i comptable de les mesures dels components del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Proposta de resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Propòs&amp;nbsp; al conseller d´ &amp;nbsp;Empresa, Ocupació i Energia que dicti una resolució en els termes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1. Reconèixer l'obligació i proposar el pagament d'una subvenció als beneficiaris que figuren en l'annex, d'acord amb l'import que també s'hi indica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2. Autoritzar i disposar negativament la despesa a revocar parcialment&amp;nbsp; dels beneficiaris indicats en l'annex, pels imports i pel motiu que també s'hi indiquen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;3. Establir que els beneficiaris estan obligats a complir amb el que disposa l'apartat dissetè de la Resolució del conseller de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica de 6 de setembre de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;4. Disposar que tota alteració de les condicions establertes per a la concessió de la subvenció, com també l'obtenció concurrent de subvencions o ajuts atorgats per altres administracions públiques o ens públics, nacionals o internacionals, dona lloc a la revisió parcial o total de la subvenció i, per tant, al reintegrament de la quantitat corresponent més els interessos de demora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Contra aquesta Proposta de resolució, podeu al·legar el que considereu convenient en el termini màxim de deu dies hàbils, comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;.
