&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;«Vist l'expedient núm. 2024/5041G per a la convocatòria eleccions al Consell Regulador de la&amp;nbsp; DOP MEL D'EIVISSA/MIEL DE IBIZA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vist l'informe emès pel tècnic de promoció de la qualitat agroalimentària, de data 11.07.2024, sobre la convocatòria d'eleccions per a la constitució inicial del Consell Regulador de la DOP&amp;nbsp; MEL D'EIVISSA/MIEL DE IBIZA, en el que es diu literalment:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;«.../...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Informe tècnic sobre la convocatòria d'eleccions per a la constitució inicial del Consell Regulador de la Denominació d'Origen Protegida Mel d'Eivissa/Miel de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2024/00005041G&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Antecedents&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'any 2022 l'Associació d'Apicultors d'Eivissa representada pel seu President Vicente Marí Torres va sol·licitar que es tramités davant la Comissió Europea l'aprovació de la Denominació d'Origen Protegida “Miel de Ibiza / Mel d'Eivissa”, d'acord amb el Reglament (UE) 1151/2012 del Parlament Europeu i del Consell, de 21 de novembre de 2012, sobre els règims de qualitat dels productes agrícoles i alimentaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'expedient de la Denominació d'Origen Protegida “Miel de Ibiza / Mel d'Eivissa” acordat juntament amb la Conselleria d'Agricultura, Pesca i Alimentació es va trametre a la Comissió Europea el 7 de setembre de 2022, que li assignà el número de referència PDO-ES-02863.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'article 9 del Reglament (UE) 1151/2012 del Parlament Europeu i del Consell, de 21 de novembre de 2012, sobre els règims de qualitat dels productes agrícoles i alimentaris, permet que els estats membres atorguin una protecció nacional transitòria una vegada la Comissió Europea hagi rebut l'expedient i fins que no adopti una decisió definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La consellera d'Agricultura, Pesca i Alimentació va dictar una resolució, de 9 de març de 2023, per la qual es concedí la protecció nacional transitòria a la Denominació d'Origen Protegida “Miel de Ibiza / Mel d'Eivissa”, que es publicà al BOIB de l'11 de març de 2023 i al BOE del 24 de març de 2023. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalment, el Decret 87/2023, de 17 de novembre aprova el Plec de condicions de la Denominació d'Origen Protegida “Miel de Ibiza / Mel d'Eivissa ” i se'n regula el Consell Regulador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En data 28/3/24 i RGE del Consell Insular d'Eivissa núm. 2024007594, en document signat electrònicament pel Sr. Vicent Marí Torres, DNI 41439541-G, que inclou a més la signatura manual de 6 persones més, com a apicultors inscrits als cens de la DOP MEL D'EIVISSA/MIEL D'EIVISSA, sense aportar documents acreditatius de la dita inscripció, sol·liciten al Consell Insular d'Eivissa, en qualitat d'autoritat competent, la convocatòria d'eleccions al Consell Regulador de la DOP MEL D'EIVISSA/MIEL DE IBIZA per a la seua constitució. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En data 6/5/24 i 14/5/24, i a sol·licitud del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, es reben les propostes dels representants a la Junta Electoral de les associacions apícoles de l'àmbit de l'illa d'Eivissa a la Seu Electrònica de la corporació per part de l'Associació d'Apicultors d'Eivissa (núm. Registre 2024011012) i per part de l'Associació de Defensa Sanitària Apícola Amics Apicultors d'Eivissa, respectivament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En data 5/7/24 es publica el Reglament d'Execució (UE)&amp;nbsp; 2024/1867 de la Comissió de 28 de juny de 2024 pel qual s'inscriu la DOP Mel d'Eivissa/Miel de Ibiza en el Registre europeu de Denominacions d'Origen Protegides i d'Indicacions Geogràfiques Protegides. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Consideracions jurídiques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;I. Regulació dels consells reguladors&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.Llei 10/2003, de 22 de desembre del Govern de les Illes Balears de mesures tributàries i administratives, la qual al seu article 28 fa referència als consells reguladors i altres ens de gestió i control de denominació de qualitat, tot establint al seu punt 3 que la conselleria competent en matèria d'Agricultura exercirà la tutela administrativa dels esmentats ens, podent delegar-los o encomanar-los l'exercici de les funcions públiques que siguin necessàries pel compliment dels seus objectius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.Decret 49/2004 de 28 de maig, del Govern de les Illes Balears de règim jurídic i econòmic dels consells reguladors i d'altres ens de gestió i de control de denominació de qualitat. El qual té per objecte regular el règim jurídic i econòmic d'aquests ens o assimilats, i si n'és el cas, de control de denominació de qualitat, creats i regulats per la normativa autonòmica, així com establir els requisits que han de complir perquè gaudeixin de personalitat jurídica. Així, a l'article 4 es diu que les agrupacions de productors o transformadors de productes agrícoles o alimentaris i, en casos excepcionals, una persona física o jurídica, podran sol·licitar al conseller competent en matèria d'agricultura del Govern de les Illes Balears el reconeixement i la reglamentació d'una denominació de qualitat que inclourà, necessàriament, el consell regulador o ens assimilat encarregat de la seua gestió i, si n'és el cas, del control d'aquesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A més, en aquest Decret 49/2004, es preveu als seus articles 3, 11 i 18 que la tutela administrativa dels referits ens que podrà ser exercida tant pel conseller competent en matèria d'agricultura del Govern de les Illes Balears o per l'òrgan corresponent dels consells insulars amb atribucions en matèria d'agricultura; així com, la seua composició i control de la seua gestió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;II. Competència del Consell Insular d'Eivissa en matèria de consells reguladors&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'àmbit competencial en respecte dels consells reguladors de denominacions de qualitat en l'àmbit de l'illa d'Eivissa, correspon al Consell Insular d'Eivissa d'acord a la Llei 8/99, de 12 d'abril, d'atribució de competències als consells insulars de Menorca i d'Eivissa i Formentera en matèria d'Agricultura, Ramaderia, Pesca i Artesania, on a l'article 2.I.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;es preveu el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;«.../...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Són funcions dels Consells Insulars de Menorca i d'Eivissa i Formentera, que les podran desenvolupar en el seu àmbit territorial, les següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;I. Funcions sobre matèries pròpies:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- En matèria d'agricultura i ramaderia s'inclouen les actuacions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k) Els consells reguladors o qualsevol tipus de protecció territorial de productes agroalimentaris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.../...»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El Decret 139/2002, de 22 de novembre, pel qual es regula el procés electoral per a la renovació dels membres dels consells reguladors de les denominacions de qualitat agroalimentària, al seu preàmbul recull la competència pròpia del Consell Insular d'Eivissa respecte d'aquesta matèria -consells reguladors- tot dient el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;«.../...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Aquest Decret regula els aspectes bàsics del procés electoral per a la renovació dels vocals dels consells reguladors de les denominacions de qualitat agroalimentària, que afectin l'àmbit territorial exclusiu d'aquesta comunitat, i difereix a les convocatòries de les eleccions corresponents la regulació d'aspectes més particulars com ara la determinació dels censos i subcensos, els vocals a elegir o el calendari electoral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;D'altra banda, recull el fet insular de la nostra comunitat autònoma, ja que mitjançant la Llei 8/1999, de 12 d'abril, d'atribució de competències al Consell Insular de Menorca i al d'Eivissa i Formentera en matèria d'agricultura, ramaderia, pesca i artesania, van ser transferides als consells insulars de Menorca i Eivissa i Formentera les competències executives en matèria de denominacions de qualitat agroalimentària .../..» .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Aquestes competències corresponen a les competències executives i de gestió assumides pel Govern de les Illes Balears, donat que en un primer moment les Illes Balears no varen assumir les competències de desenvolupament reglamentari, i per tant la cessió als consells insulars suposà la totalitat de les competències rebudes pel Govern Balear, sense que aquest es reservés la potestat reglamentària que en aquell moment no va assumir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;III) Procés electoral i constitució del Consell Regulador de la DOP MEL D'EIVISSA/MIEL DE IBIZA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El Decret 139/2202, de 22 de novembre, pel qual es regula el procés electoral per a la renovació dels membres dels consells reguladors de les denominacions de qualitat agroalimentària (BOIB núm. 143 de 28 de novembre de 2002), té per objecte regular el procés electoral per a la constitució inicial dels consells reguladors, així com, la renovació dels seus membres de les denominacions de qualitat agroalimentària que afectin l'àmbit territorial exclusiu de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears. Per tant, el procés electoral per tal de constituir el consell regulador &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;de la DOP MEL D'EIVISSA/MIEL DE IBIZA ha de seguir les prescripcions contingudes en aquest decret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Cal esmentar que atès que a la campanya 2023-2024 es va iniciar la comercialització de mel d'Eivissa acollida a la protecció nacional transitòria de la DOP MEL D'EIVISSA/MIEL DE IBIZA per part dels apicultors que es varen inscriure en els respectius censos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Com a conseqüència de tot l'anterior&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Inform&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La conveniència de convocar eleccions al Consell Regulador de la DOP MEL D'EIVISSA/MIEL DE IBIZA per part del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, en qualitat d'administració competent respecte dels consells reguladors de l'àmbit territorial de l'illa d'Eivissa, sobre els quals li correspon la tutela administrativa, en base al cens d'operadors registrats en l'esmentada DOP i d'acord amb els termes que es detallen a l'annex I (CSV 15251676116442217756), per tal de procedir a la constitució inicial del Consell Regulador així com el nomenament del seu president i dels representants del Consell Insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vista la Llei 8/99, de 12 d'abril, d'atribució de competències als consells insulars de Menorca i d'Eivissa i Formentera, en la qual es preveu que el Consell Insular d'Eivissa té com a competència pròpia la matèria respecte dels consells reguladors, i en concret, al seu article 2.I.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vista la Llei 10/2003, de 22 de desembre del Govern de les Illes Balears de mesures tributàries i administratives, la qual al seu article 28.3 estableix que respecte dels consells reguladors i altres ens de gestió i control de denominació de qualitat, la conselleria competent en matèria d'Agricultura exercirà la tutela administrativa dels esmentats ens, podent delegar-los o encomanar-los l'exercici de les funcions públiques que siguin necessàries pel compliment dels seus objectius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vist el Decret 49/2004 de 28 de maig, del Govern de les Illes Balears de règim jurídic i econòmic dels consells reguladors i d'altres ens de gestió i de control de denominació de qualitat. El qual preveu al seu article 3 que la tutela administrativa dels referits ens podrà ser exercida tant pel conseller competent en matèria d'agricultura del Govern de les Illes Balears o per l'òrgan corresponent dels consells insulars amb atribucions en matèria d'agricultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Vist el Decret del Consell de Govern de la CAIB núm. 87/2023, de 17 de novembre, pel qual s'aprova el Plec de condicions de la Denominació d'Origen Protegida “Miel de Ibiza / Mel d'Eivissa ” i se'n regula el Consell Regulador (BOIB núm. 160 de 23.11.2023), el qual disposa a la seua disposició transitòria tercera l'obligació de constituir el Consell Regulador de la Denominació d'Origen Protegida Miel de Ibiza, d'acord amb el Decret 139/2002, de 22 de novembre, pel qual es regula el procés electoral per a la renovació dels membres dels consells reguladors de les denominacions de qualitat agroalimentària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vist el Decret 139/2002, de 22 de novembre, pel qual es regula el procés electoral per a la renovació dels membres dels consells reguladors de les denominacions de qualitat agroalimentària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El calendari, referit a dies naturals, que ha de regir el procés electoral és el que figura en l'Annex II.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Junta electoral&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La junta electoral de la denominació (JED) és l'òrgan superior de l'administració electoral del procés electoral i en ella hi han d'estar representats els diversos sectors que hi concorren i el personal de l'administració competent en matèria de qualitat agroalimentària en el seu àmbit territorial. Les funcions venen atribuïdes a l'article 8 del Decret 139/2002.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un representant de cadascuna de les organitzacions professionals agràries, de les unions de cooperatives agràries i de les associacions empresarials amb implantació a Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El president i cada vocal han de disposar d'un suplent designat de la mateixa manera que el titular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El representant del Consell Regulador de la Denominació que estipula el decret 139/2002 no es considera pertinent donat que aquest Consell Regulador no ha estat creat i aquestes eleccions han de servir per a la seua formació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per proposar els seus representants, les organitzacions professionals agràries, les unions de cooperatives agràries i les associacions empresarials han d'acreditar la inscripció en els registres corresponents, i la seva proposta ha de ser subscrita per qui en tingui la representació, d'acord amb els estatuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 9 del Decret 139/2002, cap membre, titular o suplent de les juntes electorals pot presentar-se com a candidat a vocal del consell regulador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les propostes dels representants a la Junta Electoral han estat presentades a sol·licitud del Consell Insular d'Eivissa a la Seu Electrònica de la corporació en data 6/5/24 per part de l'Associació d'Apicultors d'Eivissa (núm. Registre 2024011012) i en data 14/5/24 per part de l'Associació de Defensa Sanitària Apícola Amics Apicultors d'Eivissa (2024011885).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Censos Electorals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 9 de l'annex II del Decret Decret 87/2023, de 17 de novembre, pel qual s'aprova el Plec de condicions de la Denominació d'Origen Protegida “Miel de Ibiza / Mel d'Eivissa” i se'n regula el Consell Regulador, els censos electorals seran els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Poden ser electors els titulars que, abans de la data d'entrada en vigor de la convocatòria, es trobin degudament inscrits i amb activitat en algun dels censos dels consells reguladors, en ple ús dels seus drets civils i que no hagin estat sancionats per resolució ferma amb la suspensió de la seva inscripció en el Registre corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En el cas que els titulars inscrits no siguin persones físiques, per exercir el seu dret al vot, i amb l'objecte de demostrar la identificació de la persona física que l'ha d'exercir en nom i representació d'ells, és necessari que aquesta aporti a la mesa electoral, a més del document acreditatiu de la identitat, un certificat acreditatiu de l'acord pel qual, conforme a les normes corresponents, va ser designat per exercitar l'esmentat dret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="color:#00000a; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;6. Candidatures&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Són elegibles com a vocals del consell regulador els titulars inscrits que reuneixin els requisits per ésser elector i no estiguin sotmesos a les causes d'inelegibilitat previstes en la normativa del règim electoral general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Una mateixa persona física o jurídica no pot tenir representació doble en el Ple del Consell Regulador, ni directament&amp;nbsp; ni per mitjà de firmes, filials o socis de la mateixa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;empresa, d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 4.3 del Reglament del Consell Regulador de la DOP inclòs a l'annex II del Decret 87/2023 .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. En el cas de titulars inscrits, que no siguin persones físiques, el candidat a vocal és el titular mateix, que de resultar elegit, ha d'estar representat en el consell regulador per una persona física que ha d'acreditar l'esmentada representació mitjançant un document fefaent o un poder notarial atorgat a l'efecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Pot ser candidat a vocal del Consell Regulador qualsevol persona titular que, abans de la data d'entrada en vigor de la convocatòria, es trobi degudament inscrita i amb activitat, en ple ús dels seus drets civils i que no hagi estat sancionada per resolució ferma amb la suspensió de la inscripció en el registre corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. La sol·licitud d'inclusió com a candidat a vocal del Consell Regulador que s'ha de formalitzar en el model d'acceptació de candidatura s'ha d'acompanyar amb la documentació preceptiva que preveu l'article 16 del Decret 139/2002, pel qual es regulen els processos electorals dels consells reguladors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. El nombre de vocals que s'ha d'elegir pel Consell Regulador i de cadascun dels seus censos són els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Tres vocals, en representació del sector d'apicultors, elegits pels inscrits en el cens d'apicultors i caseres i entre aquests.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Tres vocals, en representació del sector extractor-envasador, elegits pels inscrits en el cens d'instal·lacions d'extracció i envasament i entre aquests.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Presentació de les llistes de candidats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Les candidatures per a l'elecció de vocals a cada un dels censos s'han de presentar mitjançant una sol·licitud d'acceptació de candidatures davant la JED, en què han de figurar, a efecte de notificacions, el nom, els llinatges, el DNI i l'adreça dels candidats titulars, i dels suplents, si n'hi ha, si són persones físiques, i la raó social, el CIF i el domicili si no ho són.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Cada candidatura s'ha d'acompanyar, a més, de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaració jurada del candidat titular i del suplent, si n'hi hagués, que confirmi que no incorren en cap causa d'inelegibilitat.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que el candidat no fos una persona física, s'hi ha d'adjuntar l'acord d'acceptació per l'òrgan de govern o rector en què figurin les dades personals del representant d'aquesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El termini de presentació de candidats s'ha de fixar en cada convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La secretaria de la JED ha d'estendre una diligència en què faci constar la data i l'hora de presentació de cada llista, i n'ha d'expedir un rebut. A cada una se li ha d'assignar un número correlatiu amb l'ordre de presentació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Sistema electoral&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El sistema d'elecció és mitjançant llistes obertes per a cada cens.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Cada candidatura ha de comptar amb un candidat titular i facultativament amb un candidat suplent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Cap inscrit no es pot presentar en més d'una llista de vocals. Si ho fes, només s'ha de considerar vàlida la primera candidatura presentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. El sistema electoral aplicable és el de caràcter majoritari, i resulten elegits aquells candidats que obtenguin un major nombre de vots fins a cobrir el nombre de vocals prevists en cada cens o subcens.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Els candidats que no resultin elegits, d'acord amb el nombre de vots obtinguts s'han de considerar i proclamar vocals del consell regulador en substitució d'aquells que siguin baixa, d'acord amb el previst en l'article 6 del Decret 139/2002 i en el reglament de la IGP. La proclamació d'aquests reserves queda supeditada al fet que no hi hagi suplent del vocal que sigui baixa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Mesa electoral&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;És l'òrgan encarregat de presidir les votacions, realitzar l'escrutini, publicar els resultats i vetllar per la puresa del sufragi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'ha de constituir una mesa electoral ubicada a la seu del seu Consell Insular d'Eivissa, i ha d'estar composta per un president i dos vocals, nomenats per resolució del president de la Junta Electoral en el termini que es preveu en el calendari electoral (annex II), i s'han de designar dos suplents per a cada un d'ells.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Documentació electoral&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La documentació del procés electoral serà la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Jornada de votació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La jornada de votació de cada procés electoral s'iniciarà a les 9.00 hores del dia que figura al calendari electoral (annex II), amb la constitució de la Mesa Electoral, inclosos els interventors, si n'hi ha. Després d'això, s'ha d'estendre l'acta de constitució de la Mesa, segons el model aprovat per la JED i, posteriorment, començarà la votació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A la mesa electoral s'ha d'instal·lar una urna per a cada un dels censos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El president, després de comprovar l'existència de tots els mitjans necessaris per al desenvolupament normal de la jornada de votació, ordenarà que comenci la jornada, que durarà fins a les 13.00 hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El desenvolupament de la jornada de votació s'ha d'adequar al Decret 139/2002, pel qual es regula el procés electoral per a la renovació dels membres dels consells reguladors de les denominacions de qualitat agroalimentària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada conclosa la votació i acabat l'escrutini, s'ha de redactar l'acta de la sessió, d'acord amb el model aprovat per la JED; tot seguit, els membres de la Mesa Electoral han de completar la documentació electoral, que es lliurarà a la JED corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Sessió constitutiva del Consell Regulador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La constitució de cada consell regulador electe serà el dia que així figuri al calendari electoral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
