    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Comissió Bilateral de Cooperació Administració General de l'Estat - Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears ha adoptat l'Acord següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Iniciar negociacions per resoldre les discrepàncies suscitades en relació amb els articles 1, 3, y el Títol II (articles 10 a 21) del Decret llei 1/2024, de 22 de març, pel qual es regulen determinats aspectes de l'activitat sanitària urgent i emergent a les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Designar un grup de treball per proposar a la Comissió Bilateral de Cooperació la solució que sigui procedent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Comunicar aquest Acord al Tribunal Constitucional als efectes que preveu l'article 33.2 de la Llei orgànica 2/1979, de 3 d'octubre, del Tribunal Constitucional, així com inserir aquest Acord en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; i en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
