&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Aprovar la llista provisional de persones admeses per prendre part a la convocatòria per concurs per torn lliure, per a la cobertura d'1 plaça de PROFESSOR/A MÚSIC CLARINET, vacant a la plantilla de funcionaris/àries d'aquest Ajuntament, pertanyent a l'Escala d'Administració Especial, Subescala Serveis Especials, classe Comeses especials/Banda música, especialitat Professor de música-Clarinet, grup A, subgrup A1, dotada pressupostàriament corresponent a la taxa addicional d'estabilització de l'ocupació temporal prevista a l'article 217 del Reial Decret Llei 5/2023 de 28 de juny, publicada al BOIB núm. 173 de 23 de desembre de 2023 &amp;nbsp;i publicada al BOIB núm. 50 de 16 d'abril de 2024 en els termes establerts a l'Annex I que s'adjunta al present decret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Requerir a les persones que es relacionen com excloses o omeses perquè, en el termini de 7 dies hàbils, comptadors des de la publicació de la relació indicada en el BOIB, esmenin el defecte o acompanyin els documents que siguin preceptius. De no presentar-se esmenes la llista esdevindrà definitiva&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Publicar el present decret al BOIB i a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
