&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. En el BOIB núm. 83, de 22 de juny, es va publicar la Resolució del director general de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats per la qual es defineixen les hores de reforç del programa per a la millora de la qualitat dels graus bàsics en Formació Professional i s'obre el termini per a la seva sol·licitud. El punt 4 dels antecedents, estableix el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquest sentit, la Comissió de Concerts de data 18 de juny de 2024, informa favorablement la dotació d'hores de reforç del programa per a la millora de la qualitat dels graus bàsics en Formació Professional amb el criteri següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6 hores en aquells centres que disposin en la seva oferta dos cicles de grau bàsic en Formació Professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9 hores en aquells centres que disposin en la seva oferta tres o més cicles de grau bàsic en Formació Professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les hores en concepte de “reforç“ hauran de ser de l'especialitat de pedagogia terapèutica, audició i llenguatge i/o orientació.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. L'article 20.3 del Decret 59/2022, de 27 de desembre, pel qual s'estableixen les normes que han de regir les convocatòries per a l'establiment i la renovació de concerts educatius a partir del curs 2023-2024, estableix que el director general de Planificació, Ordenació i Centres pot autoritzar altres conceptes puntuals diferents dels fixats amb caràcter general en els apartats 1 i 2 de l' esmentat article, amb l'informe previ de la Comissió de Concerts. En aquests casos, els centres interessats ho han de sol·licitar. Les sol·licituds, que han de signar els representants legals de les entitats titulars dels centres, s'han de presentar a la Direcció General de Planificació, Ordenació i Centres durant el mes de juny anterior al curs escolar per al qual se sol·licita l' increment d'hores. Juntament amb la sol·licitud, s'ha de presentar una memòria detallada i explicativa dels motius que la justifiquen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Tots els centres concertats que disposen de dos o més cicles de grau bàsic en formació professional, han presentat a la Direcció General de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats, les sol·licituds degudament emplenades i signades pels representats legals de les entitats titulars dels centres i la memòria dels motius que la justifiquen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. D'acord amb el Decret 1/2024, de 4 de gener, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual es modifica el Decret 12/2023, de 10 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s'estableixen les competències i l'estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, modificat pel Decret 16/2023, de 20 de juliol, i pel Decret 17/2023, de 23 d'agost (BOIB núm. 3, de 5 de gener) correspon a la Direcció General de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats la gestió dels centres concertats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El Decret 59/2022, de 27 de desembre, pel qual s'estableixen les normes que han de regir les convocatòries per a l'establiment i la renovació dels concerts educatius a partir del curs acadèmic 2023-2024 (BOIB núm. 169, de 29 de desembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La Llei Orgànica 3/2020, de 29 de desembre, per la qual es modifica la Llei Orgànica 2/2006, de 3 de maig, d'Educació (LOMLOE).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La Llei 1/2022, de 8 de març, d'Educació de les Illes Balears (BOIB num.38, de 17 de març).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La Llei de 12/2023, de 29 de desembre de pressuposts generals de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l'any 2024 (BOIB núm. 176, de 30 de desembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. La Resolució del director general de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats per la qual es defineixen les hores de reforç del programa per a la millora de la qualitat dels graus bàsics en Formació Professional i s'obre el termini per a la seva sol·licitud (BOIB núm. 87, de 27 de juny)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. El Decret 1/2024, de 4 de gener, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual es modifica el Decret 12/2023, de 10 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s'estableixen les competències i l'estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, modificat pel Decret 16/2023, de 20 de juliol, i pel Decret 17/2023, de 23 d'agost.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Aprovar, pels centres concertats relacionats a l'annex 1, 6 hores setmanals en els centres que disposen de dos cicles de grau bàsic en Formació Professional concertats i 9 hores setmanals en els centres que disposen tres o més cicles de grau bàsic en Formació Professional concertats en concepte de “reforç“ per al programa per a la millora de la qualitat dels graus bàsics en Formació Professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Ordenar la publicació d'aquesta Resolució i el seu annex en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i a la pàgina web del Departament de Centres Concertats de la Conselleria d'Educació i Universitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que no exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs d'alçada davant el conseller d'Educació i Universitats en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà del dia en què es publiqui, d'acord amb els articles 121 i 122 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l'article 58 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
