&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;— &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt; En la versió catalana:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Es rectifica una errada material detectada a l&amp;apos;apartat 10.2 de la disposició addicional catorzena de la Llei 3/2024, de 3 de maig, de mesures urgents en matèria d&amp;apos;habitatge, en el sentit següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;On hi diu:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;En el supuesto de que el agente inmobiliario sea una persona jurídica, los requisitos de capacitación profesional se exigen en los mismos términos que establece el punto 9.1 de la disposición adicional &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;séptima&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt; de esta ley&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
