    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Que la Llei 20/2021, de 28 de desembre, de mesures urgents per a la reducció de la temporalitat en l'ocupació pública, publicada al BOE núm. 312 de 29 de desembre de 2021, estableix per a totes les administracions l'estabilització de les places estructurals que, dotades pressupostàriament, han estat ocupades de forma ininterrompuda des de les dates establertes en la normativa d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Que en aplicació d'aquest mandat el Consell Executiu i tots els ajuntaments de Menorca, en sessió de caràcter ordinari de 23 de maig de 2022, aprovaren les seves ofertes públiques d'ocupació per a l'estabilització extraordinària del personal de les seves plantilles abans d'1 de juny de 2022&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Que el &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Decret llei 6/2022, de 13 de juny, de noves mesures urgents per reduir la temporalitat en l'ocupació de les Illes Balears, publicat en el BOIB núm. 78 de data 16 de &lt;/span&gt;juny de 2022, validat pel Ple del Parlament de les Illes Balears en sessió de&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; 28 de juny de 2022,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; aprovà les bases generals amb els criteris generals que han de regir els processos selectius d'estabilització per a l'ingrés o l'accés com a funcionari de carrera o personal laboral fix de les administracions de les Illes Balears. Aquest Decret llei fou modificat pel Decret llei 7/2022 d'11 de juliol, de prestacions socials de caràcter econòmic de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Que la Disposició addicional primera de la Llei 20/2021, estableix que els municipis, podran encomanar la gestió material de la selecció del personal als consells insulars. D'acord amb aquesta normativa, el Consell Insular de Menorca signà amb tots els ajuntaments de Menorca un conveni d'encàrrec de la gestió material del procés extraordinari de l'oferta pública d'ocupació d'estabilització de les ofertes públiques municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;En data 26 de setembre de 2022, el Ple del Consell Insular de Menorca aprova el conveni de col·laboració entre el Consell Insular de Menorca i els ajuntaments de Menorca per l'encomana de la gestió material del procés extraordinari de l'oferta pública d'ocupació d'estabilització de l'illa de Menorca, publicat al BOIB núm. 131 de dia 8 d'octubre de 2022, d'acord amb l'establert a la Llei 4/2022 de consells insulars i resta de normativa d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En data de 18 de novembre de 2022, el BOIB núm. 149, publicà les mateixes bases específiques per a totes i cadascuna de les administracions locals de Menorca. Aquest mateix butlletí publicà les convocatòries de les ofertes públiques del Consell Insular de Menorca, les de tots els ajuntaments i la de l'Institut Menorquí d'Estudi, i les modificacions de l'Ajuntament de Ciutadella i de l'Institut Menorquí d'Estudis publicades al BOIB núm. 150 de 19 de novembre de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En data 8 de maig de 2024 mitjançant resolució de la regidora de l'Àrea Social, Joventut, Recursos Humans, Seguretat, Mobilitat, Habitatge, Cooperació, Coordinació General, Diversitat i Ocupació de Via Pública de l'Ajuntament d'Alaior núm. 2024/722, proposa el nomenament dels membres del tribunal qualificador de les convocatòries del subgrup C1, d'administració general i especial, subgrup C2, d'administració general, i grup AP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En data 30 de maig de 2024, la consellera executiva del Departament d'Economia i Serveis Generals mitjançant Resolució núm. 2024/730, es nomenen els membres del tribunal qualificador per a les convocatòries del subgrup C1, d'administració general i especial, subgrup C2, d'administració general, i grup AP, de l'Ajuntament d'Alaior, publicada en el BOIB núm. 75, de 4 de juny de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En data 18 de juny de 2024 mitjançant resolució de la regidora de l'Àrea Social, Joventut, Recursos Humans, Seguretat, Mobilitat, Habitatge, Cooperació, Coordinació General, Diversitat i Ocupació de Via Pública de l'Ajuntament d'Alaior, núm. 2024/1052, s'esmena l'errada observada en la resolució 2024/722, de data 8 de maig de 2024, pel que fa a la composició de les persones proposades per a formar part del tribunal qualificador de les convocatòries del subgrup C1 i C2 i grup AP, d'administració general i especial. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Com a titular del Departament d'Economia i Serveis Generals, en exercici de les competències atribuïdes per l'article 33 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars, en relació amb el Decret de presidència núm. 227/2023 de 17 de novembre, d'extinció d'un departament i reestructuració de la resta de departaments (BOIB núm. 158 de 21 de novembre de 2023),&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;Establir la dedicació exclusiva del personal que forma part dels tribunals durant les jornades de la seva actuació treballant en jornades completes i consecutives de les 8 a les 14 hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els membres dels tribunals treballaran de forma rotativa evitant que deixin els seus llocs de feina per un període superior als deu dies. En tot cas s'haurà de garantir que tots els candidats d'una mateixa convocatòria siguin valorats pels mateixos membres d'un tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART. &lt;/strong&gt; Els membres del Tribunal qualificador s'abstindran d'intervenir i els aspirants podran recusar-los, en la o les convocatòries afectades pels motius establerts als articles 23 i 24 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CINQUÈ. &lt;/strong&gt;Els membres dels tribunals tindran, en tot cas, dret a indemnització per la seva participació d'acord amb el Reial Decreto 462/2002, de 24 de maig, sobre indemnitzacions per raó del servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SISÈ. &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar aquesta resolució al BOIB, i a la pàgina oficial de l'opositor del Consell Insular de Menorca (https://oposicions.cime.es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SETÈ. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Notificar aquests acords als interessats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'esmentat recurs s'entendrà desestimat si no se us n'ha notificat la resolució quan hagin transcorregut tres mesos des de la seva interposició. Contra la desestimació del recurs d'alçada per silenci administratiu podreu interposar recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
