EDLNP12022_1]] CAIB ca text/html CAIB 410 ca CAIB 419547 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">L'apartat 9.3. de l' Acord pel qual s'aproven les Bases de la convocatòria, per als anys 2022 a 2023, d'ajudes per a inversions a les explotacions agràries del projecte Disseny i implementació de Plans Estratègics de Gestió Empresarial de titulars d'explotacions agràries joves i de recent incorporació a Eivissa i Formentera, de data 25 d'abril de 2022 , especifica que la resolució es notificarà a les persones interessades mitjançant la seva publicació al <em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears </em>d'acord amb els termes que preveu l'article 45.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#000000"><em><span style="background-color:#ffffff">3.Els òrgans gestors del Servei d'Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural han dut a terme el control administratiu de les sol·licituds i de la documentació aportada d'acord amb les normes reguladores d'aquesta ajuda.</span></em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
