font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">L'apartat 8.3. de la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 12 de març de 2023 per la qual es convoquen, subvencions per al foment de les races autòctones en perill d'extinció, corresponents a l'any 2023, especifica que la resolució expressa es notificarà a les persones interessades mitjançant la seva publicació al <em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears </em>d'acord amb els termes que preveu l'article 45.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:115%"><em><span style="background-color:#ffffff">De conformitat amb l'apartat sisè d'aquesta Resolució, el termini de presentació de sol·licituds de la convocatòria va acabar el dia 30/06/2023, i varen tenir entrada en el Registre del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears un total de 299 sol·licituds d'ajuda. </span> </em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:115%"><em>Els òrgans gestors del Servei d'Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural han dut a terme el control administratiu de les sol·licituds i de la documentació aportada d'acord amb les normes reguladores d'aquestes ajudes i han comprovat que els sol·licitats que figuren als annexes d'aquesta resolució de concessió compleixen amb els requisits per ser beneficiaris de l'ajuda. </em></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:115%"><em>El dia 02/04/2024 el vicepresident del FOGAIBA va aprovar la concessió de una ajuda per el foment de les races autòctones.
