    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atès que el Consell Executiu d'aquest Consell Insular, en sessió de caràcter ordinari de 27 de novembre de 2023, va aprovar la convocatòria dels ajuts de minimis per a la creació en arts visuals i projectes audiovisuals per a l'any 2023 (BOIB núm. 173, de 23 de desembre de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vist que el termini de presentació de sol·licituds va finalitzar dia 31 de gener de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atès que un cop revisada la documentació dels sol·licitants per l'instructor de la convocatòria, s'han convocat les dues comissions avaluadores previstes en la convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vista l'acta de la comissió avaluadora de les línies 1 a 4, reunida el 27 de maig de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vista l'acta de la comissió avaluadora de la línia 5, reunida el 30 de maig de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atès que la convocatòria preveu un pressupost de 10.000€ per a les línies 1, 2 i 4, de 15.000€ per a la línia 3 i de 45.000€ per a la línia 5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que no s'esgoti la consignació pressupostària d'una línia, la quantitat sobrant s'assignarà a una de les altres línies d'ajuts per l'ordre de preferència següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Investigació 2. Formació 3. Producció d'obra 4. Producció d'exposicions i 5. Projectes audiovisuals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vista la proposta de l'instructor de la convocatòria que consta en l'expedient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atès que l'interventor ha fiscalitzat favorablement la concessió dels ajuts, mitjançant signatura de la proposta de l'instructor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atès que l'article 33.2.K de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars, estableix com a atribució dels consellers executius resoldre les convocatòries d'ajudes i subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Com a titular del Departament de Cultura, Educació, Joventut i Esports, en exercici de les competències atribuïdes per l'article 33 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars, en relació amb el Decret de presidència núm. 227/2023 de 17 de novembre, d'extinció d'un departament i reestructuració de la resta de departaments (BOIB núm. 158 de 21 de novembre de 2023);&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLC&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: Concedir l'ajut al projecte d'investigació artística (línia 1) corresponent a l'any 2023, que seguidament es relaciona:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BENEFICIARI: Marina Enrich Genestar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PROJECTE: Maternitat, pràctica artística i treball cultural&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PUNTUACIÓ: 73 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUANTITAT CONCEDIDA: 2.500€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'import total concedit de la línia 1 és de 2.500€. Resten, per tant, 7.500€ de romanent. D'acord amb la convocatòria la quantitat sobrant s'assignarà a una de les altres línies d'ajuts per l'ordre de preferència següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: Concedir els ajuts als projectes de formació artística (línia 2) corresponent a l'any 2023, que seguidament es relacionen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La publicació en el BOIB té els efectes de notificació d'acord amb l'art. 45.1 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b de l'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;LPACAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
