Objecte </strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és el foment de l'activitat artesanal de Mallorca mitjançant la concessió d'ajudes a projectes, programes i activitats desenvolupats entre el 1 d'agost 2023 i el 31 de juliol 2024.&nbsp; </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La finalitat de la convocatòria és millorar la competitivitat i la modernització del sector artesanal<em>, </em>incentivar la formació i la innovació en matèria d'artesania<em>, </em>promoure la comercialització dels productes artesans, difondre el patrimoni cultural de l'artesania i garantir el coneixement i manteniment dels oficis artesans acreditats en l'illa de Mallorca. </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Les bases reguladores de la present convocatòria són l'Ordenança General de Subvencions del Consell de Mallorca, aprovada en sessió plenària de dia 23 de desembre de 2016, modificada per acord plenari de dia 14 de juny de 2018, la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions i el reglament que la desenvolupa (RD 887/2006 de 21 de juliol) i el Decret Legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el Text Refós de la Llei de Subvencions.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La convocatòria preveu les 4 línies d'actuació següents:</span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Línia 1: Organització d'activitats de foment de l'artesania de Mallorca.</span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Línia 2: Participació o assistència en esdeveniments artesans fora de l'illa de Mallorca.</span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Línia 3: Formació professional.</span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Línia 4: Difusió del oficis artesans.</span></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Les actuacions subvencionables relatives a totes les línies d'actuació s'han d'haver realitzat en el període comprés entre l'<strong>1 d'agost de 2023 i el 31 de juliol de 2024.</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Tercer. Bases reguladores</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Les bases reguladores de la present convocatòria&nbsp; es regeixen pel que en ella es disposa, per l'Ordenança general de subvencions del Consell de Mallorca, i supletòriament, per la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de subvencions; pel Reial Decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol, pel qual s'aprova el reglament de la Llei 38/2003, general de subvencions; per la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques; per la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars, pel vigent Decret de la Presidència del Consell de Mallorca, de dia 9 de juny de 2019; per l'Ordenança vigent de procediment administratiu del Consell de Mallorca, i per la resta de la normativa que hi sigui aplicable. </span></span></p> <p><strong>Quart. Quantia</strong></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El pressupost de despeses del Consell Insular de Mallorca per a l'any 2024 ha assignat el crèdit de 150.000,00 euros a les subvencions objecte d'aquest convocatòria, que es distribuirà de la manera següent: 95.000,00 €, amb càrrec a l'aplicació 20.43900.47900; 50.000,00 €, amb càrrec a l'aplicació 20.43900.46200 i 5.000,00 € amb càrrec a l'aplicació 20.43900.48900.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La convocatòria preveu 4 línies d'actuació.
