29588 CAIB ca 688098 ![CDATA[Aprovació de la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses per prendre part a la convocatòria del concurs extraordinari de mèrits per a la cobertura d’1 plaça de tècnic/a superior en Dret com a personal laboral del Patronat Municipal de l’Habitatge i Rehabilitació Integral de Barris]] text/html 2024-06-25 CAIB 29589 CAIB 2024-06-27 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">El gerent del <span style="color:black">Patronat Municipal de l´Habitatge i de Rehabilitació Integral de Barris, per Decret núm. 89 de data 25 de juny de 2024, va resoldre:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:black; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"><strong>Primer</strong>.- Aprovar la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses per prendre part a la convocatòria del concurs extraordinari de mèrits per a la cobertura d'1 plaça de Tècnic/a Superior en Dret&nbsp; com a personal laboral del Patronat Municipal de l'Habitatge i Rehabilitació Integral de Barri pel sistema de selecció de concurs, dotada pressupostàriament i&nbsp; corresponent a l'oferta&nbsp; pública d'estabilització&nbsp; de l'any 2023, publicada al BOIB núm.&nbsp; 162 de data 28 de novembre de 2022, en els termes establerts a l'Annex I i l'Annex II.</span></p> <p><span style="color:black; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"><strong>Segon</strong>.- Per esmenar el possible defecte o presentar els documents que siguin preceptius, les persones excloses o omeses disposen d'un termini de 7 dies hàbils, comptats des de l'endemà de la publicació de la relació de persones admeses i excloses al BOIB.&nbsp; El Patronat considerarà que desisteixen de la sol·licitud si no compleixen el requeriment.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="color:black">Si no es presenten esmenes a la llista, aquesta esdevé definitiva.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:black; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"><strong>Tercer</strong>.- Publicar la present resolució al Bolletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) i a l'apartat d'oferta pública de feina de la pàgina web del PMHRIBA.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Contra aquesta resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar recurs de reposició davant el mateix òrgan que l'ha dictada, conformement al que disposa l'article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, de 1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. El termini per interposar-lo és d'un mes comptat des de l'endemà de rebre la present notificació. En aquest cas no es podrà interposar recurs contenciós administratiu fins que s'hagi resolt el de reposició. </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">El recurs de reposició potestatiu s'ha de presentar al registre general d'aquest Patronat o a les dependències a què es refereix l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, de 1 d'octubre, abans esmentada, i es considerarà desestimat quan no s'hagi resolt ni notificat la resolució, en el termini d'un mes, comptat des de l'endemà de la seva interposició.
