688027 ca CAIB CAIB 29913 text/html 2024-06-27 1090 2024-06-27 CAIB ca ![CDATA[Informació pública expropiació sistema general viari SG- SR CI- VI 4001 destinada a l'obertura d'una ronda des de la rotonda de la Plaça Madrid fins a rotonda de Via Palma]] 399650 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">El Ple de l&apos;Ajuntament de Manacor en sessió celebrada el dia 10 de juny de 2024 va adoptar el següent acord:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><strong>«Antecedents</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">El Pla General (PG) de Manacor va entrar en vigor el dia 1 de gener de 2022 , mitjançant la seva publicació en el BOIB número 1 de dia 1 de gener.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">El Pla General de Manacor incorpora una serie d&apos;actuacions aïllades que ha d&apos;executar l&apos;ajuntament de Manacor entre les quals es troba la identificada amb el codi SG-SR CI-VI (4001) destinada a l&apos;obertura d&apos;una nova ronda. Aquesta actuació està programada , des de el punt de vista temporal , dins el primer quadrienni segons les previsions del Programa d&apos;Actuació del PG</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">Així mateix el Programa d&apos;Actuació del PG preveu l&apos;adquisició dels terrenys a través l&apos;exercici de la potestat expropiatòria o qualsevol altra mitjà admès en Dret, ja que els terrenys afectats no són de titularitat del municipi.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)">L&apos;arquitecta municipal de planejament urbanístic ha procedit a emetre documentació on es descriuen en els seus aspectes materials i jurídics els terrenys que han d&apos;esser objecte d&apos;expropiació amb identificació dels seus titulars. El TAG Cap del Servei d&apos;urbanisme ha informat favorablement l&apos;inici de l&apos;expedient d&apos;expropiació forçosa i ha fet proposta que es segueix</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif;
