font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><strong>1. </strong>Resolució de la Presidència de l'Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials (d'ara endavant IMAS), de data 30 de novembre de 2022 (BOIB núm. 157, del 3 de desembre de 2022) per la qual s'aproven la convocatòria, les bases i el barem de mèrits del procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs excepcional per a l'ingrés com a personal funcionari a les escales, subescales, classes i especialitats dels subgrups C1, C2 i AP de les places de l'oferta pública extraordinària per a l'any 2022.<strong> </strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>2.</strong> E</span>n sessió celebrada dia 8 d'abril de 2024, el Tribunal Qualificador, després d'haver revisat l'ordre de preferència d'elecció dels llocs oferts de les persones aspirants i atenent l'ordre de puntuació establert a la llista definitiva de baremació de mèrits, <span style="color:#000000">va proposar:</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; Les persones relacionades disposaran d'un termini de tres dies hàbils des de l'endemà de la publicació pel jurament o promesa i la presa de possessió.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>Interposició de recursos </strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Aquesta resolució no posa fi a la via administrativa i contra ella es pot interposar, d'acord amb l'article 28.1 dels Estatuts de l'IMAS aprovats per Acord del Ple del Consell de Mallorca d'11 d'abril de 2019 (BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de maig de 2019), recurs d'alçada davant el Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Mallorca, dins el termini d'un mes, comptador a partir del dia següent al de la publicació de la present Resolució.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Contra la desestimació expressa del recurs d'alçada podrà interposar-se recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir del dia següent al de la notificació de la desestimació de l'esmentat recurs.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Contra la desestimació per silenci del recurs d'alçada podrà interposar-se recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu, en qualsevol moment a partir del dia següent a la desestimació presumpta (tres mesos des de la interposició del recurs sense que s'hagi notificat la resolució).</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">No obstant l'anterior, es pot exercitar, si n'és el cas, qualsevol altre recurs que s'estimi pertinent.
