    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per Decret de Batlia núm. 2024-2353, de 20 de juny de 2024, s'ha resolt el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«DECRET&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedents&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El 20 de juny de 2024 la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració de la convocatòria d'una borsa de feina de monitors de suport proposa a la Batlia la constitució definitiva de l'esmentada borsa de feina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per això,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLC&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Aprovar, segons la proposta definitiva efectuada per la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració nomenada a l'efecte, la composició final de la borsa de feina de monitors de suport, convocada per Decret de Batlia de 14 de maig de 2024, i que queda amb l'ordre de prelació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Publicar aquesta borsa en el tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Manacor i en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Aquesta borsa extraordinària tindrà una vigència màxima de 3 anys des que es publiqui la resolució de constitució al BOIB. Un cop hagi transcorregut aquest període de temps la borsa perd la vigència i no es pot reactivar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució - que posa fi a la via administrativa – podeu interposar, de forma alternativa, recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el mateix òrgan que dictà l'acte en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de la seva publicació en el BOIB, o recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació en el BOIB, d'acord amb l'article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si optau per interposar el recurs potestatiu de reposició, no podreu interposar recurs contenciós administratiu fins que aquell sigui resolt expressament o s'hagi produït la seva desestimació per silenci. En aquest cas, el termini per interposar recurs contenciós administratiu serà de dos mesos comptadors des de l'endemà d'haver-ne rebut la notificació de la resolució expressa del recurs de reposició. Si no es dicta resolució expressa passat el termini d'un mes, s'entendrà desestimat i podreu interposar recurs contenciós administratiu en qualsevol moment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tot això sense perjudici de que pugueu exercitar qualsevol altre recurs que es consideri oportú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
