&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per decret de batlia de data 27 de maig de 2024 s'ha aprovat la convocatòria d'ajuts per a despeses de mobilitat per a estudiants de cicles formatius de formació grau bàsic, grau mitjà, grau superior, batxillerat, estudis de l‘institut de tecnificació esportiva, estudis reglats de dansa i ensenyaments professionals de música que no s'hagin pogut realitzar dins del municipi de Santanyí durant el curs escolar 2023/2024, en els següents termes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BASES I CONVOCATÒRIA D'AJUTS A L'ESTUDI ADREÇADA A ESTUDIANTS DE CICLES FORMATIUS DE FORMACIÓ GRAU BÀSIC, GRAU MITJÀ, GRAU SUPERIOR, BATXILLERAT, ESTUDIS DE L'INSTITUT DE TECNIFICACIÓ ESPORTIVA, ESTUDIS REGLATS DE DANSA I ENSENYAMENTS PROFESSIONALS DE MÚSICA PER AL CURS 2023/2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Ajuntament de Santanyí convoca, una línia d'AJUTS PER A DESPESES DE MOBILITAT per a estudiants de CICLES FORMATIUS DE FORMACIÓ GRAU BÀSIC, GRAU MITJÀ, GRAU SUPERIOR, BATXILLERAT, ESTUDIS DE L'INSTITUT DE TECNIFICACIÓ ESPORTIVA, ESTUDIS REGLATS DE DANSA I ENSENYAMENTS PROFESSIONALS DE MÚSICA que no s'hagin pogut realitzar dins el municipi de Santanyí durant el curs escolar 2023/2024. L'objectiu d'aquesta línea d'ajuts és estimular i fomentar l'estudi entre els joves del municipi, que amb aquesta ajuda podran sufragar part de les despeses derivades de la seva formació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. OBJECTE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'estableixen ajuts amb la finalitat de donar suport econòmic a les despeses de mobilitat dels alumnes empadronats al municipi de Santanyí, que han cursat estudis dels cicles formatius de grau bàsic, de grau mitjà, de grau superior, de batxillerat, d'ensenyaments professionals de música, estudis de tecnificació esportiva i estudis reglats de dansa que no s'han pogut realitzar en el municipi de Santanyí durant el curs 2023/2024. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot cas, aquests ajuts són de caràcter voluntari, lliurement revocables i reduïbles, no generen cap dret a l'obtenció en anys posteriors i no són invocables com a precedent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No són objecte d'aquesta convocatòria estudis de grau superior de l'escola de disseny, estudis de l'escola superior d'art dramàtic, ensenyaments superiors de música i dansa ni estudis universitaris, ni qualsevol altre estudi superior que no es contempli a la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. IMPORT, CRÈDIT PRESSUPOSTARI I QUANTIA DE LES SUBVENCIONS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La dotació econòmica d'aquesta convocatòria per al curs 2023/2024 és d'un màxim de 9.900 € amb càrrec a l'aplicació 2024-16-32603-4870101del pressupost d'aquest Ajuntament per a l'any 2024. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La quantia màxima destinada a cada ajut que compleixi tots els requisits exigits als beneficiaris a les presents bases és de 300 €. En el cas de no existir crèdit pressupostari suficient per atendre totes les sol·licituds que compleixin els requisits, es procedirà al prorrateig de l'import màxim global destinat a la subvenció entre tots els beneficiaris (sol·licitants que compleixin els requisits) (art. 22.1 LGS). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquests ajuts es liquidaran mitjançant un sol pagament, que es farà efectiu una vegada s'hagi conclòs la tramitació de la present convocatòria i atenent la disposició del departament municipal d'Intervenció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. REQUISITS PER A SER SOL·LICITANT/BENEFICIARI DELS AJUTS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Poden ser sol·licitants d'aquesta convocatòria les persones que acreditin:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Estar empadronades al municipi de Santanyí, amb una antiguitat de 5 anys a comptar de la data de publicació de la present convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Haver estat matriculades de la totalitat del curs o d'un mínim de quatre assignatures, durant el curs 2023/2024, com a estudiant d'un cicle formatiu de grau bàsic, de grau mitjà, cicle formatiu de grau superior, batxillerat, estudis de l'institut de tecnificació esportiva, ensenyaments professionals de música i estudis reglats de dansa que no es poguessin realitzar al municipi de Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Haver aprovat el curs o la totalitat de les assignatures matriculades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. No trobar-se incursa en cap de les prohibicions per obtenir la condició de beneficiari assenyalades en l'apartat 3 de l'article 6 Bases generals reguladores de la concessió de subvencions de l'Ajuntament de Santanyí aprovades en sessió de Ple ordinari de l'11 de desembre de 2023, i en l'article 13.2 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, i especialment s'ha de trobar al corrent en el compliment de les obligacions tributàries municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. PRESENTACIÓ DE SOL·LICITUDS I TERMINI&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1- Les sol·licituds correctament emplenades es formalitzaran en un model únic d'instància que figura com &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ANNEX I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El fet de presentar la sol·licitud suposa: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;acceptar aquesta convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;la certesa de les dades consignades a sol·licitud i de les que apareixen a la documentació adjunta &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;donar anticipadament el consentiment a l'Ajuntament de Santanyí per a que pugui realitzar les comprovacions que consideri convenients durant tot el procediment de tramitació de la subvenció. Així com, que es puguin sol·licitar d'ofici els corresponents certificats d'estar al corrent en el compliment de les obligacions tributàries municipals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2- Els sol·licitants de l'ajuda hauran d'adjuntar la documentació següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Fotocòpia DNI/NIF del sol·licitant o document equivalent i del representant legal, si el sol·licitant fos menor d'edat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Fotocòpia del llibre de família, en el cas de sol·licitant menor d'edat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Extracte de notes finals del curs. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Declaració responsable signada pel sol·licitant o pel seu representant legal de no estar sotmès a cap de les circumstàncies que determinen la impossibilitat d'obtenir la condició de beneficiari de subvencions públiques recollides en l'article 13.2 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions i en l'apartat 2.B.a) de l'article 6 de les Bases generals reguladores de la concessió de subvencions de l'Ajuntament de Santanyí, i autorització per sol·licitar d'ofici els certificats d'estar al corrent en el compliment de les obligacions tributàries municipals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ANNEX II&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Dades del compte corrent al qual s'ha de transferir l'import de l'ajuda que eventualment es pugui concedir. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ANNEX III&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3- El termini per a la presentació de les sol·licituds, i tota la documentació complementària, serà del'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1 al 30 de setembre, ambdós inclosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 14 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, les persones físiques podran escollir entre presentar les seves sol·licituds a través de mitjans electrònics o no.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de presentació presencial s'ha de presentar la sol·licitud i la resta de documentació exigida (vegeu annexos d'aquestes bases) al registre general de l'Ajuntament, a qualsevol de les oficines municipals (Santanyí, s'Alqueria Blanca i Cala d'Or), de dilluns a divendres i en horari d'atenció al públic. També es poden presentar en qualsevol dels llocs establerts en l'apartat 4 de l'article 16 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas de presentaciótelemàtica igualments'had'adjuntar la sol·licitud i la resta de documentació exigida isepodrà fer a través de la Seu Electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Santanyí o del Registre Electrònic Comú (REC) del Ministeri d'Hisenda i Funció Pública. En aquest últim cas, a l'hora d'enviar la documentació, s'ha de seleccionar “Ajuntament de Santanyí” com a organisme destinatari de la sol·licitud i s'ha d'indicar en l'assumpte “AJUTS A L'ESTUDI 2023-2024”. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. PROCEDIMENT DE CONCESSIÓ, COMPETÈNCIA I RESOLUCIÓ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment de concessió serà el de concurrència entre les persones sol·licitants, que compleixin amb els requisits exigits per tenir la consideració de beneficiari i presentin tota la documentació dins el termini establert. L'import màxim previst per a cada sol·licitant és de300€. En el cas que el crèdit màxim previst no fos suficient per atendre totes les sol·licituds que compleixin els requisits, tal com determina la base 2, es procedirà al prorrateig de l'import màxim previst a la convocatòria entre tots els beneficiaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest procediment s'iniciarà d'ofici, per resolució de Batlia que aprovarà la convocatòria i la seva publicació en el BOIB, després de complir amb el tràmit de la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La regidoria d'Educació és l'òrgan competent per tramitar les sol·licituds d'aquesta convocatòria i instruir el procediment, si bé la competència per resoldre'l i concedir les subvencions correspon a la Batlia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els serveis tècnics de l'ajuntament de Santanyí hauran de determinar si les sol·licituds són completes i conformes amb el contingut d'aquesta convocatòria. Un cop examinades s'exposarà la llista provisional d'admesos així com les ressenyes de les sol·licituds que tenguin algun defecte o hagin de ser esmenades.Si la sol·licitud té algun defecte o no va acompanyada de tota la documentació esmentada, la persona interessada disposarà d'un termini de deu dies, comptats a partir del dia següent de la publicació de la llista provisional, per esmenar el defecte o aportar la documentació. Transcorregut aquest termini sense haver efectuat les esmenes o haver-hi adjuntat la documentació requerida, es considerarà que desisteix de la seva petició, d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 68 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les Administracions Públiques. De totes aquestes actuacions n'emetran un informe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'òrgan instructor, a la vista de l'expedient i de l'informe dels serveis tècnics formularà la proposta de resolució, degudament motivada, que haurà de notificar-se als interessats concedint-los un termini de deu dies per presentar al·legacions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La proposta de resolució que ha esdevingut definitiva o la resolució expressa de la Batlia, si resulta necessària atesa la presentació d'al·legacions a la proposta de resolució, finalitzen el procediment de concessió de la subvenció. Aquesta segona també es publicarà a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, tant la proposta de resolució com la resolució definitiva, cas de dictar-se, han d'especificar els aspectes següents: beneficiari, quantia individual atorgada determinada segons la fórmula que s'estableix al punt 3 d'aquestes bases, aplicació pressupostària a la qual s'aplica i forma de pagament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini màxim per resoldre aquest procediment és el 30 de desembre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolució de batlia que concedeix o denega l'ajuda sol·licitada posa fi a la via administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les publicacions que es vagin fent, atès que es tracta d'un procediment en concurrència, tendran els mateixos efectes que una notificació, d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 45.1.b) de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. JUSTIFICACIÓ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el marc de l'article 30.7 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, aquestes ajudes es justifiquen pel fet de complir els requisits necessaris per beneficiar-se'n. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. COMPATIBILITAT AMB ALTRES SUBVENCIONS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que la persona beneficiària rebi altres subvencions o ajudes per a la mateixa activitat o tipus d'actuació, l'import de totes les subvencions atorgades no pot ser, en cap cas, de tal quantia que, de forma aïllada o en concurrència amb altres subvencions o ajudes, superi el cost de l'activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. OBLIGACIONS DE LES PERSONES BENEFICIÀRIES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A més de les obligacions establertes en les disposicions normatives que són d'aplicació a les persones beneficiàries d'una subvenció, s'han de complir les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acceptar i complir la normativa de l'Ajuntament de Santanyí&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acreditar davant l'Ajuntament la realització de l'activitat subvencionada amb la documentació corresponent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Facilitar tota la informació que requereixi l'Ajuntament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sotmetre's a les actuacions de fiscalització i control de la Intervenció de l'Ajuntament de Santanyí. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. PAGAMENT &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El pagament de la subvenció únicament es pot efectuar una vegada dictada la resolució corresponent i presentada la documentació exigida, al compte corrent indicat a l'efecte per la persona beneficiària de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. REVOCACIÓ I REINTEGRAMENT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es podran anul·lar total o parcialment les subvencions i ajudes concedides d'acord amb aquesta convocatòria en el supòsit de que la persona beneficiària incorri en alguna de les causes previstes als articles 36 i següents de la Llei 38/2003, general de subvencions i als articles 24 i 25 de les Bases generals reguladores de la concessió de subvencions de l'Ajuntament de Santanyí, així com en el cas d'incompliment d'alguna de les obligacions previstes en aquesta convocatòria i la resta de normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquests casos, el beneficiari vendrà obligat al reintegrament de les quantitats percebudes i dels interessos de demora que corresponguin, prèvia tramitació del procediment corresponent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

INFRACCIONS I SANCIONS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'incompliment dels requisits establerts en aquesta convocatòria o en la normativa d'aplicació, dóna lloc a l'aplicació del règim d'infraccions i sancions establert al Capítol V de les Bases generals reguladores de la concessió de subvencions de l'Ajuntament de Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. NORMATIVA APLICABLE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
