2024-06-18 text/html 2024-06-20 ![CDATA[<p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">El ple del Consell de Mallorca, en data 13 de juny de 2024, ha adoptat el següent acord:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">“Atesa la necessitat de modificar la vigent plantilla del Consell de Mallorca, aprovada pel Ple en sessió extraordinària de dia 27 de desembre de 2023, publicada en el BOIB núm. 176, de 30 de desembre de 2023, per tal d'adaptar-la a les modificacions a la Relació de Llocs de Treball ara en tràmit, que afecten al Servei de Bombers de Mallorca (exp. 1010503C) i a la resta de departaments, excepte el Departament del Territori, Mobilitat i Infraestructures (expedient 1015289Z), les quals no poden ser ajornades a l'exercici pressupostari següent, atès l'imperatiu legal derivat de la reclassificació del personal del Servei de Bombers de Mallorca i d'una altra banda la necessitat d'adaptació dels llocs de treball dels diferents departaments del Consell de Mallorca. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">Atès allò que en relació a la plantilla de personal preveu l'article 90 de la Llei 7/1985 de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local, i l'article 17.1.w) de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">Atès que el pressupost vigent compta amb crèdit adequat i suficient per fer front a la despesa prevista a la proposta de modificació puntual de la plantilla en la part que afecta al Servei de Bombers, que tindrà efectes de data 1 de febrer de 2024, i que la proposta de modificació de la plantilla pel que fa a la resta d'aspectes implica únicament una despesa en relació a la modificació operada al lloc codi F00080096, que també compta amb cobertura pressupostària suficient, segons els informes emesos pel cap d'administració econòmica.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">Atès allò que en relació al procediment per a l'aprovació de la modificació de la plantilla preveu l'article 112 de la Llei 7/1985 de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local, i l'article 169 del Reial decret legislatiu 2/2004 de 5 març, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, en aplicació de l'article 126.3 del Reial decret legislatiu 781/1986 de 18 d'abril.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">Atesos els informes favorables a la proposta emesos pel cap del Servei Tècnic de Recursos Humans, pel cap del Servei d'Administració Econòmica de la Direcció Insular de Funció Pública i amb la fiscalització de conformitat del Servei d'Intervenció General </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">El conseller executiu d'Hisenda i Funció Pública del Consell Insular de Mallorca eleva al Ple la següent proposta d'acord:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null"><strong>Primer</strong>.
