&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;«&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CONSTITUCIÓ DE LA BORSA DE TREBALL DE PERSONAL FUNCIONARI INTERÍ, DINAMITZADOR D'ESPORTS, GRUP C, SUBGRUP C2, DE L'AJUNTAMENT DE SANTANYÍ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A la vila de Santanyí, la batlessa que subscriu, Sra. Maria C. Pons Monserrat, en presència del secretari de la Corporació, dicta el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Antecedents&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Vista la convocatòria per constituir mitjançant el sistema de concurs de mèrits una borsa de treball de personal funcionari interí, dinamitzador d'esports, grup C, subgrup C2, de l'Ajuntament de Santanyí, les bases de la qual es publicaren al BOIB núm. 47 de data 9 d'abril de 2024. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Vista l'acta del tribunal qualificador de confecció de la relació definitiva per ordre de classificació de les persones aspirants per constituir una borsa de treball de personal funcionari interí, dinamitzador d'esports, publicada a la pàgina web de la Corporació el dia 11 de juny de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En conseqüència,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; RESOL:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Constituir la borsa de treball de personal funcionari interí, dinamitzador d'esports, del grup C, subgrup C2, de l'Ajuntament de Santanyí amb l'ordre de prelació següent, d'acord amb la puntuació obtinguda en el procés selectiu: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que posa fi a la via administrativa, es pot interposar, alternativament, o recurs de reposició potestatiu, en el termini d'un mes a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquest edicte, davant la batlessa d'aquest Ajuntament, de conformitat amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, o recurs contenciós-administratiu, davant el Jutjat del Contenciós-Administratiu en el termini de dos mesos a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquest edicte, de conformitat amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, de la Jurisdicció Contenciosa Administrativa. Si s'optàs per interposar el recurs de reposició potestatiu, no es podrà interposar recurs contenciós administratiu fins que aquell sigui resolt expressament o s'hagi produït la seva desestimació per silenci. Tot això sense perjudici de què es pugui exercitar qualsevol altre recurs que s'estimi pertinent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
