&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0, 0pt; text-align: justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els expedients han estat tramitats pel Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) en compliment del que disposa l&amp;apos;article 43 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques . &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0, 0pt; text-align: justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El vicepresident en matèria agrària del FOGAIBA, en data 4&amp;nbsp;de juny de 2024, va signar la següent resolució,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left: 0, 500pt; text-align: justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.En data 15 d&amp;apos;abril de 2023, es publica en el BOIB núm. 48, la Resolució de la presidenta del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) per la qual s&amp;apos;aprova la convocatòria, per a l&amp;apos;any 2023, de les ajudes destinades per al foment de pastures per a l&amp;apos;aprofitament de la ramaderia ecològica.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 0, 500pt; text-align: justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.En data 30 de maig de 2023, es publica en el BOIB núm. 71, &amp;nbsp;la Resolució de la presidenta del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) per la qual es modifica la Resolució de la presidenta del FOGAIBA de 27 de febrer de 2023, de convocatòria, per a l&amp;apos;any 2023, dels ajuts corresponents a les intervencions en forma de pagaments directes que preveu el Pla estratègic de la PAC (PEPAC), així com altres resolucions de convocatòria d&amp;apos;ajuts que preveuen les intervencions al desenvolupament rural.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 0, 500pt; text-align: justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.En data 30 de juny de 2023, s&amp;apos;han rebut 162 sol·licituds per l&amp;apos;ajuda destinada per al foment de pastures per a l&amp;apos;aprofitament de la ramaderia ecològica.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 0, 500pt; text-align: justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;5.Els òrgans gestors del Servei d&amp;apos;Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural han duit a terme el control administratiu de les sol·licituds i de la documentació aportada d&amp;apos;acord amb les normes reguladores d&amp;apos;aquesta ajuda.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 0, 500pt; text-align: justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;6.En data 9 d&amp;apos;abril de 2024, es publica en el BOIB núm. 47 la Resolució &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;de denegació als beneficiaris de les ajudes, Rd2 conjunta de la Secció II, per l&amp;apos;incompliment del requisit previst a l&amp;apos;apartat 7 del punt tercer de la convocatòria d&amp;apos;estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;7.En data 11 de maig de 2024, es publica en el BOIB núm. 62 la Resolució de concessió de les ajudes destinades per al foment de pastures per a l&amp;apos;aprofitament de la ramaderia ecològica.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0, 0pt; margin-top: 0, 0pt; text-align: justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;8.Els òrgans gestors han detectat errors en la concessió de l&amp;apos;ajuda i per tant escau la revisió i s&amp;apos;estima oportú promoure d&amp;apos;ofici la modificació parcial de la resolució de concessió abans esmentada. Concretament, el beneficiari &amp;nbsp;Mestre Vadell, Gaspar Josep (Exp. AERA 108) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;. A l&amp;apos;annex I de la present resolució es detallen els imports concedits amb els percentatges de cofinançament correctes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0, 0pt; margin-top: 0, 0pt; text-align: justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;9.L&amp;apos;article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, estableix que les administracions públiques, podran, així mateix, rectificar en qualsevol moment, d&amp;apos;ofici o a instància dels interessats, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics o existents en els seus actes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;10.Atès tot això, i per tal d&amp;apos;esmenar les errades detectades, es modifica parcialment la resolució de concessió del beneficiari de les ajudes, de data 11 de maig de 2024, tal i com es detalla a l&amp;apos;annex.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0, 0pt; margin-left: 0, 0pt; margin-top: 0, 0pt; text-align: justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 5 de desembre de 2023&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;per la&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;qual es modifiquen diverses convocatòries de subvencions del FOGAIBA, corresponents a les&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;intervencions que preveu el Pla estratègic de la PAC 2023-2027 d&amp;apos;Espanya (PEPAC) per a l&amp;apos;ajuda de la Unió finançada pel FEAGA i pel FEADER, publicada en el BOIB núm. 167 de 9 de desembre de 2023.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0, 0pt; margin-left: 0, 0pt; margin-top: 0, 0pt; text-align: justify"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.Punt segon, apartat 2 de la convocatòria referent al finançament de les ajudes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
