&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. En el BOIB núm. 66, de 18 de maig de 2024, s'ha publicat la Resolució del &lt;/span&gt;director general de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats de dia 14 de maig de 2024 per la qual es fa pública la composició definitiva dels tribunals dels cossos de professors d'ensenyament secundari, d'escoles oficials d'idiomes, de música i arts escèniques,&amp;nbsp; d'arts plàstiques i disseny, de mestres de taller d'arts plàstiques i disseny i de professors especialistes en sectors singulars de formació professional a les Illes Balears, i es designen els coordinadors i els membres de la comissió de valoració que han d'actuar en els procediments selectius convocats per Resolució de 26 de març de 2024,&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;per a les proves selectives d'ingrés, accés i adquisició de noves especialitats als cossos docents, es distribueixen els aspirants entre els tribunals dels cossos i especialitats corresponents i se'ls convoca a l'acte de presentació, a la part A de la primera prova i a la part B de la primera prova. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Una vegada publicada aquesta resolució, s'han detectat errades materials, les quals han de ser corregides.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. La &lt;/span&gt;Resolució del director general de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats de 26 de març de 2024, per la qual es convoquen proves selectives d'ingrés, accés i adquisició de noves especialitats als cossos docents de professors d'ensenyament secundari, de professors d'escoles oficials d'idiomes, de professors de música i arts escèniques, de professors d'arts plàstiques i disseny, de mestres de taller d'arts plàstiques i disseny, de mestres i de professors especialistes en sectors singulars de formació professional a les Illes Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Ateses les errades materials detectades a la Resolució del &lt;/span&gt;director general de Personal i Centres Concertats de dia 14 de maig de 2024&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, pertoca corregir-les d'ofici d'acord amb l'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques i, l'article 56 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. El Decret 1/2024, de 4 de gener, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual es modifica el Decret 12/2023, de 10 de juliol de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s'estableixen les competències i l'estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, modificat pel Decret 16/2023, de 20 de juliol, i pel Decret 17/2023, de 23 d'agost, atribueix a la Direcció General de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats de la Conselleria d'Educació i Universitats, entre d'altres competències, l'ordenació i la gestió del personal docent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Mitjançant la Resolució del conseller d'Educació i Universitats de 30 de gener de 2024 de delegació de competències en matèria de gestió del Personal Docent en el director general de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats (BOIB núm. 19, de 8 de febrer), el conseller d'Educació i Universitats delega en el director general de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats l'exercici de la competència per convocar i resoldre els processos de selecció derivats de l'oferta pública d'ocupació per a l'ingrés i l'accés a la funció pública docent, establir-ne les bases, nomenar els membres dels òrgans de selecció i de valoració i establir el procediment de la fase de pràctiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
