    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ple del Consell de Mallorca, en sessió ordinària de dia 9 de maig de 2024, va aprovar inicialment l'expedient número 16 de modificació de crèdits en el pressupost propi de la Corporació de l'exercici 2024 per crèdit extraordinari (CE3/2024) i suplement de crèdit (SUP03/2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'expedient es va sotmetre a informació pública, mitjançant la inserció de l'anunci corresponent en el BOIB núm. 62, de dia 11 de maig de 2024, durant el termini de quinze dies, perquè totes les persones que hi estiguessin interessades el poguessin examinar i poguessin formular-hi les al·legacions pertinents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Durant aquest termini no se'n va presentar cap, per la qual cosa, i d'acord amb el que va aprovar el Ple, l'acord es va esdevenir definitiu i es va ordenar que se'n publicàs en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, el resum per capítols de la modificació de crèdit, que s'incorpora com a annex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra aquest acord, que exhaureix la via administrativa podeu interposar recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir de l'endemà&amp;nbsp; de publicar aquest acord. Tot això de conformitat amb la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa. No obstant l'anterior, podeu exercitar, si escau, qualsevol altre recurs que considereu pertinent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
