&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“Vista la proposta del Tribunal Qualificador de la convocatòria del procediment selectiu per a la creació d&amp;apos;una borsa de treball d&amp;apos;operaris/es polivalents de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Llubí de dia 22 de maig de 2024.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Examinada la documentació que l&amp;apos;acompanya, i de conformitat amb allò que s&amp;apos;ha fixat en l&amp;apos;article 21.1.g) de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d&amp;apos;abril, Reguladora de les Bases de Règim Local, &lt;strong&gt;RESOLC:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;PRIMER.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Aprovar la constitució de la borsa de treball per cobrir les possibles vacants temporals que succeeixin en els llocs de treball d&amp;apos;operaris polivalents d&amp;apos;aquest Ajuntament, del grup E, amb la següent relació d&amp;apos;aspirants:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Us notifico&amp;nbsp; per al seu coneixement i efectes procedents. Fent-li saber que&amp;nbsp; contra aquest acord, que posa fi a la via administrativa, procedeix interposar recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar des del dia següent de la seva notificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Alternativament i de forma potestativa, es pot interposar recurs de reposició, d&amp;apos;acord amb la llei 39/2015, davant el mateix òrgan que l&amp;apos;ha dictat, en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes a comptar des del dia següent de la seva notificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No obstant l&amp;apos;anterior, es pot exercitar, si n&amp;apos;és el cas, qualsevol altre recurs que s&amp;apos;estimi pertinent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
