&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. En data 9 de maig de 2024 es va publicar en el BOIB núm. 61 la Resolució de la consellera de Presidència i Administracions Públiques per la qual es designen els Tribunals Qualificadors del procés selectiu per a l'ingrés pel torn lliure, inclosa la reserva per a persones amb discapacitat, per cobrir places de personal funcionari a l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. Atès que algunes de les persones designades, han al·legat causes d'abstenció legal o impossibilitat d'assistència, la qual es consideren procedents, es fa necessari designar nous membres i modificar la composició de varis Tribunals Qualificadors de l'adminsitració especial de la CAIB, per tal de completar-los i continuar amb la tramitació del procés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Modificar la composició dels Tribunals Qualificadors del cos facultatiu superior, especialitat ciències de la informació; del cos facultatiu superior, especialitat publicitat; del cos facultatiu tècnic, especialitat biblioteconomia i documentació; del cos facultatiu tècnic, especialitat arxius i museus establerts en la Resolució de la consellera de Presidència i Administracions Públiques per la qual es designen els Tribunals Qualificadors del procés selectiu per a l'ingrés pel torn lliure, inclosa la reserva per a persones amb discapacitat, per cobrir places de personal funcionari a l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Designar a les noves persones com a membres dels Tribunals, en substitució de les que ha presentat la causa legal d'abstenció i modificar les composicions dels Tribunals Qualificadors esmentats, en els termes establerts en l'annex d'aquesta Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució —que exhaureix la via administrativa— es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant la consellera de Presidència i Administracions Públiques, en el termini d'un mes comptador a partir de l'endemà que s'hagi publicat aquesta Resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;També es pot interposar un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears, en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat aquesta Resolució, d'acord amb els articles 10 i 46.1 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
