&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Atès que correspon al Ple de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament l&amp;apos;elecció de persona idònia per ser nomenada Jutge/a de Pau titular d&amp;apos;aquest Municipi, de conformitat amb l&amp;apos;establert als articles 101 i 102 de la Llei orgànica 6/1985, d&amp;apos;1 de juliol, del poder judicial i article 4 i 5.1 del Reglament 3/1995, de 7 de juny, dels jutges de Pau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLC&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Primer.- Aprovar la convocatòria pública per cobrir la vacant de Jutge de Pau titular del municipi de Sóller. D&amp;apos;acord amb la normativa aplicable els requisits són els següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Ser espanyol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Ser major d&amp;apos;edat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;No estar incurs en cap de les causes d&amp;apos;incapacitat que estableix l&amp;apos;article 303 de la Llei orgànica del poder judicial, que literalment diu: «estan incapacitats per a l&amp;apos;ingrés a la carrera judicial els impedits físicament o psíquicament per a la funció judicial; els condemnats per delicte dolós mentre no hagin obtingut la rehabilitació; els processats o inculpats per delicte dolós mentre no siguin absolts o es dicti una interlocutòria de sobreseïment, i els qui no estiguin en el ple exercici dels drets civils.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;No incorre en cap de les incompatibilitats i prohibicions regulades als articles 389 a 397 de la Llei orgànica del poder judicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Els interessats que reuneixin els esmentats requisits, presentaran en aquest Ajuntament la corresponent sol·licitud, per escrit, d&amp;apos;acord amb el model establert en l&amp;apos;Annex 1, en el termini de &lt;strong&gt;deu dies hàbils&lt;/strong&gt;, a comptar des de l&amp;apos;endemà de la publicació del corresponent Anunci en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
