&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;APROVAR&lt;/strong&gt; el llistat definitiu de persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu de &lt;strong&gt;3 places d'Auxiliar informador/a (CONLA10 grup C2)&lt;/strong&gt; de la convocatòria del procés excepcional d'estabilització per concurs extraordinari de mèrits per cobrir les places de personal laboral fix del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Decret es publicà al tauler d'anuncis i a la web del Consell Insular de Formentera en data 31 de gener de 2024:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es fa públic que el President del Consell Insular de Formentera, en data 24 d'abril de 2024, va dictar, entre d'altres, el següent Decret:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Atès el Decret de Presidència de data 26 de gener de 2024, on s'aprova entre d'altres, el llistat de persones que han superat el procés, es proposa el nomenament &lt;strong&gt;d'Auxiliar informador/a&lt;/strong&gt; a les tres primeres persones de llista d'aprovats i se'ls requerí presentació de la documentació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;HE RESOLT&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.- CONTRACTAR&lt;/strong&gt; a les següents persones aspirants com a &lt;strong&gt;Auxiliar informador/a&lt;/strong&gt;, de l'escala d'administració especial (&lt;strong&gt;CONLA10, grup C2&lt;/strong&gt;), mitjançant contracte de personal laboral fix, per haver superat el procés excepcional d'estabilització per concurs extraordinari de mèrits per cobrir les places de personal laboral de l'administració especial del Consell Insular de Formentera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SRA. MARIA DEL PILAR CONTELL CHAFER.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SRA. MARIA DEL CARMEN FERRER FERRER. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER.- ORDENAR &lt;/strong&gt;la publicació del present Decret de Presidència al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, als efectes oportuns. Les persones nomenades disposaran d'un termini de 3 dies hàbils, comptats a partir de l'endemà a la publicació, per al jurament o promesa i la presa de possessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
